Living From Heaven’s Perspective

Monday, January 13th, 2025

Every believer has the privilege of living from Heaven towards Earth!

That is what it means to abide in Christ.

Jesus spoke concerning the mindset in Mark chapter 8:

13 And Jesus left them, and getting into the boat again, departed to the other side. 14 Now the disciples had forgotten to take bread, and they did not have more than one loaf with them in the boat.

15 Then He charged them, saying, Take heed (be on your guard), beware of the leaven of the Pharisees (religious tradition and form) and the leaven of Herod (humanism).”

Jesus also spoke of the mindset of Heaven in Matthew chapter 13:

33 Another parable Jesus spoke to them: “The Kingdom of Heaven is like leaven, which a woman took and hid in three measures of meal till it was all leavened.”

Jesus gave us three examples of leaven and He warned us against two of them.  The Word of GOD is intended to permeate throughout the earth until the Kingdom covers the entire earth.

When GOD is asking us a question, HE is never lacking information.  It is needful to return to Mark chapter 8 where the disciples were in the boat with only one loaf of bread.

Jesus asked them in Mark 8:

15 Then Jesus charged them, saying, “Take heed, beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and the leaven of Herod.”

16 And they reasoned among themselves, saying, “It is because we have no bread.”

17 But Jesus, being aware of it, said to them, “Why do you reason because you have no bread? Do you not yet perceive nor understand? Is your heart still hardened?

18 Having eyes, do you not see?

And having ears, do you not hear?

And do you not remember?

At a minimum, we need to remember the Works of GOD in our individual lives.  As we do, our hearing will improve.  As our hearing improves, our eyesight will improve allowing us to see beyond the natural as Jesus did.

These questions were meant to lead the disciples and us into understanding how the Kingdom of GOD works.

Jesus empowered the disciples to do the same things He did.

Jesus sent out the twelve disciples in Luke chapter 9:

1 Then Jesus called His twelve disciples together and gave them power and authority over all demons, and to cure diseases.

2 He sent them to preach the Kingdom of God and to heal the sick.

3 And He said to them, “Take nothing for the journey, neither staffs nor bag nor bread nor money; and do not have two tunics apiece.

4 “Whatever house you enter, stay there, and from there depart.

5 And whoever will not receive you, when you go out of that city, shake off the very dust from your feet as a testimony against them.”

6 So they departed and went through the towns, preaching the Gospel and healing everywhere.

When they returned, the next event was for Jesus to feed the five thousand.  So, the disciples healed the sick, assisted in feeding the five thousand, and then hopped in the boat to go to the other side when Jesus posed the questions in Mark chapter 8.  Their mindsets had not changed even though they healed the sick and fed 5,000.

They evidently had short memories and failed to apply the principles of the Kingdom to the one loaf of bread in the boat.  It was all about their mindset being anchored in the natural.

Whatever you treasure in your heart determines your mindset and affects your ability to hear and see beyond the natural.  Our heart influences what comes out of our mouth which is an indicator of what is treasured in our heart.

If you watch your heart, you don’t have to watch what you say!  The indication that our heart needs help is hearing what comes out of our mouth.  When the disciples pointed to a lack of bread, they missed the point of feeding the 5,000.  Jesus saw no lack.  Instead, He saw abundance.

Reasoning will abort The Word of GOD that has been given to us.  We are to treasure the Life in The Word and It should become preeminent if our lives.

When we are under pressure, what is in our heart is revealed by our words and our actions.  Trials are meant to show us where we are on our walk.  Are we blaming other people around us for our situation or are we taking responsibility?

We are to come into agreement with GOD in whatever confronts us.  HE has the answer for every situation.  HE wants us to hear and see from HIS perspective, not the world’s.  If you are having trouble hearing and seeing, then start remembering all the things HE has done in your past.  If needed, go back to what HE did for Moses and the children of Israel when HE led them out of Egypt.  They observed miracles every day, 24X7, for forty years yet they complained.

We need to start living from Heaven’s perspective.

Walking In Full Agreement

Sunday, January 12th, 2025

We need to walk in full agreement with GOD!

When our confession comes into agreement with GOD, it releases the capacity to forsake past weaknesses in our lives.  As a result, our foundation becomes stronger, and we can handle the weightier matters of revelation and anointing to fulfill our purpose here on earth.

