It is my prayer for you this day as written in Colossians chapter 1:

I ask that you may be filled with the knowledge of His will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding; that you may walk worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing Him, being fruitful in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God;  strengthened with all might, according to His glorious power, for all patience and longsuffering with joy;  giving thanks to the Father who has qualified us to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in the light.  He has delivered us from the power of darkness and conveyed us into the kingdom of the Son of His love,  in whom we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins.   Amen

Your presence will make a difference in the coming weeks, months, and years as your light shines forth overcoming the darkness that prevails in men’s lives.  Love cannot be enslaved or contained no matter what the physical state.  It can’t and won’t be restricted by any situation.  Love’s expression created all true law and counterfeit laws made by self-serving men will not hold up when Love confronts them.  Time after time throughout history FATHER has delivered the oppressed from the oppressors and HE will once again confirm HIS Love expressed through HIS Word.

Against all odds, Gideon’s army of 300 prevailed.  Elijah prevailed over the 450 prophets of Baal.  Jesus walked through the crowds undetected.  He walked through walls as needed.  Angels have preceded the children of Israel into battle and FATHER will use whatever resources needed to defeat man’s feeble attempts to thwart HIS Divine Will and plan.  Will the earth swallow up the central planners?  Will their own devices turn on them and subdue them?  Will FATHER use the Kings of the East to expose the hypocrisy and lies of the western central planners?  We need not concern ourselves how HE plans to deliver us but simply continue to prepare ourselves for such a deliverance.

At the first Passover, the death angel struck those in control at the most personal level killing their firstborn.  The children of Israel only needed to follow the instructions given to and through Moses in order that they did not receive the same judgment as the Egyptians.  FATHER will use unanticipated methods to bring forth judgment according to the circumstances at the time.  With the love of money (greed) being at the forefront of today’s lawlessness, don’t be surprised to see a full collapse and breaking up of this particular idol.  This idol has taken the form of fiat currency where men’s perception of power has been focused on mounds of paper and digital, virtual money that has no intrinsic value whatsoever.  The threat of retaliation is the only thing that currently supports the world’s reserve currency.  An electromagnetic pulse from the sun could cripple the current weaponry in an instant.

Let the above prayer become your heartfelt confession each day.  As you express this prayer, your words are planted in your being and move into agreement with FATHER.  HIS focus becomes your focus and you begin to walk worthy of the LORD, fully pleasing HIM.  You then begin to produce good fruit in every good work.  Meditate on the above prayer and embrace every word of it for your personal walk.  You will be delivered out of the darkness of this world into the Light.

Little by little I have observed the changes in the U.S. as well as the rest of the world.  When I was young we did not lock the doors to our house at night while we slept.  We had screen doors to let the summer breeze cool the house down… our version of central air conditioning.  We entertained ourselves by playing outside with the neighborhood kids and thought nothing about strangers passing by.  The morals of society were high as well as the honor and respect of family structure.  My parents were youngsters growing during the Great Depression and their frugal living was passed on to us boys.  The times have changed.

2 Timothy 3:1 But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come:

2 For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,

3 unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good,

4 traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God,

5 having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such people turn away!

6 For of this sort are those who creep into households and make captives of gullible women loaded down with sins, led away by various lusts,

7 always learning and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.

If you consider these words Paul penned to Timothy, we must be moving into these perilous times.  You could take each description or category and assign it to multiple news stories of today.  Just yesterday the U.S. Supreme Court deemed  same-sex marriage legal throughout the land.  This goes totally against the historic moral fiber of the country and nobody can deny it.  Neither can you argue that we have “progressed” in our thinking.  From a pure scientific view, same sex marriage does not produce offspring, a fundamental expression of life on this planet.  THE CREATOR of Heaven and earth did not design life to operate in this manner.  It is self-evident yet mankind has become lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of GOD.

Lovers of money are in the midst of wrecking the global economy.  Unholy, unloving, and brutal individuals are promoting violence against children.  Traitors take an oath to the Constitution of the United States and then immediately take bribes in various forms to compromise their office.  Various officials end their speeches with the phrase “GOD bless America” yet in private they commit lawlessness against the average citizens who elected them.

