Love and Wholeness

June 7th, 2015

Love attracts.  If there is anything that we should learn in the Gospels is that Jesus expressed the Love of FATHER and people were attracted to that Love.  People were drawn to Jesus as He expressed Love toward them by Him opening their eyes and ears to FATHER’S Divine Intent of Love.

In Luke chapter 17, the story of the ten lepers has been mentioned as a great faith message but let’s take it a bit farther:

11 Now it happened as He went to Jerusalem that He passed through the midst of Samaria and Galilee.

12 Then as He entered a certain village, there met Him ten men who were lepers, who stood afar off.

13 And they lifted up their voices and said, “Jesus, Master, have mercy on us!”

14 So when He saw them, He said to them, “Go, show yourselves to the priests.” And so it was that as they went, they were cleansed.

Now all of us would be thrilled with the results of being healed of such a terrible disease of which they had no known cure.  If leprosy was curable, there would not have been ten lepers in the first place.  They would have gone to their local pharmacy and picked up the latest concoction with two approved refills and would be living among their relatives.  In the case of the ten lepers, the power of the Word of Jesus Who spoke only what FATHER had Him speak was sufficient to bring forth faith among the ten lepers for healing to occur.

The lepers were actually seeking the Love of Our Heavenly Father in they were asking for mercy.  They were looking for compassion and forgiveness for the apparent judgment they were under.  They were pleading for FATHER’S Love to intervene which is an indication that they did not believe they were entitled to be healed.  I am sure each of them considered his circumstance to be a result of past lawless acts.  Some may have even pointed to a specific event as the cause of such a harsh judgment on their future.

When they saw Jesus, they yelled for His attention and used the term “Master”.  This term denotes authority over the circumstance and I would say to you that Love has authority over all circumstances.  GOD is Love and HE framed the universe and all within it.  Faith carried out the mission but Love was the Divine Intent behind faith.  This is what we must fully understand if we are to operate in the same manner as Jesus in the coming age.

Jesus did not have to touch the ten lepers for their healing to occur.  Neither did He have to touch each and every fish or loaf of bread for them to be multiplied for the feeding of the 5,000.  His Love was sufficient from any distance to manifest its intent through the expression of faith.  People read these parables and focus on faith but I say you must focus on Love which is higher than faith.  As you do, faith will result.

Jesus expressed non-judgmental Love toward the ten lepers.  He did not go into the details of their past and place conditions upon them.  His mercy was sufficient for their healing.  The story culminates with gratitude:

15 And one of them, when he saw that he was healed, returned, and with a loud voice glorified God,

16 and fell down on his face at His feet, giving Him thanks. And he was a Samaritan.

17 So Jesus answered and said, “Were there not ten cleansed? But where are the nine?

18 Were there not any found who returned to give glory to God except this foreigner?”

19 And He said to him, “Arise, go your way. Your faith has made you whole and fully restored.”

Most people are satisfied with “good” and “better” when it comes to healing.  This leper received the “best” for he was fully restored to normal.  What the leprosy had eaten away, Love called forth those same GOD particles and returned them back to their original ordained state.  These smallest particles have been recently identified by mankind… finally.  They can switch from a particle to a wave and then back to a particle.  Light is a wave.  Jesus understood these particles and was able to command them by Love to return back to their original state of this one leper.  This particular leper responded in Love and gratitude for what The Master had done.  The others accepted a lower level of healing and were totally satisfied… and that was okay.  Yet there is a remnant who seeks to express Love to Our Lord and will operate at a higher level of full restoration.  These are those who will and are being chosen for the Body of Christ.

Love brings forth wholeness no matter what the prior condition.  Focus on Love, faith will follow.

