The Chosen Season 3 Trailer

October 26th, 2022

Jesus spoke to the Pharisee, “I AM the Law of Moses.” The Old Testament Covenant was incomplete until Jesus manifested on earth. HIS Covenant of Love replaced the old with the new, based on Love.

Exercising Our Covenant

October 26th, 2022

Our Covenant with Jesus Christ means that we are now partakers in the Divine inheritance.  Our faith must be in The Covenant and we should be exercising our Covenant.

Paul wrote by The Holy Spirit in Colossians, chapter 1:

12  Your hearts can soar with joyful gratitude when you think of how God made you worthy to receive (partakers) the glorious inheritance (Covenant) freely given to us by living in the light.

You and I could not earn a Covenant with FATHER, only Jesus could accomplish a permanent Covenant on our behalf.  Our Covenant is as good as the strongest, greatest party which is Our Heavenly Father.  Once in Covenant, our expectation should be full benefits attached to such a Covenant.

Paul wrote by The Holy Spirit in Hebrews 3:

1  Therefore, Holy brethren, partakers of the Heavenly calling (Covenant), consider the Apostle and High Priest of our confession, Christ Jesus, NKJV

And as translated from the Aramaic:

1  And so, dear brothers and sisters, you are now made Holy, and each of you is invited to the feast of your Heavenly calling (Covenant). So fasten your thoughts fully onto Jesus, whom we embrace as our Apostle and King-Priest.  TPT

We are to be partakers and not just sit on the sideline being inactive.

7  This is why the Holy Spirit says, “If only you would listen to His Voice this day! 8 Don’t make Him angry by hardening your hearts, like your ancestors did during the days of their rebellion, when they were tested in the wilderness.

9 There your fathers tested Me and tried My patience even though they saw My miracles for forty years they still doubted Me!

10 This ignited My anger with that generation and I said about them, ‘They wander in their hearts just like they do with their feet, and they refuse to learn My ways.’ 11 My heart grieved over them so I decreed: ‘They will never enter into the calming rest of my Spirit!’ ”

12 So search your hearts every day, my brothers and sisters, and make sure that none of you has evil or unbelief hiding within you. For it will lead you astray, and make you unresponsive to the living God.

13 This is the time to encourage each other to never be stubborn or hardened by sin’s deceitfulness.

14 For we are mingled with the Messiah, if we will continue unshaken in this confident assurance (of our Covenant with Him) from the beginning until the end.

It is critical that we continue to be vigilant in walking in our Covenant with Him.  Ignorance is not a good excuse for we have been given substantial access to the details of His Covenant of Love.

Peter wrote by The Holy Spirit in 2nd Peter chapter 1:

4   As a result of this, He has given you magnificent promises that are beyond all price, so that through the power of these tremendous promises you can experience partnership with the Divine Nature (The Covenant), by which you have escaped the corrupt desires that are of the world.

If you have not been exercising your rights in The Covenant, now is the time!

Paul wrote by The Holy Spirit in 2nd Corinthians chapter 3:

We carry this confidence in our hearts because of our union with Christ before God.

5 Yet we don’t see ourselves as capable enough to do anything in our own strength, for our true competence flows from God’s Empowering Presence.

6 He alone makes us adequate ministers who are focused on an entirely new covenant. Our ministry is not based on the letter of the law but through the power of the Spirit. The letter of the law kills, but the Spirit pours out life.

Paul sums it up: we are not capable, but Father is.  The strength of our Covenant is base on HIM, not us… thankfully.

Be Prepared

October 25th, 2022

Be prepared.  The nefarious ones do not want to lose control and will take unexpected steps to retain control.

It’s not your faith in yourself that will get you through whatever lies ahead.  It is your faith in The Covenant.

Stocking in cupboard with 3-6 months of food is not a bad idea if you are able.  Having cash on hand is a good idea.  Keeping your gas tank above ½ makes sense.  After all, it has been reported that the country is down to 25 days of diesel.

With the expectation of inflation, My wife and I buy needed staples which will probably have a price increase in the near future.  The difference effectively saves us money.  We also pay extra on our utilities thus keeping a credit balance with them.

Saturday, we experienced a 13 hour interruption in our Internet.  What would happen if your local merchants experienced the same outage?  No credit cards, cash only.  I have observed this locally as well.  What happens if your bank’s communications lines go down and you can’t use your debit card?

Reread the “Staying Prepared and Mindful” blog if necessary.  From now through mid-November may be interesting times so don’t be caught unprepared.

Staying Prepared And Mindful

October 25th, 2022

The secret of the wise virgins was that they were prepared ahead of time and it was a mindset.

Jesus Himself spoke in Matthew chapter 25:

1   “At the time My coming draws near, Heaven’s Kingdom realm can be compared to ten maidens who took their oil lamps and went outside to meet the Bridegroom and His Bride.