Men have become self-absorbed and are willing to sacrifice anyone and anything in order to satisfy their lusts.  Why does this country as well as others have a drug problem?  Because there is great demand to escape the emptiness found in the souls of men and women.  If there was no demand, the drug lords would be out of business.  Demand is the issue.

A great percentage of television commercials are pharmaceutical ads.  Rather than seeking FATHER for a solution, men seek out doctors who will prescribe a band-aid to mask the symptoms, never really dealing with the source of the problem.  What a mess!

Sin and lawlessness have crept into the fabric of society and this condition is not new.  Throughout history we find parallels and each time the system fails.  This time will be no different and FATHER will judge this country as well as others.  HIS longsuffering is surely about to end and HIS remnant continues to prepare in anticipation of this judgment.  “Self” is being eradicated at a personal level and full submission to FATHER’S commands has replaced the flesh in its attempt to maintain control.  Those who have been called look back in disgust when their decisions were based on the flesh and exclaim “What was the point?”.  They see the emptiness of those fleshly desires and are glad to be rid of them.  They understand it was all part of their training.

FATHER always has a solution to the ugly situation brought about by ungodly men.  HE is in the deliverance and restoration business.  Be assured that the end of the current system is not the end of the world.  There will be a severe pruning and the sin and lawlessness will be exposed.  Some will embrace it while others will deny it until the day of reckoning.  Both groups will experience some pain.  Those who walk in Love will be raised up as a standard for the rest of mankind to observe and come to the realization that the righteous judgment of FATHER is necessary in order to cleanse them of their unrighteousness.  It’s all good.

"The Times They Are a-Changin’" as the song goes.  The world is in a state of change in all areas- social, political, economic, and most of all Spiritual.  In the past we were able to focus on simple topics at an elementary level.  The message of hope, faith, and Love could be taught in a rather stable environment.  But now we are quickly moving to a major global shift in life as we know it and if your foundation is built on sand, your house is about to go through a frontal assault.

If you are expecting to be a full expression of FATHER’S Love, you will be required to walk in faith and you will surely be tested.  As you are challenged by others who will take an un-defendable position, you will simply Love them and forgive them as they confront or shun you, depending on their modus operandi.  When you challenge people’s religious doctrine, they get defensive and typically try to discredit the messenger and will use the various means at their disposal to rationalize why you are wrong.  They will use isolated Biblical passages as the foundation of their overall doctrine.  FATHER has a way of being a “doctrine buster”.  He’s busted plenty of mine over the years.

Your walk of faith will not be popular or embraced by the masses.  It there is a lesson to be learned at the cross, most of Jesus’ staff were missing from the event.  The Beloved Disciple John was the exception.  Love does not hesitate to show up when the challenge and confrontation arrive.  In Isaiah chapter 50:

8 ​​He is near who justifies Me;

​​Who will contend with Me?

​​Let us stand together.

​​Who is My adversary?

​​Let him come near Me.

FATHER is always near and will vindicate us as we are challenged by others.  As we hear HIS WORD and speak it forth, we must stand fast as HIS WORD goes forth and accomplishes that which HE sent it to do.  When we are fully mature, we no longer concern ourselves with the antagonistic words of our adversaries.  We simply forgive them and go on with our calling.  We trust that everything FATHER is exposing us to is meant to be a part of our walk here on earth.  We wake up in anticipation of our daily interactions with HIM.  We embrace the fullness of the day and look for opportunities to share HIS Love with others.  We look forward to serving mankind rather than looking to exploit others as the old man was motivated to do.

On a daily basis I am confronted by yet another indication of the rough waters ahead for mankind.  I know it is not the end of the world but it is clear that there is a major confrontation ahead.  You can be sure that major changes will accompany the confrontation.  I have heard a multitude of opinions of how and when it will occur.  My response is to prepare given the resources available to me.  I am not afraid of what lies ahead for FATHER has prepared me to overcome the fear of the unknown.  We all must trust in HIS Love for us and know that HE will work out the details as we navigate through the times ahead.

FATHER’S Plan trumps man’s intended outcomes.  Throughout Scripture we find a common theme- mankind goes astray and FATHER comes to the rescue.  Thankfully HE is the Author of patience.  Thankfully HE has revealed HIMSELF to us and imparting faith to us through HIS WORD in a timely fashion.