Jesus spoke to the Pharisees in Matthew chapter 23:

23 “Great sorrow awaits you religious scholars and Pharisees—frauds and pretenders! For you are obsessed with peripheral issues, like insisting on paying meticulous tithes on the smallest herbs that grow in your gardens. These matters are fine, yet you ignore the most important, weightier duties of all: to walk in the love of God, to display mercy to others, and to live with integrity. Readjust your values and place first things first.

The Pharisees assigned importance to peripheral issues rather than the most important mandate given to us: to walk in the Love of GOD and display mercy to others.

Integrity is defined as: honesty, trust, fairness, respect, responsibility, and courage.  When we live with full integrity, FATHER will trust us to handle greater spiritual responsibility.  Our ability to handle trials and tribulations reveal the strength of our foundation.  Once we see our weaknesses, we are to come into agreement with The Word and turn those weaknesses to strengths through The Word.

Peter encourages us by The Holy Spirit in 1st Peter chapter 4:

7 Since we are approaching the end of all things, be intentional, purposeful, and self-controlled so that you can be given to prayer.

8 Above all, constantly echo God’s intense Love for one another, for Love will be a canopy over a multitude of sins.

9 Be compassionate to foreigners without complaining.

10 Every believer has received grace gifts, so use them to serve one another as faithful stewards of the many-colored tapestry of God’s grace.

Don’t allow arrogance, self-centeredness, and pride to prevent you from establishing a firm foundation in Christ!

Peter continues in chapter 5:

8 Be well balanced and always alert, because your enemy, the devil, roams around incessantly, like a roaring lion looking for its prey to devour.

9 Take a decisive stand against him and resist his every attack with strong, vigorous faith. For you know that your believing brothers and sisters around the world are experiencing the same kinds of troubles you endure.

10 And then, after your brief suffering, the God of all Loving grace, Who has called you to share in His Eternal glory in Christ, will personally and powerfully restore you and make you stronger than ever. Yes, He will set you firmly in place and build you up. [

11 And He has all the power needed to do this—forever! Amen.

The prize of all prizes if the Mind of Christ!  It is the reward of repentance.  It is seeing the way He sees and thinking the way He thinks.

Jesus sees the possibility of the potential of a moment.  He could start with seven loaves and a few small fish, feed four thousand men plus women and children, then end up with seven large baskets of leftover fragments as described in Mark chapter 8.  This was Divine reasoning (the superior), not reasoning in the inferior… the natural.

Our desire should be that our initial reaction to circumstances be The Mind of Christ.  It is necessary to revisit Mark chapter 8.

Jesus spoke concerning the mindset in Mark chapter 8:

13 And Jesus left them, and getting into the boat again, departed to the other side. 14 Now the disciples had forgotten to take bread, and they did not have more than one loaf with them in the boat.

15 Then He charged them, saying, Take heed (be on your guard), beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and the leaven of Herod.”

19 When I broke the five loaves for the five thousand, how many baskets full of fragments did you take up?” They said to Him, “Twelve.”

20 “Also, when I broke the seven for the four thousand, how many large baskets full of fragments did you take up?” And they said, “Seven.”

21 So He said to them, “How is it you do not understand?”

The disciples’ mindset was similar to that of the Pharisees and Jesus warned them about it.  Jesus expressed His Mind by manifesting the supernatural in the natural for the disciples to see, yet they failed to grasp the lesson.  Their hearts were still hardened not allowing the Mind of Christ to prevail.  Let us not make the same mistake!  Instead, let us walk in the full agreement with GOD by accessing and walking in the Mind of Christ.  That is where the supernatural resides and brings forth manifestation.

Are You Satisfied?

Saturday, January 11th, 2025

To what degree are you satisfied with where you are at?

Moses recorded by The Holy Spirit in Exodus chapter 16:

15 So when the children of Israel saw it, they said to one another, “What is it?” For they did not know what it was. And Moses said to them, “This is the bread (manna) which the LORD has given you to eat.

16 This is the thing which the LORD has commanded: ‘Let every man gather it according to each one’s need, one omer for each person, according to the number of persons; let every man take for those who are in his tent.'”

17 Then the children of Israel did so and gathered, some more, some less.

18 So when they measured it by omers, he who gathered much had nothing left over, and he who gathered little had no lack. Every man had gathered according to each one’s need.

19 And Moses said, “Let no one leave any of it till morning.”

35 And the children of Israel ate manna forty years, until they came to an inhabited land; they ate manna until they came to the border of the land of Canaan.

