True Circumcision

May 5th, 2014

In Romans Chapter 2, Paul reveals the fact that the Law cannot be satisfied by the outward fleshly circumcision:

28 For you are not a true Jew just because you were born of Jewish parents or because you have gone through the ceremony of circumcision.

29 No, a true Jew is one whose heart is right with God. And true circumcision is not merely obeying the letter of the law; rather, it is a change of heart produced by God’s Spirit. And a person with a changed heart seeks praise from God, not from people.  (YLT)

The inward circumcision of removing the “flesh” from the heart is done by HIS Spirit.  Once you have had a change of heart, you begin to obey the “spirit” of the Law, not just the letter or legal aspect of the Law.  The “spirit” of the Law is the Divine Intent behind the Law, which is Love.  We have looked at the Law as a bunch of don’ts in the past.  If we change our perspective, understanding that each Law is for our benefit and given from a standpoint of HIS Divine Intent of Love, I believe we will be given a greater revelation of why HE included those 613 commandments and statutes to live by.

Paul further states that by the works of the Law, none are justified.  What purpose does the Law fulfill today?  It is a Standard that reveals the knowledge of sin:

Romans 3:20  because by the works of the Law no flesh will be justified in His sight; for through the Law comes the knowledge of sin.  (NASB)

So, does the Law still have a purpose today?  Yes, it reveals sin, the carnal nature of the old man.  Without the Law, by what standard would we be able to identify sin?

Does the Law produce righteousness?  No.  The works of the Law cannot justify you in HIS Sight.  Only by an inward circumcision can one be justified.  It must be a circumcised heart of Love.  Our Heavenly Father provided the “Way” to justification, HIS Most Holy Son:

3:21 But now God has shown us a way to be made right with him without keeping the requirements of the law, as was promised in the writings of Moses and the prophets long ago.

3:22 We are made right with God by placing our faith in Jesus Christ. And this is true for everyone who believes, no matter who we are.

3:23 For everyone has sinned; we all fall short of God’s glorious standard.  (YLT)

What is HIS Glorious Standard?  The Law.

3:24 Yet God, with undeserved kindness, declares that we are righteous. He did this through Christ Jesus when he freed us from the penalty for our sins.

Paul later states the relevance of the Law:

3:31 Well then, if we emphasize faith, does this mean that we can forget about the law? Of course not! In fact, only when we have faith do we truly fulfill the law.

Being led by The Spirit provides us the ability to fulfill the Law.  We are freed from the penalties of the Law when we by faith receive Jesus Christ and then receive HIS Holy Spirit, given at Pentecost.  Pentecost was first occurred at Mt. Sinai where the “giving” of the Law occurred.  The number 50 means Jubilee:

Leviticus 25:10  ‘And you shall consecrate the fiftieth year, and proclaim liberty throughout all the land to all its inhabitants. It shall be a Jubilee for you; and each of you shall return to his possession, and each of you shall return to his family.

The ultimate goal of Pentecost is to free you from your debts and receive your inheritance, your jubilee.  The Law established the Standard by which debt is reckoned.  On the Day of Pentecost, the means by which we are able to achieve our jubilee was provided:

John 16:

5 “But now I go away to Him who sent Me, and none of you asks Me, ‘Where are You going?’ 6 But because I have said these things to you, sorrow has filled your heart.7 Nevertheless I tell you the truth. It is to your advantage that I go away; for if I do not go away, the Helper will not come to you; but if I depart, I will send Him to you. 8 And when He has come, He will convict the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment: 9 of sin, because they do not believe in Me; 10 of righteousness, because I go to My Father and you see Me no more; 11 of judgment, because the ruler of this world is judged.

12 “I still have many things to say to you, but you cannot bear them now. 13 However, when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth; for He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears He will speak; and He will tell you things to come. 14 He will glorify Me, for He will take of what is Mine and declare it to you. 15 All things that the Father has are Mine. Therefore I said that He will take of Mine and declare it to you.

The Feast of Pentecost is to honor the revealing of the plan to bring us to maturity as sons.  It provided us the Law as a Standard, and the Holy Spirit Who guides us into all Truth thus allowing us to fulfill HIS Divine Intent, thus fulfilling the Law.  Isn’t this why we should celebrate and reverently honor such a magnificent plan?