Sowing and Reaping

June 6th, 2015

Galatians 5:22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law. NKJV

FATHER created cycles in the physical realm- seasons, moon phases, day/night, etc.  Seedtime and harvest is a critical cycle for producing fruit.  There are times to sow and there are times to reap.  Being led by THE SPIRIT has the act of sowing within it.  As we are led to minister to others, FATHER positions us to receive a harvest of like kind.  As we Love, we receive more Love.  As we promote peace, we receive more peace.  As we are faithful in a little, we become faithful over greater things.  In all things we should be good stewards.

There are some who have “eaten” their seed for various reasons rather than sow it for a greater harvest.  They might have been misled by wolves in sheep’s clothing or they simply listened to those who are partially blinded themselves.  Their circumstances may have been extremely difficult to overcome and there was no one to come to their aid at the time when lack could have been averted.

There are others who have understood seedtime and harvest thus are prospering in the financial realm.  They are operating in a notable surplus.  They have been faithful over a little and have been given much.  They fully understand the need to protect the seed for next year’s harvest.  Most farmers understand this principle.

If we do have economic calamity culminating in the last four months of this year, we should begin now sowing into other people’s lives.  If you have the means, find someone who is in genuine need and begin helping them to prepare their cupboard.  Make it a point to buy extra food for them and store it yourself if necessary.  Some who are desperate need assistance in restraint as well.  The temptation by those who are in lack may be such that they would go ahead and consume the food early.  This is where you must discern how to handle a particular situation.

What happens if there is no adverse economic event this fall or winter?  Donate your excess food to the local food bank with joy and thanksgiving.  At any rate, sow Love toward someone in an active manner and FATHER will reward your intent.  Love is the firstfruit by design.  The other fruit must be wrapped in Love for the greatest harvest.

FATHER has positioned you for this very hour.  You are drawn to this writing so that you can decide your path.  Be like the ants and store now for the winter months.

Proverbs 30:25  The ants are a people not strong,

Yet they prepare their food in the summer;

Who are you led by?

June 5th, 2015

Each of us must ask the question “Who am I led by?”  Am I led by men or the Holy Spirit?  Do I put my trust in men or do I rely on FATHER to take me through the challenges of life?  When is a man or woman being led by the Holy Spirit to speak to others at HIS bequest?  With so many voices speaking on so many topics, this can be a real challenge.  Is there some underlying self-serving motivation?  I continue to encourage you to develop your own relationship with FATHER so that you can be at peace when you hear others who profess to know FATHER and are being used by HIM to bring forth HIS Word.  With all of that in mind, I believe it is necessary to share something that happened as I was just about to depart from London as the “mission of Love” was being completed.

I secured a room by London Heathrow Airport the night before my departure back to the U.S.  As a business traveler, I try to minimize the variables when catching a morning flight in a foreign country.  I did not want to miss that flight home!  I set three alarms to wake me at 5:15 AM and was in bed by 10 PM.  I immediately fell asleep.  At exactly 3:00 AM I was awaken out of a deep sleep.  Yep, FATHER woke me up two hours early.  What for?

As I laid in bed, HE instructed me to read my emails… huh?  I had checked them before retiring for the evening and their were only a couple.  One was from my friend Paul.  In the email, he suggested that I listen to an interview with some young lady from South Chicago.  Being wide awake (as is the case when FATHER wakes me), I listened intently to what this young lady was saying.  In the two part interview she mentions FATHER waking her at 3 AM.  She mentions the years 1987 and 2005 specifically, both are important years to me as well.  In 1987, I was on a Southwest flight to South Chicago when FATHER led my specifically to Matthew 5:8 and spoke specifically to me “Those with a pure heart shall see GOD”.  In 2005 HE told me to focus on Love and I have done so ever since.