And in Exodus chapter 13:

21  And the LORD went before them by day in a pillar of cloud to lead the way, and by night in a pillar of fire to give them light, so as to go by day and night.

22 He did not take away the pillar of cloud by day or the pillar of fire by night from before the people.

When GOD reveals something in HIS Nature, HE always includes an invitation to know HIM in that way.  In the above passages, HE revealed HIMSELF as Our Provider.  HIS Nature in that area has never ceased.  If anything, its revelation has expanded.

The children of Israel were shown another facet of GOD’S Nature in Exodus chapter 15:

22 So Moses brought Israel from the Red Sea; then they went out into the Wilderness of Shur. And they went three days in the wilderness and found no water.

23 Now when they came to Marah, they could not drink the waters of Marah, for they were bitter. Therefore the name of it was called Marah.

24 And the people complained against Moses, saying, “What shall we drink?”

25 So he cried out to the LORD, and the LORD showed him a tree. When he cast it into the waters, the waters were made sweet. There He made a statute and an ordinance for them, and there He tested them,

26 and said, “If you diligently heed the voice of the LORD your God and do what is right in His Sight, give ear to His commandments and keep all His statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you which I have brought on the Egyptians. For I am the LORD Who heals you.”

Even though the people complained, FATHER healed their water and declared that it is HE Who heals us.  It is HIS Nature to heal.  This is why we see countless healings by Jesus in the Gospels.  HIS Nature of healing continues to the very day.  Both my wife and I have received supernatural healings that left the doctors speechless.

Moses recorded by The Holy Spirit in Exodus chapter 33:

13 Now therefore, I pray, if I have found grace in Your sight, show me now Your way, that I may know You and that I may find grace in Your sight. And consider that this nation is Your people.”

Once you see what the sign points to, you’re never satisfied with only a sign.

Remembering His works reminds us of Who He is and His faithfulness. Miracles are supposed to point us to God and reveal His Nature. We must steward the memories and testimonies of what God has done for us personally, and for His people throughout history. Signs, wonders, and miracles reveal His Nature as a Good and Perfect Father Who Loves His children.

Miracles bring glory to God as people turn and praise Him for what He has done, but more than a moment of praise, these signs must become the lens through which we see life and the situations we face. Our ability to hear God’s Voice is redefined by what we understand about Who God is.

Are you satisfied with your current ability to hear and respond to GOD’S Voice?  I’m not!  We should always desire more of HIM and less of us in our walk.

Wisdom spoke in Proverbs chapter 19:

23 When you live a life of abandoned Love, surrendered before the Awe of God, here’s what you’ll experience: Abundant life. Continual protection. And complete satisfaction!

Full surrender requires us to hear and respond.

Activate Your Ability To Hear

Friday, January 10th, 2025

Faith comes by hearing, not having heard!

Paul wrote by The Holy Spirit in Romans chapter 10:

17 So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God.

In other Words, faith, then, is birthed in a heart that responds to God’s anointed Utterance of the Anointed One.

Hearing is always in the present tense.  Fear disrupts our ability to hear.  The solution is not to ask FATHER to speak louder, we are to deal with and remove fear.  Whatever or whoever promotes fear, should be removed from our midst.

A person bound by fear but is dysfunctional in his or her calling.  Where fear is dominant, there is no awareness of Love.

The Beloved Disciple wrote by The Holy Spirit in 1st John chapter 4:

17 Love has been perfected among us in this: that we may have boldness in the day of judgment; because as He is, so are we in this world.

18 There is no fear in Love; but perfect Love casts out fear, because fear involves torment (judgment, correction, punishment, penalty)L But he who fears has not been made perfect in love.

19 We Love Him because He first Loved us.

20 If someone says, “I Love God,” and hates his brother, he is a liar; for he who does not Love his brother whom he has seen, how can he Love God whom he has not seen?

21 And this commandment we have from Him: that he who Loves God must Love his brother also.

Don’t allow yourself to justifiably be called a liar!  If you have hated for another believer, repent and pray for the issues of that relationship to be resolved.

You and I are meant to rule with the heart of a servant, and we are to serve with the heart of a king.  This is what Jesus did in His earthly ministry.  We are to walk in the great faith of GOD as we access HIS resources and rely on HIM to bring forth such resources through multiplication as He did with the fishes and loaves.