First Desolation, Then Victory

May 4th, 2014

Today, I was awakened by Our Heavenly Father to focus on Jeremiah Chapter 32.  I was to read verse 31 first:

:31 ‘For this city has been to Me a provocation of My anger and My fury from the day that they built it, even to this day; so I will remove it from before My face.

This particular verse is part of a commitment to bring down the current system completely, by the hand of Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon.  However, Our Heavenly  Father instructs Jeremiah to buy a field from his cousin in Anathoth for 17 shekels of silver.  The number 17 represents victory:

Jeremiah records 17 prayers. The 17th prayer is found in Jeremiah 32. The prayer is made while the Babylonian army was surrounding Jerusalem. In such circumstances, the prophet redeems land in Anathoth for 17 shekels of silver (Jer. 32:9). It is remarkable that Anathoth means “ answered prayers.” Then in 32:17-25 Jeremiah prays his great prayer of victory that once we obtain the victory of answered prayer, no further prayer is needed to obtain the object of prayer.

Jeremiah’s name means "whom Jehovah has appointed"

Jeremiah’s father’s name was Hilkiah = "my portion is Jehovah"

The field at Anathoth in the land of Benjamin was purchased by Jeremiah while he was imprisoned under Babylonian rule.  The purchase of this field was to signify that the destruction was only temporary and that ultimately Our Heavenly Father would restore the Promised Land:

42 “For thus says the LORD: ‘Just as I have brought all this great calamity on this people, so I will bring on them all the good that I have promised them. 43 And fields will be bought in this land of which you say, “It is desolate, without man or beast; it has been given into the hand of the Chaldeans.” 44 Men will buy fields for money, sign deeds and seal them, and take witnesses, in the land of Benjamin, in the places around Jerusalem, in the cities of Judah, in the cities of the mountains, in the cities of the lowland, and in the cities of the South; for I will cause their captives to return,’ says the LORD.”

In light of being directed to this particular chapter today and having been charged with the oversight of the Treasury of the Remnant and receiving the Census coins held for future distribution:

“I declare that 17 shekels of silver have been allocated and directed for the purchase of the entire field (the earth).  This declaration is hereby given as public notice and record is made by its posting as a public declaration available for all witnesses to read throughout this earth on May 4th, 2014.”

Father, we receive your promise:

40 And I will make an everlasting covenant with them, that I will not turn away from doing them good; but I will put My fear in their hearts so that they will not depart from Me. 41 Yes, I will rejoice over them to do them good, and I will assuredly plant them in this land, with all My heart and with all My soul.’

Personal Testimony

May 3rd, 2014

Yesterday morning, I reached my goal of losing 40 pounds.  Each day I weigh as soon as I wake up, no matter what I have consumed the previous day.  I began this journey on August 20th, 2012.  I knew it would be lengthy and require discipline.  I have learned and reconfirmed the following based on my own results:

– 80-90% of weight loss is tied to nutrition

– 10-20% of weight loss is tied to exercise

– Both are needed to work together to maximize effectiveness

– A supplement may help the metabolism

I added a supplement to help burn the fat.  I used the supplement Rasberry Ketone/Green Coffee offered by Creation’s Nutrients( www.creationsnutrients.us ).  I personally believe that the combination of these three was instrumental in producing the desired results.  The reduction in weight has had many health benefits.  It is suggested that after you have been at your new weight for a year, your body has adjusted to the new level.  This was true for me.

I did have to start rebuilding my wardrobe which was a welcome cost.  My suits could be tailored down to the new size.  Fortunately my feet did not shrink.  I share this to encourage those of you who wish to lose weight that even if you are over 60, you can do it as I did.  Those who are thin have been blessed with a physiology the rest of us were not.

If you don’t diet at all, the supplement will probably be of little benefit.  Diet without exercise produces less results than the combination.  Walking can be just as beneficial as jogging if you are disciplined in walking at least 3 times each week.  Our Heavenly Father will help you if you truly want to change.  You will begin to eat in order to satisfy your hunger rather than your appetite.

I am sure that having 40 less pounds to carry was instrumental in my successful completion of the Oklahoma City half-marathon (13.1 miles).  Last year I was happy to run the 5K (3.1 miles).  My recovery time this year was minimal.  I guess those supplements I take, especially Super Limber, have paid off.  I can’t guarantee you will have the same results but you can be sure that if you don’t do something about your health, it will probably deteriorate at a faster rate.