Many of the financial experts I read are all focusing on the September/October time frame of this year for a major negative market event.  I have written about much of what they are forecasting in past blogs to the point where there has been no sense in repeating the warnings.  FATHER directed me to encourage people on developing a closer and deeper relationship with HIM so that no matter what happened, they would be able to deal with the turmoil ahead.  If you are internally prepared then the external will not move you.  I share these links with you not to frighten you but to allow you time to prepare if this young lady has heard correctly.  Don’t be concerned about her understanding of eschatology.  Jesus told her that she would go through this time of judgment… interesting.  I happened to watch another video where she mentions many of the parables I have written about lately.  The only thing I can tell you is that I don’t ignore anything given to me a three o’clock in the morning.  If you don’t bear witness to what she is saying, discard it.  If you do bear witness, prepare.  If she is wrong, we will know soon enough.

I do find it coincidental that her name is Mena.  MENE is the past participle of Mena and is found in Daniel chapter 5:

24 Then the fingers of the hand were sent from Him, and this writing was written.

25 “And this is the inscription that was written:

MENE, MENE, TEKEL, UPHARSIN.

26 This is the interpretation of each word. MENE: God has numbered your kingdom, and finished it;

27 TEKEL: You have been weighed in the balances, and found wanting;

28 PERES: Your kingdom has been divided, and given to the Medes and Persians.

What is spiritual incest?

June 4th, 2015

I would strongly urge those interested in better understanding Brian’s videos to consider that he was sharing “in the Spirit” and when he mentions a topic multiple times, it typically means you should pay a little closer attention.  Kemper and I discussed the relevance of incest mentioned by Brian concerning his wife’s adopted sister.  Consider Lot and his daughters.  Incest means that you “love” those in the family and reject outsiders.  Isn’t that similar to what denominations have done to those who are outside their influence?

Lot chose material blessing and ended up in Sodom (Gen 13:10).  Abraham interceded for Sodom (Gen 18).  Would you intercede for a city known for its great sin?  Food for thought.  Maybe it is time to revisit Lot’s circumstances as it relates to nonjudgmental Love.

Brian’s first Love was Helen as he mentioned in his broadcasts but he did not marry her.  He ended up marrying her best friend.  While there, we drove past Helen’s house but she is in mourning over her husband who recently passed away.

If you only consider what he said solely from the “physical”, you may miss the purpose of the trip and broadcast.  I have no regrets in making the trip and further I am grateful to those who contributed.

Men shall revile you

June 3rd, 2015

To revile is to criticize in an abusive or hostile way, or to spread negative information about a person.

In Matthew chapter 5, Jesus spoke:

11 “Blessed are you when they revile and persecute you, and say all kinds of evil against you falsely for My sake.

12 Rejoice and be exceedingly glad, for great is your reward in heaven, for so they persecuted the prophets who were before you.”

Any time that the current path is challenged by revelation from Above, there will be resistance, both inwardly and outwardly.  Your ego will try to dissuade you from taking the road less traveled for on that road the ego loses its control over you.  Other people will revile you in an attempt to justify their own path.  As for me, I only want to take FATHER’S path known as THE WAY.  The leaders persecuted Jesus and we should expect the same.

When we left the church in 1996 we suffered persecution from those who remained.  Their love for us was conditional on us following the path they were on.  As long as we submitted to the pastor we were loved, but the moment we departed from his direction we were shunned.  Where was the Agape Love upon our departure?  This scenario happens again and again where there is no Love.

Why do men revile and persecute others?  It is because their ego is leading them down the path they are on for if they were on HIS path motivated by Love, they would pray blessings over those who are no longer enjoined with them knowing that FATHER had them on a parallel path ultimately arriving at the same destination.  When men revile you they are unsure of their own path and need others to reinforce their decision to take the path they are on.  Their ego demands it.  They have a vested interest in their doctrine and want to defend the doctrine against any challenge to it.

Why are we blessed when we are persecuted for HIS Sake?  We must go beyond the “easy” and not be moved when the “difficult” arrives on the scene.  When we stand for what FATHER is showing us and directing us to do, we will be challenged and tested by men and women who are convinced that their way is the only way.  Who do we submit to, FATHER or man?  Do we submit to the status quo, tradition, convincing doctrines, declarations, prophecies, visions, encounters, or FATHER’S Word specifically for us?