How do we activate our ability to hear GOD’S Voice?  Meditate on what you remember of the works of GOD, even if you have to go back to the days of Moses.

“Show me what kind of FATHER you are!”

We need to tap into the Heartbeat of THE FATHER Who Loves people like HE does.  “Activate my hearing because I want to hear better.”  As I hear better, my faith grows and will grow to great faith.  As I walk in great faith, I will produce more fruit to the glory of GOD and Our Lord Jesus Christ.  As a result, the Kingdom on earth will expand.

You and I are stewards of The Divine and we are to serve mankind through our stewardship.  We are stewards of the testimony of GOD, we are stewards of the knowledge of the ways of GOD, and we are stewards of the Presence of GOD.  This stewardship is our purpose on planet earth.

Matthew recorded by The Holy Spirit in Matthew chapter 1:

23  “Behold, the virgin shall be with child, and bear a Son, and they shall call His name Immanuel,” which is translated, “God is with us.”

Jesus has given us the gift of repentance which allows us to access GOD and become HIS stewards.  Once we become stewards, our priorities change, and our focus is directed toward HIS priorities for mankind.  We first learn about HIS works but then we want to know HIS ways.

King David recorded by The Holy Spirit in Psalm chapter 103:

7 THE LORD made known His ways to Moses, His acts to the children of Israel.

In other Words, HE unveiled to Moses HIS plans and showed Israel’s sons what HE could do.

Moses was able to hear GOD’S Voice and that allowed and gave him to know HIS ways.  The children of Israel missed it and settled for the inferior.  They did have the opportunity to build up their faith but refused to do so, the exception being Joshua and Caleb.

It is written by The Holy Spirit in Hebrews chapter 11:

24 Faith enabled Moses to choose God’s will, for although he was raised as the son of Pharaoh’s daughter, he refused to make that his identity,

25 choosing instead to suffer mistreatment with the people of God. Moses preferred faith’s certainty above the momentary enjoyment of sin’s pleasures. 26 He found his true wealth in suffering abuse for being anointed, more than in anything the world could offer him, for his eyes looked with wonder not on the immediate, but on the ultimate—faith’s great reward!

27 Holding faith’s promise Moses abandoned Egypt and had no fear of Pharaoh’s rage because he persisted in faith as if he had seen God Who is unseen.

28 Faith stirred Moses to perform the rite of Passover and sprinkle lamb’s blood, to prevent the destroyer from harming their firstborn.

29 Faith opened the way for the Hebrews to cross the Red Sea as if on dry land, but when the Egyptians tried to cross they were swallowed up and drowned!

When we hear and respond to GOD’S Voice, we will walk in the same faith that Moses displayed in his calling to deliver the children of Israel from slavery.  Let us be good stewards in hearing GOD’S Voice.

Our Full Surrender

Thursday, January 9th, 2025

Once we come to the place of surrender, GOD can use us to establish HIS Kingdom on earth!

When we finally come to that place of full surrender, HE will get the glory.  If we haven’t fully surrendered, we will attempt to take the glory for the results.

King David recorded in a song by The Holy Spirit in 1st Chronicles chapter 16:

8 Oh, give thanks to the LORD! Call upon His Name; Make known His deeds among the peoples!

9 Sing to Him, sing psalms to Him; Talk of all His wondrous works!

10 Glory in His Holy Name; Let the hearts of those rejoice who seek the LORD! 28 Give to the LORD, O families of the peoples, Give to the LORD glory and strength.

29 Give to the LORD the glory due His Name; Bring an offering, and come before Him. Oh, worship the LORD in the beauty of Holiness!

30 Tremble before Him, all the earth. The world also is firmly established, It shall not be moved.

31 Let the heavens rejoice, and let the earth be glad; And let them say among the nations, “The LORD reigns.”

How do we express our surrender to THE LORD?  Give thanks, give HIM the glory, give HIM an offering, walk in HIS Holiness, and walk in the Fear of THE LORD for HE reigns.

If you try to bring forth glory to yourself, you will hinder your spiritual growth and may even become subject to HIS correction.

It is written by The Holy Spirit in Habakkuk chapter 2:

14 For the earth will be filled With the knowledge of the glory of the LORD, As the waters cover the sea.

It is written by The Holy Spirit in Haggai chapter 2:

6 “For thus says the LORD of hosts: ‘Once more (it is a little while) I will shake heaven and earth, the sea and dry land;

7 and I will shake all nations, and they shall come to the Desire of All Nations, and I will fill this temple with glory,’ says the LORD of hosts.

