FATHER projects HIS Divine Intent in HIS Word. HE prophesies for our benefit. HE speaks HIS goodness and HIS soundness in all things and HE does not change. FATHER reveals HIS Nature through HIS names and these seven names reveal HIS goodwill for every aspect of your life.
YHWH-Tsidkenu — "The Lord our Righteousness"
Jeremiah 23:
3 “But I will gather the remnant of My flock out of all countries where I have driven them, and bring them back to their folds; and they shall be fruitful and increase. 4 I will set up shepherds over them who will feed them; and they shall fear no more, nor be dismayed, nor shall they be lacking,” says the LORD.
5 “Behold, the days are coming,” says the LORD,
“That I will raise to David a Branch of righteousness;
A King shall reign and prosper,
And execute judgment and righteousness in the earth.
6 In His days Judah will be saved,
And Israel will dwell safely;
Now this is His name by which He will be called:
THE LORD OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS
YHWH-Shalom — "The Lord our Peace"
Judges 6:
23 Then the LORD said to him, “Peace be with you; do not fear, you shall not die.”
24 So Gideon built an altar there to the LORD, and called it The-LORD-Is-Peace
YHWH-Ra-ah — "The Lord my Shepherd"
Psalm 23:
The LORD is my shepherd;
I shall not want.
YHWH-Rapha — "The Lord that healeth"
Exodus 15:
26 … “If you diligently heed the voice of the LORD your God and do what is right in His sight, give ear to His commandments and keep all His statutes, I will permit none of the diseases on you which I have permitted (allowed) on the Egyptians. For I am the LORD who heals you.”
YHWH-Yireh — "The Lord will provide"
Genesis 22:
13 Then Abraham lifted his eyes and looked, and there behind him was a ram caught in a thicket by its horns. So Abraham went and took the ram, and offered it up for a burnt offering instead of his son. 14 And Abraham called the name of the place, The-LORD-Will-Provide; as it is said to this day, “In the Mount of the LORD it shall be provided.”
YHWH-Shammah — "The Lord is ever present"
Ezekiel 48:
35 All the way around shall be eighteen thousand cubits; and the name of the city from that day shall be: THE LORD IS THERE.”
YHWH-Niss"i — "The Lord our Victor"
Exodus 17:
14 Then the LORD said to Moses, “Write this for a memorial in the book and recount it in the hearing of Joshua, that I will utterly blot out the remembrance of Amalek from under heaven.” 15 And Moses built an altar and called its name, The-LORD-Is-My-Banner (Our Victor)
FATHER is ever present and always there with us and where HE is, there is life and accompanying HIS presence are righteousness, peace, direction, healing, and provision. IF FATHER is for and in us then we achieve fully victory in every aspect of our life. If you have a question about any aspect of HIS Nature then focus on the simple reality found in Jesus’ ministry. When we focus on each aspect of FATHER’S Nature then we will fully embrace HIS Nature in us and through us. Let us mature in HIS Word and embrace HIS Nature in every aspect of our being.