Men would place FATHER in a box that they construct in their own understanding.  Anyone who challenges the limits of that box will be persecuted in some manner.  Your own ego will attempt to make you feel guilty for pursuing a path outside the accepted box.  As you pursue FATHER with a pure heart, be at peace with where HE takes you.  Job realized that men and their views are no match for FATHER’S Plan, Will, and purpose.  We must trust FATHER when HE moves us in a different direction other than the path we have followed in the past.  We may have been on the right path and the other people were diverted to an alternate path as they focused on worldly rewards.  At any rate, trust FATHER at all intersections.  HE will guide you in the path to take.

“For My sake” means for Love’s sake.  Jesus was and is the manifestation of Love.  I have no problem when men challenge FATHER’S direction for I know FATHER will guide me accordingly and HE is more interested in my obedience to HIS direction versus submitting to man’s influence.  Time and time again, HIS direction has proven to be fruitful in my life, we have a history together that comforts me when men revile and persecute me.

There appears to be challenging times ahead and men will become angry with the current system as it fails them.  Their anger will be directed against anyone who disagrees with their doctrine which brought them to the place of destruction.  Their illusions of wealth and power will fall away and the Truth will stare them in the face.  Some will transcend the suffering and pursue the pathway to Spiritual cognition is full waking consciousness.  Great is their reward in Heaven!

The True Worshippers

June 2nd, 2015

In John chapter 4, Jesus spoke:

23  “But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him.

24  God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.”

To worship means to bow down in reverence and adoration toward Our Heavenly Father.  True worship arises out of Love for FATHER in an intimate relationship.  We do not bow down as a religious practice but out of our revelation of who HE is.  It is with the greatest of respect and gratitude do we acknowledge the CREATOR of Heaven and earth.  FATHER is so much greater in every aspect to any person, place, or thing that to revere anyone or anything else is foolishness.

Men continue to seek alternatives to the various facets of Truth.  FATHER is the source of all Love, wisdom, understanding, knowledge, supply, healing, wholeness, and peace.  Yet men seek out other means and devices to supply their need in those various areas.  Drugs are taken by addicts in hope for a few hours of peace whereas FATHER will give you peace in the midst of turmoil.  The masses are void of HIS Word in the area of healing so they seek various devices and means for healing.  I am always reminded of the two statements Dr. Speckhart based his success on: “The body is designed to heal itself.” and “The body is designed to live forever.”  Who better to heal you than the ONE Who designed and formed your body!

Who is the source of all Truth?  Our Heavenly Father!  Why do you seek after men who have at best only a portion of Truth?  Don’t you realize that a Loving FATHER awaits your sincere desire to seek HIM out?  We need to quit pursuing external formulas and devices to promote fulfillment.  Jesus told the woman that true worship was not fulfilled by an external act of going to the mountain or to Jerusalem.  True worship is done in the heart, an internal act.

Your connection with FATHER is in your heart, not your mind.  Jesus spoke of this in Matthew chapter 5:

8  Blessed are the pure in heart, For they shall see God.

Notice that Jesus did not focus on the mind, knowledge, external acts, or rituals.  The issue is internal, not external.  The more you focus on the external, the further you move from true Worship.  Don’t you think FATHER will take care of the external once HE has fully matured HIS Sons to carry out HIS Will and plan with great precision, power, and authority.  Only when the Sons are fully prepared internally will they effect the external.  Your heart is the issue!