2-4 Five of them were foolish and ill-prepared, for they took no extra oil for their lamps. Five of them were wise and sensible, for they took flasks of olive oil with their lamps.

5 When the Bridegroom didn’t come when they expected, they all grew drowsy and fell asleep.

6 Then suddenly, in the middle of the night, they were awakened by the shout ‘Get up! The Bridegroom is here! Come out and have an encounter with Him!’

7 So all the girls got up and trimmed their lamps.

8 But the foolish ones were running out of oil, so they said to the five wise ones, ‘Share your oil with us, because our lamps are going out!’

9 “‘We can’t,’ they replied. ‘We don’t have enough for all of us. You’ll have to go and buy some for yourselves!’

10 “While the five girls were out buying oil, the Bridegroom appeared. Those who were ready and waiting were escorted inside with Him and the wedding party to enjoy the feast. And then the door was locked.

11 Later, the five foolish girls came running up to the door and pleaded, ‘Lord, Lord, let us come in!’

12 “But He called back, ‘Go away! Do I know you? I can assure you, I don’t even know you!’

13 “That is the reason you should always stay awake and be alert, because you don’t know the day or hour when the Bridegroom will appear.”

Are you prepared?  Do you have the proper mindset?  Do you renew your mind daily?  All the virgins grew drowsy and fell asleep but the unwise virgins did not maintain the oil.  They did not have a mindset of being ready all the time.  They became insensitive to being led by The Holy Spirit.  They were not “mindful” of what it means to be Spirit-led.

You will become sensitive to the demons harassing people and you will be the one to push them back.  You will be the one to minister to that restaurant server who needs to be blessed with a larger tip.  You will “walk the walk” rather than just “talk the talk”.

The wise virgins understood their covenant with Our Lord Jesus Christ and responded accordingly.  They considered the magnitude of His Love and joyfully kept their lamps full in anticipation of that wonderful day.  It became their highest priority and top commitment in their daily walk.

Jesus further spoke in Luke chapter 18:

6 The Lord continued, “Did you hear what the ungodly judge said—that he would answer her persistent request?

7 Don’t you know that God, the True Judge, will grant justice to all of His Chosen Ones who cry out to Him night and day? He will pour out His Spirit upon them. He will not delay to answer you and give you what you ask for.

8 God will give swift justice to those who don’t give up. So be ever praying, ever expecting, just like the widow was with the judge. Yet when the Son of Man comes back, will He find this kind of persistent faithfulness in His people?”

Don’t give up or grow lazy for the reward will be great for those who stay prepared.  You will be counted among the faithful.

Understanding HIS True Nature

October 24th, 2022

If you don’t understand the true nature of Our Heavenly Father, He can be misrepresented to you and you will be powerless.

Paul wrote by The Holy Spirit in Galatians chapter 5:

6   When you’re placed into the Christ Jesus, Anointed One and joined to Him, circumcision and religious obligations can benefit you nothing. All that matters now is living in the faith that is activated and brought to perfection by Love.

The Beloved Disciple wrote by The Holy Spirit in 1st John chapter 4:

8   The one who doesn’t Love has yet to know God, for God is Love.

9 The light of God’s Love shined within us when He sent his matchless Son into the world so that we might live through Him.

10 This is Love: He Loved us long before we Loved him. It was His Love, not ours. He proved it by sending His Son to be the pleasing sacrificial offering to take away our sins.

11 Delightfully Loved ones, if He Loved us with such tremendous Love, then “Loving one another” should be our way of life!

12 No one has ever gazed upon the fullness of God’s splendor. But if we Love one another, God makes His permanent home in us, and we make our permanent home in Him, and His Love is brought to Its full expression in us.

13 And He has given us His Spirit within us so that we can have the assurance that He lives in us and that we live in Him.

14 Moreover, we have seen with our own eyes and can testify to the Truth that Father God has sent His Son to be the Savior of the world.

15 Those who give thanks that Jesus is the Son of God live in God, and God lives in them.

16 We have come into an intimate experience with God’s Love, and we trust in the Love he has for us. God is Love! Those who are living in Love are living in God, and God lives through them.

Peter wrote by The Holy Spirit in 2nd Peter chapter 1:

2 May grace and perfect peace cascade over you as you live in the rich knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord

What you don’t know is hurting you.  Grace and peace are linked to your knowledge of God.

And:

3  Everything we could ever need for life and complete devotion to God has already been deposited in us by his divine power. For all this was lavished upon us through the rich experience of knowing Him who has called us by name and invited us to come to Him through a glorious manifestation of His goodness.

4 As a result of this, He has given you magnificent promises that are beyond all price, so that through the power of these tremendous promises you can experience partnership with the Divine nature, by which you have escaped the corrupt desires that are of the world.

