We are to testify of the wonderful works of GOD!
The man in the following video testified of the wonderful work of GOD in his life.
He was tried and tested for a period of time. His doctors did their best, but their best was not good enough.
It is now time for me to give you a personal testimony relating to this video. Over the years, I have trusted FATHER for my health. Did I ever get sick? Yes, but healing came quickly, and I stood on HIS Word.
In January of 2017, I began preparing for my 4th half-marathon and two weeks later, a bump on my upper hip began to develop. I assumed that I strained something so I quit running for two weeks. It did not go away but got bigger. I quit preparing. I went to a chiropractor, and he thought that he could resolve the issue. That didn’t work. My prayers did not yield any results.
Fast forward to June and we were taking a family vacation to Orange Beach, Alabama with our kids and grandchildren. Suddenly, I began to have difficulty breathing. My wife took me to an urgent care clinic and the doctor took one look at me and told her to immediately take me to the emergency room at a local regional hospital. He said he was calling ahead to prepare them for my arrival.
They checked me in and began running various tests and scans. At first, they thought I had congestive heart failure. However, the Hospitalist had seen these symptoms one time before. He knew that I had multiple myeloma.
They drained 1.4 liters off my right lung which allowed me to breathe normally again. The oncologist came into my room and gave me the bad news. They thought I had two weeks to live.
Afterward the peace of GOD came over me and I began to forgive everyone I could think of. I wanted a clean slate when I went to Heaven. Suddenly, FATHER spoke to me and said, “You will live and not die, just do exactly what the doctor says.”
At that point, I knew that everything would work out. I was no longer concerned about dying. Whatever the doctor prescribed, I would receive it without question.
I was directed to a specific oncologist in Oklahoma City upon our return from the challenging vacation. In the initial appointment, he took one look at me and didn’t think I was going to live much longer. He immediately checked me into the hospital and ran his own set of tests. He also ordered an immediate chemotherapy infusion while I was in. My wife asked the doctor when I should expect to go into remission. At that time, he told her that I would never go into remission.
I had no issues with the repeated infusions and other medications given to me. Why? I trusted FATHER’S Word. I had no fear whatsoever. Was the protocol challenging? Absolutely! I lost significant weight. I would not recommend losing weight in that manner. When I looked in the mirror, it wasn’t pleasant. Where did that droopy skin come from?
In January 2018, my doctor had me go through a stem cell transplant. I went through it without question. After they harvested my stem cells, they gave me a heavy dose of chemo to kill all my red blood cells. I lost all my hair. Then they gave my back my stem cells through infusion. This was to cause my body to replenish my red blood cells. I was in quarantine because my immune system was non-existent until my blood returned to normal. The normal time for this to be completed is 20 days. I was released in 15 days, a record. I gave GOD the glory!
Once a month, I continued infusions as prescribed by the doctor. Three years ago, he told us that I was in full remission! My blood work was normal. Did I ask him if I could no longer receive chemo? No, I am waiting for him to say so. I continue to do exactly what the doctor says. Do I have any physical symptoms? No.
The doctor exclaims that I am his best patient and looks forward to seeing me. Yes, I have testified to him and encouraged him that Our Heavenly Father is using him. He now believes so.
June 13th was the 8th anniversary of my event in Alabama. I trust that this testimony will encourage those who may be suffering from chronic disease. How much longer will a get a monthly injection? I don’t know. All my blood work suggests that there are no issues. Until the doctor says that I no longer need the injection or, until FATHER says, “You’re done!”, I will continue in full obedience to HIS current Word.