There are many “watch dates” ahead but frankly every day is a watch date for me.  I am focusing on hearing HIM today and receiving whatever HE has for me today.  My focus is for me to change internally, knowing that the external is HIS responsibility.  As I change internally and become fully mature IN HIM, HE will utilize me to deal with the external.  Think not that you can rest on some revelation of the past and expect to be of service today.  We are in a dynamic time and FATHER is in continuous communication with those who are walking in faith and expecting to hear HIM today.  Let the words of Psalm 27 comfort us as we proceed though the challenges ahead:

11 ​​Teach me Your way, O LORD,

​​And lead me in a smooth path, because of my enemies.

12 ​​Do not deliver me to the will of my adversaries;

​​For false witnesses have risen against me,

​​And such as breathe out violence.

13 ​​I would have lost heart, unless I had believed

​​That I would see the goodness of the LORD

​​In the land of the living.

​14 ​​Wait on the LORD; ​​Be of good courage,

​​And He shall strengthen your heart;

​​Wait, I say, on the LORD!

I want to simply say “Thank You” to those who have responded with financial assistance to help those in need.  We trust that good seed is being planted and will in turn produce good fruit.

In the Book of Beginnings (Genesis) Chapter 47 we find that Joseph had been made Governor over Egypt and the famine was in full swing.  When times are tough our priorities change dramatically.  Our perceptions now align with reality for the illusions evaporate with amazing speed.

In the Tech bubble of 1999-2000, money evaporated in terms of perceived stock values in the various technology stocks.  I remember that the valuations of various Internet stocks were astronomical.  Typically, stock prices are valued on current and future earnings.  During the bubble, prices were based on a pipe dream of future earnings… a pure illusion that was totally disconnected from reality.  Once men and women returned to reality, the bubble burst and money effectively evaporated.  A portfolio valued at $10,000 could have easily dropped to $500 and some did.  I knew a young man without any finance background or experience who lost $10,000 of his $15,000 investment when the bubble burst.

Fast forward to the bubble of 2007-2008.  Once again asset valuations had increased.  Housing had become a bubble.  Liar loans were packaged as high quality investments and insurance was taken out on these instruments.  Leveraged investments were the gambling devices of the financial industry.  Once again, mania and illusion replaced common sense.  When the bubble burst, the Federal Reserve and other central banks came to the rescue for the “too big to fail” institutions.  Vice President Biden revealed that the U.S. was close to marshal law at one point.

Seven years later, we are at another inflection point.  This time the bubble is the biggest of all- a global currency bubble and a bond market bubble.  Investment managers have purchased “insurance” in the form of derivatives as a perceived backstop to any loss.  The problem is the same as it was in 2008.  If the issuer of the derivative insurance is unable to pay, the insurance is no good.  So you have losses on all sides.  The current levels of “insurance” exceed anyone’s ability to pay off if the current bubble bursts.  What would happen if an adverse economic event occurs?  The failure of money.  Is this unprecedented?  No.  Back to Genesis 47:

15 So when the money failed in the land of Egypt and in the land of Canaan, all the Egyptians came to Joseph and said, “Give us bread, for why should we die in your presence? For the money has failed.”

16 Then Joseph said, “Give your livestock, and I will give you bread for your livestock, if the money is gone.” 17 So they brought their livestock to Joseph, and Joseph gave them bread in exchange for the horses, the flocks, the cattle of the herds, and for the donkeys. Thus he fed them with bread in exchange for all their livestock that year.

Failure of money does not mean the end of civilization.   It simply means the end of a perceived and accepted medium of exchange that has failed.  People will find tangible value to exchange for food.  When money fails, food becomes the most important medium of exchange.  Expensive cars and homes dramatically decline in value.  The non-essential items become worthless.  Only those assets that promote life are of value.

This coming fall is a potential culmination point when illusion meets reality.  The central banks have been propping up the markets by printing more money with declining value in hope of maintaining the illusion of growth and prosperity.  The middle class is not responding and is now trying to save rather than consume.  The poor as a percentage of the overall population is increasing and need greater financial assistance.  The wealthy (top 1%) are busy bidding up prices on collectibles.  The overall productiveness of society is declining and cannot support the current massive bubble.