Before dieting and beginning an exercise program, you should consult your healthcare professional.

The race was a “run to remember”, the slogan this year.

Above All

May 3rd, 2014

Colossians 3:12 Therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, put on tender mercies, kindness, humility, meekness, longsuffering; 13 bearing with one another, and forgiving one another, if anyone has a complaint against another; even as Christ forgave you, so you also must do. NKJV

In the above passage, “put on” means to clothe, wrap, or cover yourself.  You will be identifiable by this clothing.  The immature expect the more mature to walk in this manner but they should put on this clothing as well.  It is the sign of maturity.  Forgiveness and forbearance must be accompanied by patience to nurture the immature toward their goal as one of the elect of GOD.  If there is any time in history where we will need to walk according to these attributes, it is forthcoming.  Major global changes are at hand and the recent past is no longer a valid reference for what is soon to come.  Economic storms are ahead and those currently in power may try to move all of us into another world war in order to maintain the past status quo.  The stakes are high and those of us who are called to be citizens of the Kingdom thus aliens in the land, must rise up as a standard of righteousness.  In order to do this we must become mature in our walk.  Paul tells us to “clothe” ourselves.  It requires us to act in response to his urging.  What is the “glue” that will hold all of this together?  Love:

14 But above all these things put on love, which is the bond of perfection.

The bonding agent is Love.  I implore you to focus on the source of all HIS Divine Intent.  The attributes mentioned above result from this Bond of Perfection, Love.  Anything that hinders your pursuit of the revelation of Love should be set aside.  Let your every action be initiated from a standpoint of Love.  Express Love, be Love, walk in Love.  As you take this path, you will be tested intensely.  Face the test head on and resist the adversary.  Embrace the test as an opportunity to walk through the test in Love.  As you do, revelation and resources will rally to assist you.  You will begin to flow according to HIS Spirit in you.  Your household will begin to operate in peace.  Division will be replaced by unity.   Your faith will operate by Love where it will properly focus on results that promote life and the living.  You will become a conduit for Our Heavenly Father to minister to others as Jesus did.  You will be found trustworthy to operate in the Spiritual gifts needed for the situations you will be faced with as a representative from the Kingdom.  Doors will open as your fruitfulness abounds.

Love is the bonding agent.  It must be your first priority.  It’s time to be an expression of Our Heavenly Father’s Love to mankind.

Classic Friday Manipulation

CropperCapture[239]

Pushing down the market by $18 in a few minutes only occurs when an agent bank of the Fed gets instructed to push the price down in order to move traders to the sell side for the day.  The goal is to make the dollar look better than it really is.  They attempt to hide the truth of the matter but ultimately the truth will be revealed.

Later today, the buyers enjoyed the price:

And the Dollar Index dropped back down.  It appears that the weak gold and silver players may now be on the sidelines.

Who do you trust in?

May 2nd, 2014

A credential is an attestation of qualification, competence, or authority issued to an individual by a third party with a relevant or de facto authority or assumed competence to do so.

The Apostle Paul warns us against trusting in and relying on human credentials:

Philippians 3:3  For we are the circumcision, who worship God in the Spirit, rejoice in Christ Jesus, and have no confidence in the flesh,

Men spend their lives in pursuit of knowledge with the expectation that at some point they will be satisfied with their achievements.  I say to you that knowledge without wisdom and understanding is of little importance and satisfaction in the long term.  Men issue other men diplomas as though the issuers are the final authority to determine the qualifications of the individual.  The current system is set up to encourage us to believe in the “experts”.  The truth is that the evidence proves them wrong.  The war on cancer is over 50 years old and they still are losing the battles every day.  Why?  Because they are not being led by the Spirit!

Paul continues:

:4 though I also might have confidence in the flesh. If anyone else thinks he may have confidence in the flesh, I more so: 5 circumcised the eighth day, of the stock of Israel, of the tribe of Benjamin, a Hebrew of the Hebrews; concerning the law, a Pharisee; 6 concerning zeal, persecuting the church; concerning the righteousness which is in the law, blameless.

