Pursuing Holiness- Part 8

Father’s Holiness is the sum of all HIS attributes! How many different attributes does FATHER have?  I have no idea!  I would suggest innumerable, thus we cannot fully understand all the facets of HIS Holiness.  We are given a list of various attributes by both Isaiah and John.  Both men were given views of The Throne Room, one in the Old Testament and one in the New Testament. The Beloved Disciple John wrote by The Holy Spirit in Revelation chapter 1: 4  John, to the seven churches which are in Asia: Grace to you and peace from Him who is and who was and who is to come, and from the seven Spirits Who are before His Throne, 5 and from Jesus Christ, the Faithful Witness, the Firstborn from the dead, and the Ruler over the kings of the earth. Pursuing Holiness- Part 7

Father’s Holiness is of greatest importance in our understanding! When The Word of GOD wants us to pay close attention to a particular passage, The Words are repeated twice.  Of greatest importance, The Words are repeated three times.  Pay close attention to Those Words, your life and future will depend on them! Pursuing Holiness- Part 6

Father’s Holiness accepts The Blood of Christ thus allowing our right standing before HIM and approach in Holiness! Paul wrote by The Holy Spirit in Romans chapter 1: 16  For I am not ashamed of the Gospel of Christ, for it is the Power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek. 17 For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written, "The just shall live by faith." 18 For the wrath of God is revealed from Heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who suppress the Truth in unrighteousness We are to live by faith in The Gospel of Christ for this is where we can and should access the Authority AND Power of GOD.  The Holy Blood of Christ allows us to stand before FATHER and live! Pursuing Holiness- Part 5

Father’s Holiness will not tolerate imposters! Moses recorded by The Holy Spirit in Leviticus chapter 10: 1  Then Nadab and Abihu, the sons of Aaron, each took his censer and put fire in it, put incense on it, and offered profane fire before the LORD, which He had not commanded them. 2 So fire went out from the LORD and devoured them, and they died before the LORD. The sons of Aaron knew better, yet they thought they could present an offering based on compromise and misrepresentation.  They grossly underestimated THE LORD GOD ALMIGHTY and paid the greatest price for their act… death! 3 And Moses said to Aaron, "This is what the LORD spoke, saying: 'By those who come near Me I must be regarded as Holy; And before all the people I must be glorified.'" Pursuing Holiness- Part 4

Our top priority should be to pursue and perfect Holiness in our walk! Paul wrote by The Holy Spirit in 2nd Corinthians chapter 6: 16 What friendship does God’s temple have with demons? For indeed, we are the Temple of the living God, just as God has said: I will make My home in them and walk among them. Pursuing Holiness- Part 3

Our top priority should be to pursue Holiness! Jesus spoke in John chapter 14: 21 The person who has My commands and keeps them is the one who [really] Loves Me; and whoever [really] Loves Me will be Loved by My Father, and I [too] will Love him and will show (reveal, manifest) Myself to him. Pursuing Holiness- Part 2

We are to pursue Holiness! There are two types of Holiness: One is positional (legal) and the other is relationship-based.  Our focus is on the second: relationship-based Holiness.