When will the current money fail?  It could be as early as today but it could somehow be postponed for months or a few years.  Mathematically there is no way out of the bubble except for hyperinflation which is the precursor to monetary failure.

Joseph was given the mandate to store food in anticipation of the famine.  By responding to his calling, his family made it through the famine and the great reset of the monetary system of Egypt.  Gold and silver ultimately became the medium of exchange after the famine ended.  A few days ago, former Congressman Ron Paul issued a warning.  He spoke about the reality of where we are at today and I believe his assessment is “spot on”.  You can watch his presentation at: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a8kopdnflyM  He gives you the eminent warning signs at the end of the presentation.

If we ignore the potential for failure of the reserve currency of the world, it is at our peril.  The current financial system is plagued by lawlessness and I personally don’t believe that FATHER let it continue much longer.  Of course, the central bankers think they are the smartest and wisest people on earth.  Their attitude will be their downfall.  Only FATHER knows the timing!

Paul wrote in 1 Timothy chapter 3:

14 These things I write to you, though I hope to come to you shortly; 15 but if I am delayed, I write so that you may know how you ought to conduct yourself in the house of God, which is the church of the living God, the pillar and ground of the truth. 16 And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness:

​​​GOD was manifested in the flesh,

​​Justified in the Spirit,

​​Seen by angels,

​​Preached among the Gentiles,

​​Believed on in the world,

​​Received up in glory.

If there is any one mystery found among mankind that must completely defy man’s intellect and understanding, it is that GOD was manifested in the flesh.  HE descended from the highest realm into the physical realm and walked among men.  All other religions and doctrines may contain lesser mysteries but none are as great as this mystery.  Yet most people have little or no comprehension of the magnitude of this mystery.  All power and authority in Heaven and earth walked among men on this small blue planet amidst a small galaxy placed within a cluster of galaxies.  The human mind cannot grasp the magnitude of this mystery.

Jesus Christ was declared and confirmed to be the Son of FATHER to all mankind.  His resurrection separated Him from all others who have been exalted among religions.  His tomb is empty!  If we would only contemplate the brevity of what Our LORD did for us, we would begin our day with great gratitude and reverence for simply being alive IN HIM!  How is it possible that our flesh can have such power to dilute such a great mystery?

We read the various stories in Scripture as though they are mini-novels and actually did not occur.  We read of the great judgments that have come on mankind as though they could not happen in this high-tech world.  In the biggest of pictures we are but a small dot on the canvas.  You need only to look out the window and see the beauty, complexity,  and equilibrium of nature in order to comprehend HIS Majesty and wisdom.  Behold the Great Mystery and let Love permeate every cell of your body.  Set aside petty differences and offences; be grateful that you have been given such an opportunity to experience life.  Rise above “self” and look toward the purpose given to you by FATHER and start walking in it.  Quit defending an un-defendable position or doctrine that exalts you above others in some fashion.  Jesus made Himself of no reputation yet men compete for position.  Unbelievable!  Entitlement is a doctrine perpetuated by the ego meant to exalt you to idol status.  Tear down those idols!  Be grateful that FATHER has provided the air you breathe and has sustained you to this very moment.  Let us come in true reverence before HIS Throne as this great mystery is being revealed to us in a much greater degree and fashion.  Let us not be lackadaisical in our worship of FATHER.  Consider the words in Psalm 8:

1 O LORD, our Lord,

​​How excellent is Your name in all the earth,

​​Who have set Your glory above the heavens!

​

2 ​​Out of the mouth of babes and nursing infants

​​You have ordained strength,

​​Because of Your enemies,

​​That You may silence the enemy and the avenger.

​

3 ​​When I consider Your heavens, the work of Your fingers,

​​The moon and the stars, which You have ordained,

4 ​​What is man that You are mindful of him,

​​And the son of man that You visit him?

5 ​​For You have made him a little lower than the angels,

​​And You have crowned him with glory and honor.

​

6 ​​You have made him to have dominion over the works of Your hands;

​​You have put all things under his feet,

7 ​​All sheep and oxen—

​​Even the beasts of the field,

8 ​​The birds of the air,

​​And the fish of the sea

​​That pass through the paths of the seas.

​

9 ​​O LORD, our Lord,

​​How excellent is Your name in all the earth!