8 ‘The silver is Mine, and the gold is Mine,’ says the LORD of hosts.

9 ‘The glory of this latter temple shall be greater than the former,’ says the LORD of hosts. ‘And in this place I will give peace,’ says the LORD of hosts.”

FATHER’S Kingdom and the fullness of HIS Glory will come… count on it!  This will be done through a yielded, surrendered people.  The earth is to be our inheritance where we are to rule and reign.

What prevents us from fulfilling HIS mandate?  Fear and unbelief!  Fear will always direct your worship and focus.  You focus on a problem out of fear rather than trusting Our Heavenly Father for the solution.  If you are afraid of going broke, you will hoard your resources.  If you are afraid of not being recognized by others, you will hold on to the opportunity to make sure people notice that you are the one responsible for the act, gift, or achievement.

Fear is a horrible taskmaster, and we are to fight fear by fully submitting to THE LORD in all areas of our life.  The Scripture constantly tells us to “fear not” so let us replace fear with the peace of GOD by fully surrendering and submitting to HIS Word.

Fear will always attract whatever information is necessary to legitimize its existence.  Fear is a self-fulfilling prophecy.  Searching social media provides such a source of information to find agreement and fulfill the prophecy.  There are a multitude of opinions that will tweak fear’s attraction to you.  The most repeated command in Scripture is “do not fear”.

When I am anxious, I don’t hear from HIM well and I live from HIS Voice.

As Jesus said in Matthew chapter 4:

4 But Jesus answered and said, “It is written, ‘Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every Word that proceeds from the Mouth of God.'”

When we come to a place of full surrender to GOD and HIS Word, we will no longer entertain fear or unbelief but instead we will give HIM the glory and do our part in fulfilling HIS mandate on the earth.

Say Yes

Wednesday, January 8th, 2025

Your willingness to obey is your best answer to fear!

Absolutely nothing is impossible for Our Heavenly Father to accomplish.

Paul wrote by The Holy Spirit in 1st Corinthians chapter 1:

27 But God has chosen the foolish things of the world to put to shame the wise, and God has chosen the weak things of the world to put to shame the things which are mighty;

28 and the base things of the world and the things which are despised God has chosen, and the things which are not, to bring to nothing the things that are,

29 that no flesh should glory in His Presence.

30 But of Him you are in Christ Jesus, who became for us Wisdom from God-and righteousness and sanctification and redemption-

31 that, as it is written, “He who glories, let him glory in the LORD.”

Each one of you reading this has a calling on your life.  There is no one too weak and frail to fulfill his or her calling.  Fear of failure is a primary reason for reluctance to step out.  Don’t let others dissuade you from actively pursuing your calling.  Being passive is exactly where the enemy wants you.  Consider Gideon.

It is recorded by The Holy Spirit in Judges chapter 6:

11 The Angel of YAHWEH came to the village of Ophrah and sat down under the oak tree that belonged to Joash, a man of the clan of Abiezer. His son Gideon was secretly threshing some wheat in a winepress so that the Midianites would not see him.

Gideon was afraid and he was attempting to stay hidden from the enemy, the Midianites.  That was about to change.

12 YAHWEH’s Angel suddenly appeared to Gideon and said, “YAHWEH’s Presence goes with you, man of fearless courage!”

The angel prophesied a Word from Heaven directly to Gideon.  The Word will cause fear to dissipate when in Its Presence.

13 “Me?” Gideon replied. “But sir, if YAHWEH is truly with us, why have all these troubles come to us? Where are all his miracle-wonders that our fathers told us about when they said, ‘Did not YAHWEH deliver us out of Egypt?’ But now YAHWEH has abandoned us and put us under the power of the Midianites.”

Gideon attempted to justify his position of fear by focusing on past circumstances.

14 Then YAHWEH himself faced Gideon directly and said, “Am I not sending you? With My Presence you have all you need. Go in the strength that you now have and rescue Israel from Midian’s power!”

15 Gideon said to Him, “But Lord, how could I ever rescue Israel? Of all the thousands in Manasseh, my clan is the weakest, and I’m the least qualified in my family.

Now, Gideon is looking to the natural as his excuse; he is the least qualified, he is the least of the least, he has zero confidence in what GOD wants him to do.  This sounds familiar to most of us when considering our callings.  How can I fulfill my calling… I don’t have the resources, experience, or endorsements from others.