If you have a wrong concept of who God is and how He relates to us and deals with us, it’s going to hinder you from receiving from Him.

It is written by The Holy Spirit in Psalm 138:

2   I bow down before your Divine Presence and bring You my deepest worship as I experience Your tender Love and Your living Truth. For the promises of Your Word and the fame of Your Name have been magnified above all else!

If you can’t keep your word, it is a reflection on your character. Father keeps His Word without exception so we can fully rely on His Word in every circumstance we encounter.  His Word is not the issue, it is our word and our character that must be matured through immersing ourselves in His Word.

James wrote by The Holy Spirit in his Epistle, chapter 4:

7  So then, surrender to God. Stand up to the devil and resist him and he will turn and run away from you.

We are to stand up to the devil and resist him, not God.  If we didn’t have the needed power and authority then this passage would not have been written.

And in verse 3:

And if you ask, you won’t receive it for you’re asking with corrupt motives, seeking only to fulfill your own selfish desires.

As we take on the Character of Our Heavenly Father, we will have no corrupt motives.

Peter wrote by The Holy Spirit in 2nd Peter chapter 3:

9   This means that, contrary to man’s perspective, the Lord is not late with His promise to return, as some measure lateness. But rather, His “delay” simply reveals His Loving patience toward you, because He does not want any to perish but all to come to repentance.

It is FATHER’S Divine Intent for all mankind to repent.  However, that is not happening since man has been given a choice.  HE wants us to know HIM intimately through HIS Word and The Holy Spirit.

Additional Kids In Need Update

October 23rd, 2022

Love cheerfully ministers to those in need.

Our 5th graders attend YMCA’s Camp Classen for 3 days every year. We were able to provide every item on the packing list for one of our students. He got to go to Target and pick out a sleeping bag, new clothes, two new pair of comfortable shoes for hiking, new toiletry items and snacks to take with him. For him, this was a trip he will never forget!

We were able to provide 2 pairs of shoes for 2 of the students going to Camp Classen. The students go on 1+ mile hikes every day, and it was wonderful that we were able to provide them with shoes that would enable them to do this! Both of these students never thought they would be able to make the hikes, but were met at the top of a mountain with cheers and high-fives from their classmates! It was an unforgettable moment!

We are in the process of doing an inventory with our Village kids (Kids in need) to see which ones will need cold weather clothing and winter coats. It’s such a blessing to know that when these needs are brought to us, we will be able to confidently meet the need!

How much more will FATHER minister to the needs and desires of those who joyfully give!

Love Unlocks Faith

October 22nd, 2022

Love locks you into your destiny and It drives out fear of failure.

The learning and growing process allows for failure.  Demons cannot operate in Love which tells you where situations lie that you encounter.

The pathway to success is by focusing on Love.  Love GOD, Love your neighbor, and Love yourself, then you will not be under the Law.  This frees you to focus on your destiny and accomplish what you have been called to do.

Jesus spoke in Mark chapter 11:

22   Jesus replied, “Let the faith of God be in you!

23 Listen to the Truth I speak to you: If someone says to this mountain with great faith and having no doubt, ‘Mountain, be lifted up and thrown into the midst of the sea,’ and believes that what he says will happen, it will be done.

24 This is the reason I urge you to boldly believe for whatever you ask for in prayer—believe that you have received it and it will be yours.

25 And whenever you stand praying, if you find that you carry something in your heart against another person, release him and forgive him so that your Father in Heaven will also release you and forgive you of your faults.

26 But if you will not release forgiveness, don’t expect your Father in Heaven to release you from your misdeeds.”

If we retain the faults and misdeeds of others, they will impair our success and keep us in bondage.  It is vital that we release and forgive everyone who have wronged us, without exception.  Does that mean we can fellowship with them?  No, unless they have repented of their misdeeds.  However, we can minister to them if The Holy Spirit leads us to do so.

We must not allow any weight or hurt to prevent us from walking out our destiny.

It is written in Hebrews, chapter 12:

1  As for us, we have all of these great witnesses who encircle us like clouds. So we must let go of every wound that has pierced us and the sin we so easily fall into. Then we will be able to run life’s marathon race with passion and determination, for the path has been already marked out before us.

Our path (destiny) has already been marked out for each of us, so let us passionately pursue that path!

2 We look away from the natural realm and we fasten our gaze onto Jesus Who birthed faith within us and Who leads us forward into faith’s perfection. His example is this: Because His Heart was focused on the joy of knowing that you would be His, He endured the agony of the cross and conquered its humiliation, and now sits exalted at the Right Hand of the Throne of God!

It is vital that we fasten our gaze and focus on Jesus Christ and not on Old Testament Law which He replaced by His Agape Love.  We are no longer sinners, but our spirits have been perfected IN HIM.  Our focus must be on Jesus!