Romans 7:22 For I joyfully concur with the law of God in the inner man, 23 but I see a different law in the members of my body, waging war against the law of my mind and making me a prisoner of the law of sin which is in my members.   NASB

At the center of my being is the inner man and moving outward are my members.  Your Spiritual heart is where this inner man is located and it is where you are connected with FATHER.  This is where the forces of life come forth.  The term “mind” is used to express many facets but we must not assign this term only to the brain.  This Greek term is defined as:

1. the mind, comprising alike the faculties of perceiving and understanding and those of feeling, judging, determining

   1. the intellectual faculty, the understanding

   2. reason in the narrower sense, as the capacity for spiritual truth, the higher powers of the soul, the faculty of perceiving divine things, of recognizing goodness and of hating evil

   3. the power of considering and judging soberly, calmly and impartially

2. a particular mode of thinking and judging, i.e thoughts, feelings, purposes, desires

Your Spiritual mind can discern good and evil and must be developed accordingly.  As we set aside human logic and meditate on HIS Word, our Spiritual mind grows and we are open to hearing HIS Word to us.  We must develop this Spiritual mind by reading and meditating on HIS Word in a consistent manner.  When Joshua came into the fullness of his calling, FATHER gave him specific instructions:

Joshua 1:7 “Only be strong and very courageous; be careful to do according to all the law which Moses My servant commanded you; do not turn from it to the right or to the left, so that you may have success wherever you go.

8 This book of the law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do according to all that is written in it; for then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have success.

9 Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous! Do not tremble or be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go.”

We must not be “void” of HIS Word but should also meditate on it day and night.  Don’t read other materials at the expense of HIS Word.  Don’t replace HIS Word with men’s opinions of HIS Word.  Are you feeling Spiritually weak?  Read the words Jesus spoke in the Gospels.  Are you feeling like your Love is lacking?  Read the Gospel of John and the three Epistles.  Read 1 Corinthians chapter 13.  Plant good seed and you will yield good fruit.

The inner man is highly protected from misuse.  The power connection with FATHER is not one than can be circumvented by the flesh and be used for lawless means.  The Word cleanses and purifies us and we must let it do its job.  Joshua was given the key to prosperity and success as he was about to enter the Promised Land.  That key will work for each of us in the coming days, weeks, and months ahead.  We need to be ever aware of the connection found in the inner man and nurture that connection so that the Spiritual flow will come forth without hindrance.  Let forgiveness prevail in your life so that the flow is not blocked.  Let go of the tendency to judge others.  We must get the beam out of our own eye.  Do not be moved by the lawlessness for FATHER will balance the scales soon enough.  Focus on your own “center” and let the flow of THE SPIRIT increase in your life.  You are the only one who can affect that flow for it cannot be controlled or accessed by anyone else.

Proverbs 4:23  Watch over your heart with all diligence,
For from it flow the springs of life.

The writer of Hebrews did not mince words in the fifth chapter:

12  For though by this time you ought to be teachers, you need someone to teach you again the first principles of the oracles of God; and you have come to need milk and not solid food.

13  For everyone who partakes only of milk is unskilled in the word of righteousness, for he is a babe.

14  But solid food belongs to those who are of full age, that is, those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.

We are told that one aspect of being mature is to discern both good and evil.  The use of your senses denotes having the faculty of the mind for perceiving, understanding, and/or judging.  These writings are intended to move you toward maturity in wisdom, understanding, knowledge, and skill in all Spiritual matters.  First and foremost of course, they are intended to open your eyes to the expansiveness of FATHER’S Love to us, in us, and through us.

By now if you have been able to read the hundreds of blogs posted on this site as well as the four books we have published, you should be producing fruit consistent with FATHER’S Divine Intent of Love.  If not, keep pressing in.

Everywhere we turn, there are signs of a coming judgment.  The geopolitical, economic, social, and religious systems are all moving toward a major flashpoint.  In the 1930’s the dust bowl moved people from northern Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas to California.  Now there appears to be a reversal, California’s severe drought is turning it into a dust bowl.