In Paul’s time, “a Hebrew of the Hebrews” was the epitome of accolades one could attain.  Paul’s credentials were one of the elite résumés you would find during this period.  Paul’s comment on his past accomplishments:

:7 But what things were gain to me, these I have counted loss for Christ. 8 Yet indeed I also count all things loss for the excellence of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord, for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and count them as rubbish, that I may gain Christ 9 and be found in Him, not having my own righteousness, which is from the law, but that which is through faith in Christ, the righteousness which is from God by faith; 10 that I may know Him and the power of His resurrection, and the fellowship of His sufferings, being conformed to His death, 11 if, by any means, I may attain to the resurrection from the dead.

It is imperative that we walk in the Spirit and not trust in the flesh.  Men’s credentials are not issued because they have heard from Our Heavenly Father and responded.  They have simply met the requirements put forth by other men as an endorsement.  We must obtain our endorsement or witness from The Spirit.  Our Feast of Pentecost where we acknowledge and honor the giving of the Law and Spirit is to be held on June 8th in a live broadcast.  To my knowledge, this will be the first worldwide celebration of the Feast of Pentecost.  Our Passover Conference had a total of 9 countries participate.  Hopefully we will grow until the whole earth is represented.

The Holy Spirit is the One who endorses the Truth of any matter.  The Law is the standard which all men are judged by.  In combination, the Truth is fully exposed and understood.  Let us honor the day both were imparted by HIS Divine Love.

Live Peaceably

May 1st, 2014

We were all once foolish and blind to the ways of Our Heavenly Father.  We could not hear HIS Voice.  In those times we thought we had our act together only to find that we had no clue.  If there is anything I have learned over the past four decades of my walk with HIM, it is that I have more to learn and understand about the Kingdom and trust HIM to appropriately reveal the greater mysteries as I am able to receive them.  It requires me to mature in areas that were previously weak.  I must assess my own fruit to see what aspects of my life are unfruitful and let the pruning come forth in those areas.  In Titus, we are called to deny ungodliness and worldly lusts and watch our words:

Titus 2:11 For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men, 12 teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly in the present age, 13 looking for the blessed hope and glorious appearing of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ, 14 who gave Himself for us, that He might redeem us from every lawless deed and purify for Himself His own special people, zealous for good works.

15 Speak these things, exhort, and rebuke with all authority. Let no one despise you

3:1 Remind them to be subject to rulers and authorities, to obey, to be ready for every good work, 2 to speak evil of no one, to be peaceable, gentle, showing all humility to all men.3 For we ourselves were also once foolish, disobedient, deceived, serving various lusts and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful and hating one another. 4 But when the kindness and the love of God our Savior toward man appeared, 5 not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to His mercy He saved us, through the washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Spirit, 6 whom He poured out on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Savior, 7 that having been justified by His grace we should become heirs according to the hope of eternal life.

8 This is a faithful saying, and these things I want you to affirm constantly, that those who have believed in God should be careful to maintain good works. These things are good and profitable to men.

Are you zealous for good works or are you complaining about HIS apparent delay in making something happen in your life?  We are to produce good fruit to be fed to all mankind.  We should be a testimony, a standard, by which men are drawn toward Our Lord and Savior.  If we are busy stuffing doctrine down other people’s throats, how can HIS Love be expressed?  As we are led by HIS Most Holy Spirit, HIS grace and mercy abounds toward those we come in contact with.  Yes, there are many in authority that are pursuing life as vessels of dishonor and they will receive their reward.  We must not speak evil toward them.  We must trust Our Heavenly Father will protect us from their devices and plans just as HE has protected HIS Remnant throughout history.  Let us promote peace by word and deed.

Is Our Heavenly Father interested in nutrition?

April 30th, 2014

An unequivocal yes!

Mankind has been sold a bill of goods concerning nutrition.  The pharmaceutical companies would have you believe that an ailment arises from the lack of one of their products.  They tout “quality of life” as their mantra when selling you drugs to sleep, relieve pain, or deal with chronic inflammation.  When you respond to their arguments, you simply put more toxic substances in your body.  Don’t get me wrong, there is a time to pick the best of two outcomes.  Our bodies are overloaded with toxins from the air, water, and the food we ingest.  Our body’s immune system becomes overloaded and at some point, chronic health issues surface.  Often, the root cause of the health issue is not obvious.  The physician’s diagnosis is only as good as his or her training.  They are not “GOD” even though some of them would have you believe that they are.

