Are We Re-Living The Days of Noah?

Rick Renner is solid, credible Bible teacher who has a detailed understanding of the Greek language and Biblical history.

In the following interview, he provides us with perspective of what may lie ahead.  Let us not be surprised of upcoming events.

Increasing Deception

Monday, March 2nd, 2026

We are in the last days so don’t be caught off guard!

Expect the demonic activity to increase but also expect the Light to increase as well.  There will be an increase of false prophets and teachings, attempting to deceive us.  We must be vigilant and rely totally on The Holy Spirit to discern what is being taught.

Peter wrote by The Holy Spirit in 2nd Peter chapter 2:

1 In the past there arose false prophets among God’s people, just as there will continue to be false teachers who will secretly infiltrate in your midst to divide you, bringing with them their destructive heresies. They will even deny the Master, Who paid the price for them, bringing swift destruction on themselves.

We need to accept the Truth that the ungodly will suffer severe judgment unto death and destruction.  The impure and corrupted are not allowed in Heaven.

2 Many will follow immoral lifestyles. Because of these corrupt false teachers, the way of Truth will be slandered.

3 They are only out for themselves, ready to exploit you for their own gain through their cunning arguments. Their condemnation has been a long time coming. But their destruction does not slumber or sit idly by, for it is sure to come.

We must not allow ourselves to be exploited by these false teachers.  Their greed will compel you to support them so they can spread their false teaching and drain your resources meant to spread the True Gospel.

4 Now, don’t forget, God had no pity for the angels when they sinned but threw them into the lowest, darkest dungeon of gloom and locked them in chains, where they are firmly held until the judgment of torment.

5 And HE did not spare the former world in the days of Noah when he sent a flood to destroy a depraved world (although he protected Noah, the preacher of righteousness, along with seven members of his family).

6 And don’t forget that HE reduced to ashes the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah, condemning them to ruin and destruction. God appointed them to be examples as to what is coming to the ungodly.

Peter gives us three examples of GOD’S wrath toward the ungodly.  Don’t allow yourself to be deceived by them.

7 Yet HE rescued a righteous man, Lot, suffering the indignity of the unbridled lusts of the lawless.

8 For righteous Lot lived among them day after day, distressed in his righteous soul by the rebellious deeds he saw and heard.

9 If the Lord YAHWEH rescued Lot, HE knows how to continually rescue the Godly from their trials and to reserve the ungodly for punishment on the day of judgment.

FATHER is committed to rescuing us from the punished destined for the ungodly.

10 And this especially applies to those who live their lives despising authorities and who abandon themselves to chasing the depraved lusts of their flesh. They are willfully arrogant and insolent, unafraid to insult the glorious ones.

Are Christians being insulted in a widespread manner today?  Yes!  Is there widespread ungodly activists who are promoting hatred of authorities?  Again, yes.

11 Yet even angels, who are greater than they in power and strength, do not dare slander them before the Lord.

12 These individuals are nothing but brute beasts—irrational creatures, born in the wild to be caught and destroyed—and they will perish like beasts. They are professional insulters, who slander whatever they don’t understand, and in their destruction they will be destroyed.

Those who slander and mock the believers will ultimately suffer and be destroyed.

With a sense of urgency, let us continue to focus on expanding the Kingdom of GOD on the earth.  FATHER will deal with the ungodly!

Confronting demons

Sunday, March 1st, 2026

In the last days, demons are still an issue with believers!

Demonic activity has not ceased but is becoming flagrant and bold in these last days.  Many believers want to ignore this issue and deny that it is a problem today.

Jesus confronted a demonized man in Luke chapter 4:

31 Jesus went to Capernaum in Galilee and taught the people on the Sabbath day. 32 His teaching stunned and dazed them, for He spoke with penetrating Words and great authority.

33 In the congregation, there was a demonized man, who screamed out with a loud voice,

34 “Go away and leave us alone. We know Who You are. You’re Jesus of Nazareth, God’s Holy One. What do You want with us? Have You come to destroy us already?”

35 Immediately the demon hurled the man down on the floor in front of them. But Jesus rebuked (epitimaō) the demon, “Be quiet and come out of him!” And without causing him any harm, the demon came out of him.

36 Great astonishment swept over the people, and they said among themselves, “What kind of Man is this Who has such power and authority? With a mere Word, He commands demons to come out, and they obey Him!”

37 Reports about Jesus spread like wildfire throughout every community in the surrounding region.

What would you do if you were confronted by a demonized man?  Would you respond in a similar manner to Jesus’ response?  The demon tried to use fear to intimidate Jesus… it didn’t work.  Instead, Jesus rebuked the demon and expelled him from the man.  The man was not demon-possessed; he was demonized.

The word epitimaō means: to adjudge, award, in the sense of merited penalty.  Adjudge is a legal term and means: to decide or rule upon as a judge.  Jesus had the legal right to rebuke the demon, quiet him, and come out of the man.  There is a Heavenly Court that we need to be aware of and understand how to conduct ourselves in that realm.

The day had just begun…

38 After leaving the synagogue, Jesus went into Simon’s house, where Simon’s mother-in-law was sick with a high fever. The disciples begged Jesus to help her. 39 Jesus stood over her and rebuked the fever, and she was healed instantly. Then she got up and began to serve them.

40 At sunset, the people brought all those who were sick to Jesus to be healed. Jesus laid His hands on them one by one, and He healed them all of different illnesses.

41 Demons also came out of many of them. Knowing that Jesus was the Anointed One, the demons shouted while coming out, “You are the Messiah, the Son of El Shaddai!” But Jesus rebuked them and commanded them to be silent.

On the same day, Jesus ministered in multiple locations that had demons to be dealt with.  Notice, He did not destroy them but commanded them to leave.  Be assured, they are still roaming the earth to find someone to inhabit.

It is important to note that prior to Jesus expelling devils, there is no record in the Old Testament that this ever occurred.  This is why the people were astonished and amazed.

In Mark chapter 1, the people commented concerning this new teaching:

27 The crowd was awestruck and kept saying among themselves, “What is this new teaching that comes with such authority? With merely a Word He commands demons to come out and they obey Him!”

How would you react in observing this event taking place in your midst?  How many churches operate in this ministry today?  Are there demonized church members sitting in the pews each Sunday?  Would the demons recognize you or me?

Luke recorded by The Holy Spirit in Acts chapter 19:

14 Also there were seven sons of Sceva, a Jewish chief priest, who did so.

15 And the evil spirit answered and said, “Jesus I know, and Paul I know; but who are you?”

16 Then the man in whom the evil spirit was leaped on them, overpowered them, and prevailed against them, so that they fled out of that house naked and wounded. 17 This became known both to all Jews and Greeks dwelling in Ephesus; and fear fell on them all, and the Name of the Lord Jesus was magnified.

We need to be prepared to not only heal the sick but also expel demons.  Don’t be deceived!