16 YAHWEH replied, “My Presence and My Power will be with you. Believe me, Gideon, you will crush the Midianites as easily as if they were only one man!”

17 Then Gideon said, “If it’s really true that You will go with me and that I have found grace before Your Eyes, then show me a miracle-sign to prove that you are really YAHWEH speaking with me.

Isn’t that classic?  Gideon questions the Angel of THE LORD and needs a sign.

18 Don’t leave until I return with my offering to you.” And he answered, “I’ll wait until you return.”

19 So Gideon went and cooked a young goat and many loaves of unleavened bread. He placed the meat in a basket and the broth in a pot and took his offering and presented it to him under the oak tree.

20 God’s Angel said to Gideon, “Place the meat and the bread on that rock and pour the broth over them.” And Gideon did so.

21 Then YAHWEH’s Angel reached out the staff he was holding and touched the meat and the bread. All at once, supernatural fire sprang up from the rock and burned up the meat and the bread. Then the Angel of YAHWEH vanished from his sight.

22 Immediately, Gideon realized that he had seen the Angel of YAHWEH! Terror stricken, he said, “Oh, Lord YAHWEH! I have seen the Angel of YAHWEH face-to-face!”

23 But YAHWEH spoke to him and said, “Be at peace. Don’t be afraid. You will not die.”

24 So Gideon built an altar to YAHWEH there and named it “In YAHWEH there is Peace. (Jehovah Shalom)” (The altar is still standing at Ophrah, which belongs to the clan of Abiezer.)

The word Midian or Midianite means strife or contention; debate, heated argument.  The Midianites were contending for the land of Gideon’s people, and they were oppressing the people.  When the Israelites harvested the land, the Midianites would come and invade the land and seize their harvest and livestock.  Israel was impoverished and helpless against them. Then the Israelites, with shattered hearts, cried out to YAHWEH for mercy.

Gideon had one primary job, say “yes” to the Angel of THE LORD and fear not.

After THE LORD reduced the army to 300, THE LORD prepared Gideon for battle.

In Judges chapter 7:

9 It happened on the same night that the LORD said to him, “Arise, go down against the camp, for I have delivered it into your hand.

10 But if you are afraid to go down, go down to the camp with Purah your servant,

Gideon still needed encouragement.

11 and you shall hear what they say; and afterward your hands shall be strengthened to go down against the camp.” Then he went down with Purah his servant to the outpost of the armed men who were in the camp.

13 And when Gideon had come, there was a man telling a dream to his companion. He said, “I have had a dream: To my surprise, a loaf of barley bread tumbled into the camp of Midian; it came to a tent and struck it so that it fell and overturned, and the tent collapsed.”

14 Then his companion answered and said, “This is nothing else but the sword of Gideon the son of Joash, a man of Israel! Into his hand God has delivered Midian and the whole camp.”

15 And so it was, when Gideon heard the telling of the dream and its interpretation, that he worshiped. He returned to the camp of Israel, and said, “Arise, for the LORD has delivered the camp of Midian into your hand.”

Gideon needed to hear a prophetic word to finally be convinced of victory.  Even our enemies will unwittingly give us such a word of encouragement.

Our responsibility is to say “yes” to the Word of THE LORD and allow HIM to work things out on our behalf, whatever they may be.  Let us be known in consistently submitting and obeying HIS Divine Intent.

A Change In The Atmosphere

Tuesday, January 7th, 2025

My faith is in GOD’S ability to heal and restore to wholeness!

I am convinced that nothing is impossible for Our Heavenly Father to accomplish.

Paul wrote by The Holy Spirit in 2nd Corinthians chapter 4:

13 And since we have the same spirit of faith, according to what is written, “I believed and therefore I spoke,” we also believe and therefore speak,

When you say what you think GOD is going to do, it changes the atmosphere.  The atmosphere is now prepared for your faith to operate.

Moses recorded by The Holy Spirit in Exodus chapter 33:

13 Now therefore, I pray, if I have found grace in Your sight, show me now Your way, that I may know You and that I may find grace in Your sight. And consider that this nation is Your people.”

The Amplified version expands:

13 Now therefore, I pray you, if I have found favor in Your sight, let me know Your ways so that I may know You [becoming more deeply and intimately acquainted with You, recognizing and understanding Your ways more clearly] and that I may find grace and favor in Your sight. And consider also, that this nation is Your people.”