As you increase in your sensitivity to the Holy Spirit and hear Our Heavenly Father’s voice, you can improve your health. You can start by asking if a particular food is good for you.  You can look at produce at the market and ask which fruit or vegetable should be picked.  This may not seem important to you but these small acts help you develop a sensitivity to your body’s needs.  Instead of satisfying your appetite, you begin to satisfy your hunger.  That is one aspect of dying to the old man.

Our Heavenly Father directed me to help Doug Evers in his nutrition business.  Though I thought I already had plenty on my plate (pun intended), HE wanted me to help Doug.  We’ve been taking Doug’s supplements for about 15 years and I suspect the fact that neither my wife nor I are taking any medication at this point in our lives is a testimony to that path we chose.  This year I expect the Remnant will begin to manifest notably improved health.  Some will be healed miraculously.  Others will be healed by hearing HIS Voice and responding to a change in diet, exercise, and supplements.  Some will lose weight to a more desired level.  All of this will be due to being led by the Spirit.  Allergies will no longer be a problem to those who respond.  Chronic inflammation will cease.  Overall wellbeing will improve.  In light of this, let’s look at the daughter of Jairus.  His name means “Whom GOD enlightens”.   Jairus was an overseer or ruler of the synagogue.  It was his duty to select the readers or teachers in the synagogue, to examine the discourses of the public speakers, and to see that all things were done with decency and in accordance with ancestral usage.

Jairus heard Jesus speak and knew that Jesus could heal his 12 year old daughter.  He asked Jesus to come and heal her.  Jesus responded and proceeded to Jairus’ house.  On the way to the house, the woman with the issue of blood enters the picture:

Mark 5:25 Now a certain woman had a flow of blood for twelve years, 26 and had suffered many things from many physicians. She had spent all that she had and was no better, but rather grew worse.

Does this scenario sound familiar?  Our current healthcare system is designed to extract all your money from you whether you get healed or not.  In her case, she grew worse.  The physicians were obviously not led by the Spirit or she would have improved.  At any rate, her faith healed her.  Jesus did not have to formulate some long prayer of petition toward Heaven.  Virtue or power flowed out of Him into her and the result was a full restoration.  As Jesus was speaking to the woman:

35 While He was still speaking, some came from the ruler of the synagogue’s house who said, “Your daughter is dead. Why trouble the Teacher any further?”

Jesus was not moved by the troubling report:

36 As soon as Jesus heard the word that was spoken, He said to the ruler of the synagogue, “Do not be afraid; only believe.”  37 And He permitted no one to follow Him except Peter, James, and John the brother of James. 38 Then He came to the house of the ruler of the synagogue, and saw a tumult and those who wept and wailed loudly. 39 When He came in, He said to them, “Why make this commotion and weep? The child is not dead, but sleeping.”

40 And they ridiculed Him. But when He had put them all outside, He took the father and the mother of the child, and those who were with Him, and entered where the child was lying. 41 Then He took the child by the hand, and said to her, “Talitha, cumi,” which is translated, “Little girl, I say to you, arise.” 42 Immediately the girl arose and walked, for she was twelve years of age. And they were overcome with great amazement. 43 But He commanded them strictly that no one should know it, and said that something should be given her to eat.

Jesus raises the little girl from the dead but He didn’t stop there.  He commanded them to giver her something to eat.  Jesus was specifically concerned about her immediately eating after being raised from the dead.  His focus on her nutrition necessitates our focus as well.  The story could have ended without this little fact.  However, Our Heavenly Father placed it there so we would be enlightened to the priority of nutrition as subtle as it may be.  We tend to think that our spiritual walk has little or no consideration for our physical wellbeing, that we must somehow “suffer for Christ” in the physical.  Jesus is in the physical healing business.  He fed the multitudes.  Our Heavenly Father is as concerned about your daily nutrition as HE is in other aspects of your daily walk.  HE is sufficiently capable of dealing with you in all areas.  Each of us has a unique ideal weight.  Ask Our Heavenly Father what it is, then ask HIM to guide you to that weight.  Be sensitive to HIS direction and HE will instruct you on what to eat, what to abstain from, and what supplements to take.  Out of HIS Love for us, HE gave us food Laws to live by.  It is a challenge to testify of HIM when we are chronically sick.  This must be an area of interest to HIM since HE directed me to write about it today.
