It is written by The Holy Spirit in Hebrews chapter11:
6 And without faith living within us it would be impossible to please God. For we come to God in faith knowing that HE is real and that HE rewards the faith of those who give all their passion and strength into seeking him.
Each day I go before FATHER in faith and excitement. I do not need someone to urge me to seek Our Heavenly Father on a daily basis. Why? HE and I have a history and I don’t need some man’s assurance that FATHER is accessible to me.
Every day as I seek FATHER’S instructions, I reaffirm my faith IN HIM. I know man has no solutions for my life but only FATHER can lead me and guide me into all Truth.
5 Faith lifted Enoch from this life and he was taken up into heaven! He never had to experience death; he just disappeared from this world because God promoted him. For before he was translated to the heavenly realm his life had become a pleasure to God.
I seek to be that same “pleasure” to FATHER as Enoch was in his walk. Enoch did not start walking in such a manner until he was sixty-five years old. It says to me, you are never too old to begin pleasing FATHER.
In Matthew chapter 8, Jesus encountered “great” faith:
5 Now when Jesus had entered Capernaum, a centurion came to Him, pleading with Him, 6 saying, “Lord, my servant is lying at home paralyzed, dreadfully tormented.”
7 And Jesus said to him, “I will come and heal him.”
8 The centurion answered and said, “Lord, I am not worthy that You should come under my roof. But only speak a word, and my servant will be healed. 9 For I also am a man under authority, having soldiers under me. And I say to this one, ‘Go,’ and he goes; and to another, ‘Come,’ and he comes; and to my servant, ‘Do this,’ and he does it.”
10 When Jesus heard it, He marveled, and said to those who followed, “Assuredly, I say to you, I have not found such great faith, not even in Israel! 11 And I say to you that many will come from east and west, and sit down with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob in the kingdom of heaven. 12 But the sons of the kingdom will be cast out into outer darkness. There will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.” 13 Then Jesus said to the centurion, “Go your way; and as you have believed, so let it be done for you.” And his servant was healed that same hour.
In the end, it is all about hearing and trusting in FATHER’S Word. In John chapter 15, Jesus spoke:
9 “I Love each of you with the same Love that the Father Loves Me. You must continually let My Love nourish your hearts. 10 If you keep My commands, you will live in My Love, just as I have kept my Father’s commands, for I continually live nourished and empowered by HIS Love. 11 My purpose for telling you these things is so that the joy that I experience will fill your hearts with overflowing gladness!
12 “So this is my command: Love each other deeply, as much as I have Loved you. 13 For the greatest Love of all is a Love that sacrifices all. And this great Love is demonstrated when a person sacrifices his life for his friends.
14 “You show that you are my intimate friends when you obey all that I command you. 15 I have never called you ‘servants,’ because a master doesn’t confide in his servants, and servants don’t always understand what the master is doing. But I call you my most intimate friends, for I reveal to you everything that I’ve heard from my Father. 16 You didn’t choose Me, but I’ve chosen and commissioned you to go into the world to bear fruit. And your fruit will last, because whatever you ask of My Father, for My sake, HE will give it to you! 17 So this is My parting command: Love one another deeply!”
You and I are meant to be intimate friends with Jesus. We need to simply obey His commands and Love one another deeply. Let us walk in faith and please FATHER as we affirm our friendship with HIM!