FATHER, teach me YOUR ways!  Understanding HIS ways will take us from curiosity to faith.

Further:

18 Then Moses said, “Please, show me Your glory!”

Healing is one way GOD glorifies HIS Name.

Luke recorded by The Holy Spirit in Luke chapter 17:

11 Now it happened as Jesus went to Jerusalem that He passed through the midst of Samaria and Galilee.

12 Then as He entered a certain village, there met Him ten men who were lepers, who stood afar off.

13 And they lifted up their voices and said, “Jesus, Master, have mercy on us!”

14 So when He saw them, He said to them, “Go, show yourselves to the priests.” And so it was that as they went, they were cleansed.

15 And one of them, when he saw that he was healed, returned, and with a loud voice glorified God,

16 and fell down on his face at His feet, giving Him thanks. And he was a Samaritan.

17 So Jesus answered and said, “Were there not ten cleansed? But where are the nine?

18 Were there not any found who returned to give glory to God except this foreigner?”

19 And He said to him, “Arise, go your way. Your faith has made you well (sozo).”

The word sozo means: to save a suffering one (from perishing), i.e. one suffering from disease, to make well, heal, restore to health.  The leper who expressed glory to GOD was made whole whereas the others were only healed but not fully restored. Giving glory to GOD made the difference!

The Beloved Disciple recorded by The Holy Spirit in 1st John chapter 5:

14 Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us.

15 And if we know that He hears us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we have asked of Him.

Hope is future-oriented whereas faith is laying hold in the present.   There is a measure of faith, there is great faith, and there is the gift of faith.  Faith requires hearing The Word of GOD, whether spoken or in print.

Mark wrote by The Holy Spirit in Mark chapter 10:

46 When Jesus and His disciples had passed through Jericho, a large crowd joined them. Upon leaving the village, they met a blind beggar sitting on the side of the road named Timai, the son of Timai.

47 When he heard that Jesus from Nazareth was passing by, he began to shout “Jesus, son of David, have mercy on me now in my affliction. Heal me!”

48 Those in the crowd were indignant and scolded him for making so much of a disturbance, but he kept shouting with all his might, “Son of David, have mercy on me now and heal me!”

49 Jesus stopped and said, “Call him here.” So they went to the blind man and said, “Have courage! Get up! Jesus is calling for you!”

50 So he threw off his beggars’ cloak, jumped up, and made his way to Jesus.

The beggar had a Word of knowledge, and he would no longer need to be marked as a beggar.  He knew that Jesus was about to heal him.

51 Jesus said to him, “What do you want me to do for you?” The man replied, “My Master, please, let me see again!”

52 Jesus responded, “Your faith heals you. Go in peace, with your sight restored.” All at once, the man’s eyes opened and he could see again, and he began at once to follow Jesus, walking down the road with him.

The beggar knew that he knew that his healing was at hand.  His faith was activated.  Let us also walk with our faith being activated.

Active Faith

Active faith offends inactive faith!

Inactive faith allows worry to enter in.  You are not convinced that nothing is impossible for Our Heavenly Father to accomplish.

Jesus spoke in Matthew chapter 6:

22 “The eyes of your spirit allow revelation-light to enter into your being. If your heart is unclouded, the light floods in!

Your mind will be renewed by the revelation-light ascending to the Mind of Christ.

23 But if your eyes are focused on money, the light cannot penetrate and darkness takes its place. How profound will be the darkness within you if the light of Truth cannot enter!

Jesus gave us a stern warning about focusing on money for it will stifle your progress toward walking in the Mind of Christ.

24 “How could you worship two gods at the same time? You will have to hate one and love the other, or be devoted to one and despise the other. You can’t worship the True God while enslaved to the god of money!”

Focusing on money can easily enslave us.  Money is meant to be a tool, not a quest.

25 “This is why I tell you to never be worried about your life, for all that you need will be provided, such as food, water, clothing—everything your body needs. Isn’t there more to your life than a meal? Isn’t your body more than clothing?

26 “Consider the birds—do you think they worry about their existence? They don’t plant or reap or store up food, yet your Heavenly Father provides them each with food. Aren’t you much more valuable to your Father than they?

There is no animal more important to Our Heavenly Father than any of us!

