Agents of Change

An agent is a person or thing that takes an active role or produces a specified effect and we are called to be agents of change.  In Mark 16, Jesus spoke:

15 And He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature.

16 He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned.

17 And these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues;

18 they will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.”

This great commission is meant for all of us to participate in some fashion.  There are some who are to be on the front line and go out and there are others who are called to fund the Gospel.  Some are called to be intercessors whereas others are called to administrate in some fashion.  If we were all in unity, we would be a major force in this world.  If you hold back your resources and calling, you are disqualifying yourself as an “agent of change”.

There are no “Lone Rangers” out there called to do their own thing.  It takes all of the Body of Christ to bring forth the Kingdom.  We are called to reveal the Divine unconditional Love of FATHER toward all of mankind.  Learning how to Love and be Love is the purpose for all of mankind to embrace.  Consider the result of this unconditional Love spreading throughout the earth.  What would happen if those with resources unconditionally gave to those who have embraced Love but without resources.  Clearly FATHER will further reveal the opportunities as men and women step out in faith.  The problem is most people are simply waiting on a sign rather than embracing the Words of Jesus Christ, the manifested and revealed Intent of FATHER.  What more do we really need?

There is a small but faithful group of givers who support this ministry and I am truly grateful.  No matter what the dollar amount, FATHER looks at their hearts and is pleased with their willingness to give.  Unlike sitting in a Church sanctuary where there is pressure to open the wallet, those who give here do it on their own accord.  They understand Kingdom finance and economics.  Paul wrote in 2 Corinthians chapter 9:

6 But this I say: He who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully.

7 So let each one give as he purposes in his heart, not grudgingly or of necessity; for God loves a cheerful giver.

8 And God is able to make all grace abound toward you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, may have an abundance for every good work.

9 As it is written:

“He has dispersed abroad,

He has given to the poor;

His righteousness endures forever.”

10 Now may He who supplies seed to the sower, and bread for food, supply and multiply the seed you have sown and increase the fruits of your righteousness,

11 while you are enriched in everything for all liberality, which causes thanksgiving through us to God.

12 For the administration of this service not only supplies the needs of the saints, but also is abounding through many thanksgivings to God,

If you really embrace Love you will then embrace giving.  If you read this blog as a plea then you have missed the point.  This ministry is all about providing you and others with a conduit to facilitate change on this earth.  We have the beginnings of an infrastructure to unify the Body through technology such as the unity153.net site.  However, more people and resources are needed to truly take the effort to the next level.  I am “all in”, what about you?  Are you truly willing to be an agent of change?  Or are you satisfied in continuing in your current state?  The choice is yours.

PS:  Don’t shoot the messenger.
