We should purpose to move toward the stature of the fullness of Christ in our lives, He should be preeminent in our lives!

Christ’s presence with us is not just an outward companion, but an indwelling Divine Force, revolutionizing our nature and making us like Him.  The final and ultimate purpose of Christ is that the Christian will be reproduced in His own Likeness, within and without!

Paul wrote by The Holy Spirit in Colossians chapter 1:

18  And Jesus is the Head of the body, the church: Who is the beginning, the Firstborn from the dead; that in all things He might have the preeminence.

19 For it pleased the Father that in him should all fulness dwell;

20 And, having made peace through the Blood of His cross, by Him to reconcile all things unto Himself; by Him, I say, whether they be things in earth, or things in Heaven.

In other Words, by the Blood of His cross, everything in Heaven and earth is brought back to Himself—back to its original intent, restored to innocence again!

21 And you, that were sometime alienated and enemies in your mind by wicked works, yet now hath He reconciled

22 In the Body of His flesh through death, to present you Holy and unblameable and unreproveable in His sight

We will be without blemish!  Paul pleads with us to move forward in maturity.  Why?  This is what Love does!  He wants all of us to walk “worthy of The Lord”.

Paul also wrote by The Holy Spirit in Ephesians chapter 4:

1  I therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech (plead with) you that ye walk worthy of the vocation wherewith ye are called,

2 With all lowliness and meekness, with longsuffering, forbearing one another in Love;

3 Endeavoring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.

4 There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling;

5 One Lord, one faith, one baptism,

6 One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.

7 But unto every one of us is given grace according to the measure of the gift of Christ.

Unity will be a result of the True Body of Christ.

8 Wherefore he saith, When he ascended up on high, he led captivity captive, and gave gifts unto men.

9 (Now that he ascended, what is it but that he also descended first into the lower parts of the earth?

10 He that descended is the same also that ascended up far above all heavens, that He might fill all things.)

11 And He gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;

We should not exalt any member of Christ above another.  These ministries are meant to serve, not be served.  There is but one goal: perfecting the Body of Christ.

12 For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the Body of Christ:

13 Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ:

The adversary will focus on the immature, and it is up to us to admonish the immature to move on to full maturity.

14 That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive;

Deception is the primary weapon of the adversary… beware!

15 But speaking the Truth in Love, may grow up into Him in all things, which is the Head, even Christ:

16 From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying (building up) of itself in Love.

Self-sacrificing Love should be the primary motivation in all that we do.

We are to be possessors of the Nature of Jesus Christ!

We should be Christ in character, Christ in demonstration, and Christ in agency of transmission.

Jesus spoke in John chapter 5:

30  I can of Myself do nothing. As I hear, I judge; and My judgment is righteous, because I do not seek My Own Will but the Will of the Father Who sent Me.

Jesus did not speak or act independently of FATHER’S Will.  We are called to walk in like manner.  The majority of Christians do not see this as vital in their daily lives.  If they did, we would not have the social issues we are now facing.  The priorities of government would be different.  Social perversion could not fund its tactics.  However, there is a remnant who have not bowed to Baal.

And in John chapter 6:

38 For I have come down from Heaven, not to do My own Will, but the Will of Him Who sent Me.

Jesus reemphasized the fact that He solely represents FATHER and His power and authority were clear confirmations of His walk.  An immature believer is challenged in that the adversary will try to divert his or her attention from becoming mature in Christ.  The adversary’s methods are subtle and are not easily seen.  Social media is one such method used to divert focus.

The Beloved Disciple wrote by The Holy Spirit in 1^st John chapter 4:

1  Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God; because many false prophets have gone out into the world.

2 By this you know the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is of God,

If a “prophet” does not confess Jesus as his LORD and Savior, run the other way.

3 and every spirit that does not confess that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is not of God. And this is the spirit of the antichrist, which you have heard was coming, and is now already in the world.

4 You are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because He Who is in you is greater than he who is in the world.

Jesus is not sitting on some distant throne; He is in you and me.  False prophets tickle your ears and tell you what would appeal to your natural man.