Your heart is where Love resides, not in the mind.  The mind is binary in nature thus it will always operate in a “conditional” mode… if/then.  If the heart is not strengthened and you allow your mind to dictate your walk, you will never be in full and complete peace.  Your mind will create problems to solve and the solutions will always be temporary.  It will focus on the external problems and direct you away from the true and everlasting solution.  Your heart is the source of higher intelligence for that is where you are connected with FATHER.  When I received the Baptism of the Holy Spirit, my mind went “tilt” and did not understand the event.  On the other hand, my heart was full of joy.  Do you want to improve your quality of life?  Focus on the internal, not the external.  The external is a result of what is done internally.  Pursue harmony with FATHER’S Will and the external will respond.  Pursue only the external and lack, turmoil, and chaos are likely to come on the scene.

When our heart is perfectly reconciled with FATHER, full Spiritual flow will occur.  It will not only flow to us but it will also flow through us to others.  Jesus consistently walked in this flow.  He did not need technology to heal the sick but simply operated in a connected fashion with FATHER Who imparted power and authority to bring forth healing and restoration to mankind.  Jesus prayed to FATHER and was in constant communication with HIM.  Jesus was a conduit for the power of FATHER to flow through Him to the rest of mankind.  Jesus understood and perceived the flow of power as the woman with the issue of blood touched His garment.  As we mature in the worshipping FATHER in Spirit and Truth, we should expect to be used in like manner.  This will be observable fruit of True Worshippers.

The Heart versus the Mind

June 1st, 2015

Our mind is a great servant but a very inadequate guide.  At best our mind will use logic based on past experiences but is not able to move us above our circumstances to a higher realm.  Our heart is where our connection with FATHER is located and this is where we must place our trust and focus.  Otherwise we will simply live a life of scarcity and will always seem to come up just short of sufficiency in all things.  Jesus made it quite clear that the focus is the heart:

Luke 6:43 “For a good tree does not bear bad fruit, nor does a bad tree bear good fruit.

44 For every tree is known by its own fruit. For men do not gather figs from thorns, nor do they gather grapes from a bramble bush.

45 A good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart brings forth evil. For out of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaks.”

Whatever you focus on will ultimately produce fruit of its nature.  If you start your day full of gratitude and thanksgiving, you will produce positive fruit.  If you dwell of FATHER’S unlimited nature of Love, HIS unlimited ever-expanding universe, and HIS unlimited resources, you will become a vessel of abundance to flow through you to others.  Your heart is your connection with THE SPIRIT of FATHER and it is interconnected with all that exists.  This flow of THE SPIRIT allows you to pray for anyone anywhere else and it be effective.  The mind cannot comprehend this since it is not logical based on its experience and history.

People are looking for solutions on the same level where their problems were created.  They will not find the solution at the same level but the mind will try to convince them otherwise.  You must ascend to a higher level than the problem for that is where the answer lies.  The Psalmist in chapter 95 1shared this Truth:

Today, if you will hear His voice:

8 “Do not harden your hearts, as in the rebellion, As in the day of trial in the wilderness,

9 When your fathers tested Me; They tried Me, though they saw My work.

10 For forty years I was grieved with that generation, And said, ‘It is a people who go astray in their hearts,

And they do not know My ways.’

11 So I swore in My wrath, ‘They shall not enter My rest.’ ”

In Isaiah chapter 55, FATHER gives us the key to the abundant life.  HE reveals the key to solving the problems of life by placing your heart’s focus on Above.  At the same time HE will wipe your slate clean of your past sins and lawlessness for HE knows that the internal must be changed in preparation for the external to receive blessings from Above.  HE also knows that your thought life must be corrected and you must change the orientation of your focus to a higher level.  FATHER has the solution to every problem:

6 Seek the LORD while He may be found, Call upon Him while He is near.

7 Let the wicked forsake his way, And the unrighteous man his thoughts;

Let him return to the LORD, And He will have mercy on him; And to our God,

For He will abundantly pardon.

8 “For My thoughts are not your thoughts, Nor are your ways My ways,” says the LORD.

9 “For as the heavens are higher than the earth, So are My ways higher than your ways,

And My thoughts than your thoughts.”