In the U.S. the definitions of right and wrong, good and evil have been changed to become “politically” correct.  Righteousness is not up for a vote by mankind, FATHER defines righteousness and will judge accordingly.  The Book of Judges provides us with multiple instances where every man went off and act according to what was good “in his own sight”.  When mankind sets a standard, you can be sure that the bar is low and is ever changing.  Truth does not change in definition or nature and that is why we must no longer be unskilled in the Word of Righteousness.  We must rise up as a standard among the heathen and expose the perversion for what it is.  We must trust FATHER to empower us to overcome the challenges to HIS Word.

As we become mature in The Word, we are no longer tossed to and fro by every wind of doctrine.  We know FATHER and HIS Way thus we have a standard to measure every topic, path, and argument others make concerning Truth.  We are equipped with FATHER’S Character to discern good from evil, Truth from lies, pure from the impure, and intent beyond a disguise.

In Titus chapter 1, Paul states:

10 For there are many insubordinate, both idle talkers and deceivers, especially those of the circumcision,

11 whose mouths must be stopped, who subvert whole households, teaching things which they ought not, for the sake of dishonest gain.

Here Paul tells us that we must consider the motivation of what is being taught.  There are those who focus on dishonest gain and have no issue in subverting whole households in order to achieve their goal of fame or fortune.

15 To the pure all things are pure, but to those who are defiled and unbelieving nothing is pure; but even their mind and conscience are defiled.

16 They profess to know God, but in works they deny Him, being abominable, disobedient, and disqualified for every good work.

We are to be fruit inspectors and judge between good and evil.  We cannot nor should we attempt to judge the heart.  That is FATHER’S area of concern.  Ours is to inspect the fruit.  If there is none or it is bad fruit, we must protect and distance ourselves from those who are habitually producing such fruit.  They will be judged accordingly and we must not become “collateral damage”.  Close alignment with those who produce the wrong fruit will ultimately impact you.  You cannot fellowship with the lawless and not be negatively impacted at some point.  The immature will not understand this reality.

In 2nd Corinthians chapter 6, Paul states:

14 Do not be unequally yoked together with unbelievers. For what fellowship has righteousness with lawlessness? And what communion has light with darkness? 15 And what accord has Christ with Belial? Or what part has a believer with an unbeliever? 16 And what agreement has the temple of God with idols? For you are the temple of the living God. As God has said:

​​​“I will dwell in them ​​And walk among them.

​​I will be their God, ​​And they shall be My people.”

​17 Therefore ​​​“Come out from among them

​​And be separate, says the Lord. ​​Do not touch what is unclean,

​​And I will receive you.”

18 ​​“I will be a Father to you, ​​And you shall be My sons and daughters,

​​Says the LORD Almighty.”

If you are Spiritually immature, you will not know how to discern between good and evil thus you will not know when you are in harm’s way.  We must depart from darkness, lawlessness, idols, and unbelief.  We are the Temple and must preserve it for it is the dwelling place of the Holy Spirit.  Accept the responsibility of becoming Spiritually mature as a qualified Son, you will be glad you did.

Great gratitude brings great reverence!

Psalm 100

A Psalm of Thanksgiving.

1 Make a joyful shout to the LORD, all you lands!

2 ​​Serve the LORD with gladness; ​​Come before His presence with singing.

3 ​​Know that the LORD, He is God; ​​It is He who has made us, and not we ourselves;

​​We are His people and the sheep of His pasture.

​

4 ​​Enter into His gates with thanksgiving, ​​And into His courts with praise.

​​Be thankful to Him, and bless His name.

5 ​​For the LORD is good;

​​His mercy is everlasting,

​​And His truth endures to all generations.

You only have to look up on a starry lit night and behold the cloudlike Milky Way to gain perspective of the majesty of Our Heavenly Father.  To think that HE is mindful of you and me is beyond our comprehension yet HE is aware of every aspect of our surroundings.  It is with great gratitude to HIM that I share with you for HE has sustained me other the years through the various trials and tribulations.  HE has always been true to HIS Word and redeemed me from death and destruction.  HE has been longsuffering beyond what any man would have put up with yet HIS Love for HIS children is greater than all their rebellious acts and lawless ways.

As we take on HIS Character as a FATHER, we too can somewhat understand the depth of HIS SPIRIT of Love.  As I behold nature and its ever-balancing equilibrium and look at the intelligent design HE initiated and manifested throughout creation, I have great reverence for HIS Power and Authority over all of creation.  I am ever grateful to be able to behold a small portion of HIS Majesty.  I am full of gratitude and reverence for Our Heavenly Father.  Selah!