5 They are of the world. Therefore they speak as of the world, and the world hears them.

I see this all the time in the financial arena.  YouTube is filled with man’s opinions about the future.  Some will tell you that the stock market is going up next year and some will swear that it is going down.  Therefore, half will be right and will convince you to follow them… and pay for their subscriptions.  Even a blind squirrel can find a nut every now and then.

6 We are of God. He who knows God hears us; he who is not of God does not hear us. By this we know the spirit of Truth and the spirit of error.

Those who are truly motivated by Love, seek to express Truth in all areas to benefit all.  We need The Holy Spirit to allow us to discern intent.  This requires us to be sensitive on a daily basis.  This can only be accomplished by continuous fellowship with The Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

7 Beloved, let us Love one another, for Love is of God; and everyone who Loves is born of God and knows God.

8 He who does not Love does not know God, for God is Love.

Our primary motivation should always be Love for Love is His core Nature!

We are meant to pursue the deeper revelations in our walk with GOD!

The writings of this site are meant to take the reader beyond the milk of The Word and continue on to the meat of The Word.  Who would you trust to steward your assets, a child, or a mature, reliable, and trustworthy adult?

Paul wrote by The Holy Spirit in Hebrews chapter 5:

12  For though by this time you ought to be teachers, you need someone to teach you again the first principles of the oracles of God; and you have come to need milk and not solid food.

13 For everyone who partakes only of milk is unskilled in the Word of righteousness, for he is a babe.

14 But solid food belongs to those who are of full age, that is, those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.

In other words, solid food is for the mature, whose spiritual senses perceive Heavenly matters. And they have been adequately trained by what they’ve experienced to emerge with an understanding of the difference between what is truly excellent and what is evil and harmful.  They are not blinded by the appeal of the world and its trappings (aka: snares).

The spiritually immature are easily scammed by nefarious individuals who are the epitome of lawlessness.  Why?  It is because they do not hear The Holy Spirit in all areas.  Their walk is somewhat inconsistent which leads to soulishness.  I know firsthand from interactions with various individuals who supposedly had my best interest at heart.  I was wrong and had to repent of my error in judgment and discernment.  Sadly, those lessons came with a cost.  Thankfully, FATHER is in the restoration business.

Continued in chapter 6:

1  Therefore, leaving the discussion of the elementary principles of Christ, let us go on to perfection, not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works and of faith toward God,

2 of the doctrine of baptisms, of laying on of hands, of resurrection of the dead, and of Eternal judgment.

3 And this we will do if God permits.

Those who have followed these writings will hopefully have no questions related to these foundational Truths.

4 For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted the Heavenly gift, and have become partakers of the Holy Spirit,

5 and have tasted the good Word of God and the powers of the age to come,

6 if they fall away, to renew them again to repentance, since they crucify again for themselves the Son of God, and put Him to an open shame.

7 For the earth which drinks in the rain that often comes upon it, and bears herbs useful for those by whom it is cultivated, receives blessing from God;

8 but if it bears thorns and briers, it is rejected and near to being cursed, whose end is to be burned.

I have seen people fall away from The Truth and it saddens me that they became blinded to the reality of walking in GOD’S ways.  They allowed themselves to be swayed by men’s teachings that tickled their ears.

Paul wrote by The Holy Spirit in 2^nd Timothy chapter 4:

1  I charge you therefore before God and the Lord Jesus Christ, Who will judge the living and the dead at His appearing and His Kingdom:

2 Preach the Word! Be ready in season and out of season. Convince, rebuke, exhort, with all longsuffering and teaching.

3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but according to their own desires, because they have itching ears, they will heap up for themselves teachers;

4 and they will turn their ears away from the Truth, and be turned aside to fables.

5 But you be watchful in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, fulfill your ministry.

The time is coming when those who are not grounded in The Word, will no longer listen and respond to the healing Words of Truth because they will become selfish and proud. They will seek out teachers with soothing words that line up with their desires, saying just what they want to hear.

You must not allow temporary relationships to take you off course, even by one degree!