We must trust FATHER rather than our own mind’s logic.  If we are led by our mind, we will constantly find problems to solve and will never be at peace.  We will live a life of insufficiency.  We will never seem to have enough time and success will always be seemingly out of our grasp.  We will be in constant turmoil and unable to get a good night’s rest.  FATHER promises us a different result if we seek HIM:

10 “For as the rain comes down, and the snow from heaven,

And do not return there, But water the earth,

And make it bring forth and bud, That it may give seed to the sower

And bread to the eater,

11 So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to Me void,

But it shall accomplish what I please, And it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.

12 “For you shall go out with joy, And be led out with peace;

The mountains and the hills Shall break forth into singing before you,

And all the trees of the field shall clap their hands.

Our Heavenly Father Loves us and has our best interest at heart.  We must quit seeking the “good” or “better” when the “best” is awaiting our command.  Commanding resources needed for our specific calling will not come by applying logic to our circumstances and by now you must realize the failure of this path.  You must ascend to a higher level and it can only be done by redirecting your focus toward FATHER and HIS Divine Intent of Love.  The pathway to Spiritual cognition in full-waking consciousness is non-judgmental Love.  This is the point Brian Williams was making in his four videos.  FATHER was using him to convey a critical message for the next generation who have had the revelation of Tabernacles revealed to them.  External compliance to FATHER’S Word isn’t the solution.  The solution is internal and it is not found in the mind.  The heart is where the flow of Love and life are found.  It is time to change your focus if you have not already done so.

OUR FATHER

May 31st, 2015

Jesus begins the Lord’s Prayer with “OUR FATHER”’.  This sums up our relationship with everyone on earth and in Heaven.  The Son of the MOST HIGH GOD tells us in just two words that the Creator of the Universe is our Parent and we are HIS children.  If there is anything you should deem as unchangeable, this is it.  This phrase blasts away the theology where FATHER is a loveless tyrant just waiting for you to screw up so that HE can evoke some severe punishment on you.  In its purest form, the parent Loves the child unconditionally and Our Heavenly Father is the purest of the pure.

We should Love others as FATHER Loves us.  If you only focus on receiving Love from FATHER then you are self-centered and immature.  Those may seem like harsh words but it is time to ascend higher and no longer be content in a lower state of being.  As a prelude to the great Love chapter, Paul wrote in 1 Corinthians chapter 4:

14 I do not write these things to shame you, but as my beloved children I warn you.

15 For though you might have ten thousand instructors in Christ, yet you do not have many fathers; for in Christ Jesus I have begotten you through the gospel.

16 Therefore I urge you, imitate me.

Paul urges the Corinthians to move to a greater maturity so they can minister Love to others, not just be recipients.  A true FATHER will Love HIS children, train them up to become like HIM so that they can further the inheritance of THE FATHER.  This theme is true throughout Scripture and it remains true today.  Fathers want the best for their children, not just the “good” or “better”.  Fathers don’t expect perfection but instead they want their children to strive for excellence.  Fathers don’t want their children to be sick or diseased so they provide the means for full and complete health.  Jesus was the prime example of FATHER’S Divine Intent.

In Matthew chapter 6, Jesus compares our relationship with two other kingdom seen on earth.  First the animal kingdom:

25 “Therefore I say to you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink; nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food and the body more than clothing? 26 Look at the birds of the air, for they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they? 27 Which of you by worrying can add one cubit to his stature?

Now the plant kingdom:

28 “So why do you worry about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin; 29 and yet I say to you that even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. 30 Now if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today is, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, will He not much more clothe you, O you of little faith?”

I know that science would tell us that we are part of the animal kingdom, I disagree.  My ancestor was not a monkey or an ape.  I did not evolve as Darwinists would have us believe.  Jesus differentiated us from those two kingdoms in His Sermon on the Mount.  Jesus Who only spoke the words of FATHER made it quite clear that FATHER will provide for us.  Jesus linked provision to faith and thus we must grow in faith, trust, and reliance on FATHER to move into HIS provision.  HE is Our Provider.

