Be Prepared

There is a difference between being prepared and being paranoid!

Deliverance, discernment, and deception are areas that we must not be ignorant in the final days.

Jesus spoke in Matthew chapter 24:

3 Later, when they arrived at the Mount of Olives, His disciples came privately to where He was sitting and said, “Tell us, when will these things happen? And what sign should we expect to signal Your coming and the completion of this age?”

4 Jesus answered, “At that time deception will run rampant. So beware that you are not fooled!

5 For many will appear on the scene claiming my authority or saying about themselves, ‘I am the Anointed One,’ and they will lead many astray.

Fully trusting in the Blood of Jesus Christ is vital to the believers in dealing with these areas.

The Beloved Disciple wrote by The Holy Spirit in 1st John chapter 4:

1 Delightfully Loved friends, don’t trust every spirit, but carefully examine what they say to determine if they are of God, because many false prophets have mingled into the world.

2 Here’s the test for those with the genuine Spirit of God: they will confess Jesus as the Christ who has come in the flesh.

3 Everyone who does not acknowledge that Jesus is from God has the spirit of antichrist, which you heard was coming and is already active in the world.

4 Little children, you can be certain that you belong to God and have conquered them, for the One who is living in you is far greater than the one who is in the world.

Deception is one of satan’s primary weapons.  Jesus warned more about deception in the last days than almost any other danger.

Jesus also spoke in Matthew 24:

24 For false christs and false prophets will rise and show great signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect.

25 See, I have told you beforehand.

End-time deception will be so extremely convincing, Jesus warns us ahead of time.  We must not disregard the prophecy coming from the Lips of Jesus Himself!

Paul warned us beforehand by The Holy Spirit in 2nd Corinthians chapter 11:

13 For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into apostles of Christ.

14 And no wonder! For satan himself transforms himself into an angel of light.

15 Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also transform themselves into ministers of righteousness, whose end will be according to their works.

Deception often appears good, spiritual, and attractive.

Paul warned us 2nd Timothy chapter 4:

1 Timothy, in the presence of our great God and our Lord Jesus Christ, the One Who is destined to judge both the living and the dead by the revelation of His Kingdom—I solemnly instruct you to

2 proclaim the Word of God and stand upon it no matter what! Rise to the occasion and preach when it is convenient and when it is not. Preach in the full expression of the Holy Spirit—with wisdom and patience as you instruct and teach the people. 3 For the time is coming when they will no longer listen and respond to the healing words of Truth because they will become selfish and proud. They will seek out teachers with soothing words that line up with their desires, saying just what they want to hear.

4 They will close their ears to the Truth and believe nothing but fables and myths.

Believers will turn away their ears from the Truth.  Many are deceived because they prefer comforting messages over Truth.

The Beloved Disciple recorded what he heard and saw in THE SPIRIT in Revelation chapter 12:

9 So the great dragon was cast out, that serpent of old, called the devil and satan, who deceives the whole world; he was cast to the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.

10 Then I heard a loud voice saying in Heaven, “Now salvation, and strength, and the Kingdom of our God, and the power of His Christ have come, for the accuser of our brethren, who accused them before our God day and night, has been cast down.

11 And they overcame him by the Blood of the Lamb and by the Word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death.

Deception is satan’s global strategy so don’t allow yourself to be subject to his deception!