In Matthew chapter 13, Jesus was asked why He spoke in parables and He replied:

11 He answered and said to them, “Because it has been given to you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it has not been given. 12 For whoever has, to him more will be given, and he will have abundance; but whoever does not have, even what he has will be taken away from him. 13 Therefore I speak to them in parables, because seeing they do not see, and hearing they do not hear, nor do they understand. 14 And in them the prophecy of Isaiah is fulfilled, which says:

​​‘​Hearing you will hear and shall not understand,

​​And seeing you will see and not perceive;

15 ​​For the hearts of this people have grown dull.

​​Their ears are hard of hearing,

​​And their eyes they have closed,

​​Lest they should see with their eyes and hear with their ears,

​​Lest they should understand with their hearts and turn,

​​So that I should heal them.’

Within this response is a key to moving toward full maturity as a Son: understanding with your heart, not your mind.  The mind’s logic does not bring salvation but is simply a servant to you in providing memory recall, logic (hopefully), intellect, and other related functions.  If your mind was the key to life and healing, the solution to your health issue would be solved in the library.  The valedictorian of you high school or college class would be the healthiest person in the room but that is not the case.

The heart is the issue!

The heart is where the potential of higher intelligence resides and is highly protected from misuse.  This is where your connection with FATHER resides, not your brain.  No, it is not the organ pumping blood but is described in similar fashion because it brings life to the uttermost parts of your body.  Your higher intelligence is located in the heart, your center of existence.  This is where stillness and peace reside in the midst of external turmoil.  This is where the flow from  FATHER connects through you with the Divine Intent of flowing outward. 

Most people stop the flow and view themselves only as recipients.  Love removes the barriers to the flow and you then become a blessing.  The mind’s logic cannot comprehend this higher Truth.  It would rather keep you subjected to the law of scarcity found at a lower level of existence.  Within that law is where sickness and disease will be found.  Jesus told the disciples that if the people could understand with their hearts, they would be healed.  Knowledge was not the issue.

Jesus also indicated that the people must “turn”.  This would indicate they are on the wrong path and is impacting their ability to be healed.  They are not perceiving the difference between listening with their hearts rather than their minds.  You must become sensitive to that still, small voice inside you that it NOT your mind.  One of the simplest tests occurs when you are considering giving to someone else.  You ask FATHER how much and HE responds.  Then your mind kicks in and begins to negotiate the amount typically downward, even to zero.  You begin to analyze why you shouldn’t give.  You begin to judge the recipients and determine they are not qualified to receive a gift.  You dredge up the past as your justification.  You know the drill.

As your heart becomes strong you quit going through the time consuming challenges by the ego, mind, flesh, or soulish desires.  Your eyes are opened to the higher Laws of THE SPIRIT.  How do you strengthen your heart?  You must perceive with innocence and set aside the mind’s bias to interpret.  You must begin simply observing the reality of what is before you.  Accept rather than judge.  Forgive rather than growing in bitterness.  Expect to hear with the heart and be still.  Your mind is typically quiet when you wake up and that is why FATHER will often talk to you first thing in the morning.  HE will convey a Truth to some people while they are in the shower, others while they are simply waking up.  As we stop activity and become still, we prepare ourselves to hear HIM.  If we can stop our minds from being dominant, hearing HIM expands throughout your day.  You will become sensitive all day and move toward being fully led by THE SPIRIT.

As we perceive HIS communication, we set ourselves up to be healed.  You will become more passionate for the living, your sleep will improve, and finally your body will respond in its various functions.  You will begin to satisfy hunger rather than appetite.  You will not be compelled to hoard or acquire excess.  The benefits of understanding with your heart are dramatic.  If married, you will become a better spouse.

FATHER is in the healing and restoration business for that is what Love does.  As we continually plant seeds of the revelation of Love in our hearts, we will ultimately produce good fruit.  If you are being challenged, persevere for the fruit will come.  Your eyes to perceive will open, your ears to hear will gain clarity and you will begin to understand with your heart.  You will walk out each day with great gratitude toward FATHER, no matter what state you are in.