Who of us can add an inch to our height?  High heels don’t count.  We cannot change the physical on our own but FATHER can and will.  HE will hear our heartfelt prayers and respond in Love.  However HE does expect us to grow and set aside childish doctrines.  We are to confront those obstacles set before us and grow along the way.  The test of maturity is whether we become more interested in others’ wellbeing rather than always focusing our our own needs.

Jesus told us in Matthew chapter 6:

6 “But you, when you pray, go into your room, and when you have shut your door, pray to your Father who is in the secret place; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly.

7 And when you pray, do not use vain repetitions as the heathen do. For they think that they will be heard for their many words.

8 Therefore do not be like them. For your Father knows the things you have need of before you ask Him.”

If FATHER knows what we need before we ask, why doesn’t HE just provide the need without our asking?  HE expects us to grow up and accept responsibility.  What we ask for and how we ask reveal our level of maturity.  FATHER has an infinite supply of resources and is willing to provide anything we ask according to HIS Will and your need.  HE will do if for you just as HE does it for me.  After all, HE is OUR FATHER!

Wisdom from Above

May 30th, 2015

Every generation has been in dire need of wisdom and today is no exception.  In the King James Version of Scripture, the word wisdom is found in 222 verses and it is defined as:

wisdom (Hebrew)

  1. skill (in war)

  2. wisdom (in administration)

  3. shrewdness, wisdom

  4. wisdom, prudence (in religious affairs)

  5. wisdom (ethical and religious)

wisdom (Greek): broad and full of intelligence; used of the knowledge of very diverse matters

  1. the wisdom which belongs to men

    1. spec. the varied knowledge of things human and divine, acquired by acuteness and experience, and summed up in maxims and proverbs

    2. the science and learning

    3. the act of interpreting dreams and always giving the sagest advice

    4. the intelligence evinced in discovering the meaning of some mysterious number or vision

    5. skill in the management of affairs

    6. devout and proper prudence in intercourse with men not disciples of Christ, skill and discretion in imparting Christian truth

    7. the knowledge and practice of the requisites for godly and upright living

  2. supreme intelligence, such as belongs to God

    1. to Christ

    2. the wisdom of God as evinced in forming and executing counsels in the formation and government of the world and the scriptures

Isn’t interesting how wisdom is defined most often by using itself to define it!  I would submit to you that wisdom is obtained by FATHER and if you pursue FATHER, you will receive wisdom for dealing with your daily affairs.  Wisdom is infinite intelligence motivated by Love.  If you seek FATHER’S Divine Intelligence and are willing to act based on HIS Divine Intent of Love, you will always take the correct path when confronted with a decision.

FATHER is not restricted to time thus HE knows the end from the beginning of a matter.  HE has infinite knowledge.  But what if HE told you there are going to be tough challenging times ahead, would you make the right decision or would you be self-protective?  This is where Love comes into effect.  Love will sacrifice “self” in order to produce the right outcome.  Escapism attempts to be removed from the trial because of a deep-seated fear whereas Love goes through the trial knowing that FATHER will see you through and you will be more mature on the other side.  In the Epistle of James, chapter 1, we are encouraged to seek FATHER:

2  My brethren, count it all joy when you fall into various trials,

3  knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience.

4  But let patience have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking nothing.

If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him.

6  But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind.

7  For let not that man suppose that he will receive anything from the Lord;

8 he is a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways.

As we pursue FATHER’S Character, we increase in wisdom and we will be found worthy to steward over greater resources to establish HIS Kingdom on earth.  We take on HIS Divine Intent of Love.  In order to effect external change, we must first change internally.  People can go around and proclaim the Kingdom but if they are not maturing internally then nothing will happen.  You shall know them by their fruit.  Wisdom from Above needs to flow through us, not just to us.  It appears that we will see tumultuous times ahead and people will become desperate for solutions.  They will seek out those who have Wisdom from  Above.  Will you be prepared to be one of those whom people seek?  Many are called but few are chosen.  Those who are chosen are those who have become willing vessels to be led totally by THE SPIRIT and are also willing to lay down their lives for all of mankind.  They have fully submitted to FATHER’S Wisdom, not only HIS infinite Intelligence but also HIS Love .