3 So consider carefully how Jesus faced such intense opposition from sinners who opposed their own souls, so that you won’t become worn down and cave in under life’s pressures.

4 After all, you have not yet reached the point of sweating blood in your opposition to sin.

Have you sweated blood for anyone?  I haven’t.  We must understand that Jesus paid the ultimate price once and for all.  He is the One who birthed our faith for He is the Author and Finisher of our faith.

5 And have you forgotten His encouraging Words spoken to you as His Children? He said, “My Child, don’t underestimate the value of the discipline and training of the Lord God, or get depressed when He has to correct you.

6 For the Lord’s training of your life is the evidence of His faithful Love. And when He draws you to Himself, it proves you are His delightful Child.”

7 Fully embrace God’s correction as part of your training, for He is doing what any Loving Father does for His Children. For who has ever heard of a child who never had to be corrected?

8 We all should welcome God’s discipline as the validation of authentic Sonship. For if we have never once endured His correction it only proves we are strangers and not Sons.

I have been corrected many times because of my weaknesses but I did not resist those corrections.  I simply embraced them.  I know that correction is an integral aspect of achieving maturity.  FATHER Loves us, Jesus Loves us, and The Holy Spirit Loves us… without exception!

Kids In Need Update

October 21st, 2022

These are but a few of the stories which your financial assistance supports.

Here are some recent stories:

I had a student come to school wrapped in a blanket because she did not have a coat so a gift card purchased both her and her sister a coat.

I had an Afghan boy in PreK who wore the same clothes for a week so his teacher took some gift cards and bought him several articles of clothing in addition to underwear because he never wore any.

I had a family who recently lost their jobs have a baby and I provided them with both Target and Crest Food gift cards to help out.

I had another set of brothers who did not have shoes or jackets and we bought them each a jacket and a pair of shoes.

The gift cards make such a huge difference in the lives of our students. Thank you for providing a way to meet their needs!

Spiritual To The Natural

October 20th, 2022

A spiritually mature person can take what is in the spiritual realm and bring it into the physical realm.

Though Paul was in jail when he wrote several of his letters, he did not speak from his circumstances, he spoke from his revelation of what The Holy Spirit was saying.  He had control of his words.

James reflected this revelation when he wrote by The Holy Spirit in his Epistle, chapter 1:

2   My fellow believers, when it seems as though you are facing nothing but difficulties see it as an invaluable opportunity to experience the greatest joy that you can!

3 For you know that when your faith is tested it stirs up power within you to endure all things.

4 And then as your endurance grows even stronger it will release perfection into every part of your being until there is nothing missing and nothing lacking.

5 And if anyone longs to be wise, ask God for Wisdom and He will give it! He won’t see your lack of wisdom as an opportunity to scold you over your failures but He will overwhelm your failures with His generous grace.

6 Just make sure you ask empowered by confident faith without doubting that you will receive. For the ambivalent person believes one minute and doubts the next. Being undecided makes you become like the rough seas driven and tossed by the wind. You’re up one minute and tossed down the next.

7 When you are half-hearted and wavering it leaves you unstable. Can you really expect to receive anything from the Lord when you’re in that condition?

How many of us have experienced joy during our difficulties?  We must keep our focus on the Heavenlies treasures, knowing that our difficulties are temporary in nature.  Be assured that we will be tried at various times but let patience have its perfect work in our lives.  Be steadfast!  HIS grace is sufficient so let us doubt not in every Word HE speaks to us.

Jesus prayed in John, chapter 14:

20   “And I ask not only for these disciples, but also for all those who will one day believe in Me through their message.

21 I pray for them all to be joined together as one even as You and I, Father, are joined together as One. I pray for them to become One with Us so that the world will recognize that You sent Me.

22 For the very Glory you have given to me I have given them so that they will be joined together as one and experience the same unity that We enjoy.

23 You live fully in Me and now I live fully in them so that they will experience perfect unity, and the world will be convinced that You have sent Me, for they will see that You Love each one of them with the same passionate Love that You have for Me.

24 “Father, I ask that You allow everyone that You have given to Me to be with Me where I am! Then they will see My full glory— the very splendor You have placed upon Me because You have Loved me even before the beginning of time.

25 “You are my Righteous Father, but the unbelieving world has never known You in the perfect way that I know You! And all those who believe in Me also know that You have sent Me!

26 I have revealed to them Who You are and I will continue to make You even more real to them, so that they may experience the same endless Love that You have for Me, for Your Love will now live in them, even as I live in them!”

Know that every Word Jesus prayed is perfect and will come to pass for those who believe in Him.

Perfect unity is strength so let us walk in this unity.

FATHER Loves us just as much as HE Loves Jesus.

FATHER wants to share HIS Glory with each of us.

FATHER’S Love will prevail in the end!