Compensating for the lack of Love

May 29th, 2015

The word compensate means to be equivalent to,  to make an appropriate and usually counterbalancing payment, to provide with means of counteracting variation,  to neutralize the effect of (variations), to offset an error, defect, or undesired effect.  In Scripture, the word recompense is used to convey a similar result or meaning.

Proverbs 20:22  Do not say, “I will recompense evil”;

Wait for the LORD, and He will save you.

23 Diverse weights are an abomination to the LORD,

And dishonest scales are not good.

When men wrong you, FATHER tells us to let HIM take care of the issue of “compensation” or balancing the scales.  If you take action against that other person then you have sought your own justice and effectively eliminated the proper handling of the act of the other person.  As the injustices pile up against the masses by those in control, FATHER is taking note and will ultimately balance the scales of justice and appropriate the resources to righteously judge the lawless.  We need not take it upon ourselves to administer our own justice.

Our fear tends to compensate for our lack of Love when we are wronged.  Rage and anger are often associated with this fear.  If we would only pursue Love and let it remove those deep-seated fears, we would be at peace when we are wronged.  The current system is full of lawlessness and sin which in turn causes us to be subjected to it.  We must not let this injustice steal our peace but we must trust FATHER in these tumultuous times.  Isn’t that the ultimate test of maturity?

Those who do not walk in Love will often create a wall to defend themselves from others.  They will use knowledge in an attempt to compensate for their lack of Love.  They will debate their position with facts rather than revelation in an attempt to strong arm the other person into submission.  They will use some form of intimidation in order to coerce the other person into submitting to their way of thinking.  They will exploit any perceived weakness of the other person in order to get their way.  Their ego will take control of the situation in an attempt to protect its exalted status.

As we continue our walk in Love we must guard ourselves from those who would divert our path.  We must be able to discern when others are walking another path and not be persuaded to join them.  They will exploit your weakness and stroke your ego in order to convince you that their way is the right way.  How are you able to determine if they are on the right path?  Look at the fruit of their life and inspect their words just as Jesus did:

Matthew 12:33 “Either make the tree good and its fruit good, or else make the tree bad and its fruit bad; for a tree is known by its fruit. 34 Brood of vipers! How can you, being evil, speak good things? For out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks. 35 A good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth good things, and an evil man out of the evil treasure brings forth evil things.”

And compare their fruit to the fruit of the Holy Spirit:

Galatians 5:22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law.

Jesus is THE WAY, THE TRUTH, and THE LIFE.  If you encounter someone who has good fruit, join them in pursuing THE WAY.  But do not follow them and become passive in your pursuit of an intimate relationship with FATHER.  There are many sitting in pews today that have submitted themselves to the church officials and are being led on another path.  We should fellowship with those on the same path leading to the perfection of Love.  We should minister to those who are on a different path but we must not submit to their path even though they may defend the course they are following.  If they lack Love, they will compensate for it and convince themselves they are on the right path as a form of justification.  They will rationalize why they are miserable and want others to join them.  After all, misery loves company.

Let FATHER take care of those who would attempt to move you away from THE WAY and continue your walk toward full Spiritual maturity.  Many are called but few are chosen.  The path FATHER has called us to take will not be crowded because the blindness is increasing among the masses.  Men have become lukewarm and have pursued the ways of the world.  Once they have taken another path, they begin compensating for the failure associated with that path and will impact those around them.  Their lawlessness and sin will create an imbalance.  Let FATHER handle the issue of compensation.  In the end you will be glad HE did.