27 So, which one of you by worrying could add anything to your life? [28] “And why would you worry about your clothing? Look at all the beautiful flowers of the field. They don’t work or toil,

29 and yet not even Solomon in all his splendor was robed in beauty like one of these!

30 So if God has clothed the meadow with hay, which is here for such a short time and then dried up and burned, won’t he provide for you the clothes you need—you of little faith?

31 “So then, forsake your worries! Why would you say, ‘What will we eat?’ or ‘What will we drink?’ or ‘What will we wear?’

32 For that is what the unbelievers chase after. Doesn’t Your Heavenly Father already know the things your bodies require?

33 “So above all, constantly seek God’s Kingdom and His righteousness, then all these less important things will be given to you abundantly.

34 Refuse to worry about tomorrow, but deal with each challenge that comes your way, one day at a time. Tomorrow will take care of itself.”

Faith in action offends faith as a concept.  Faith operating in the moment offends faith that is waiting for something to happen someday.

We are to cast down any un-redemptive thought as a demand, not a request.  If you have a vile thought that declared your economic wellbeing has no solution where you have tried everything., cast down that vile imagination to the Feet of Jesus Who is Himself Jehovah-Jireh (THE LORD will provide)!

We are to cast down anything that prevents us from seeing, thinking, and feeling with The Mind of Christ.  There is no fear or unbelief in those who walk and reflect The Mind of Christ.

We will not convince the culture we live in through debate.  Faith in action will produce the results that will change their minds.  In some cases, it will be prayer that it is needed.  The culture sees no true solution to the chaos they are experiencing because they have unwittingly locked themselves into a covenant agreement with the powers of darkness.  By prayer, we pull down such strongholds of thought.

Revelation-light reveals strongholds of the enemy for all to see.  When we walk in active faith, chaos will have no place to hide.  As Jesus told us in Mark 11:22, “Have faith in GOD”.

Correcting Our Lifestyle

Sunday, January 5th, 2025

Our lifestyle is fueled by thought life!

A stronghold is a hiding place for the demonic and is created in a person’s life through their thoughts.  What does your lifestyle reflect to others?

To once again emphasize, what Paul wrote by The Holy Spirit in 2nd Corinthians chapter 10:

4 For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds,

5 casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the True knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ,

We are to take every thought to the obedience of Christ.  What does this mean?  A thought pattern is not transformed until I see a situation through the Eyes of Jesus, thinking the redemptive solutions He is thinking.  Until then, I am still in that place of need of pulling down strongholds in my mind, the place of bringing forth change in my life.

Smith Wigglesworth wrote the following in the back of his Bible:

“Never compare this Book with other books. Comparisons are dangerous. Never think or say that this book contains the Word of God. IT IS the Word of God. It is supernatural in origin, Eternal in duration, inexpressible in value. Infinite in scope, regenerative in power, infallible in authority, universal in interest, personal in application, inspired in totality. Read it through. Write it down. Pray it in. Work it out. And pass it on. It IS the Word of GOD.”

You can see how and why his ministry impacted the multitudes.  He placed the Word of GOD above all.

How simple is the Word of God!  It’s not complicated, if HE said it, it’s True.  If He didn’t, it probably isn’t.

If I have more input from social media than I do the Word of GOD, my discouragement is self-inflicted.  We must not allow ourselves to build or perpetuate a lie in our mindset.  It will become a stronghold of the demonic.

THE LORD is preparing us to address the impossible.  HE is enabling us to be aware of where we have fallen for the lie, where we have entertained the enemy’s ideas.

The peace of GOD is the complete absence of chaos.

Paul wrote by The Holy Spirit in Philippians chapter 4:

4 Be cheerful with joyous celebration in every season of life. Let your joy overflow!

5 And let gentleness be seen in every relationship, for our Lord is ever near.

6 Don’t be pulled in different directions or worried about a thing. Be saturated in prayer throughout each day, offering your faith-filled requests before God with overflowing gratitude. Tell HIM every detail of your life,

7 then God’s wonderful peace that transcends human understanding, will guard your heart and mind through Jesus Christ.

8 Keep your thoughts continually fixed on all that is authentic and real, honorable and admirable, beautiful and respectful, pure and Holy, merciful and kind. And fasten your thoughts on every glorious work of God, praising Him always.

If you are immersed in chaos, then check where your focus lies.  The adversary will use chaos to keep your attention away from the peace of GOD.  If allowed, he will create a stronghold to enslave you, to perpetuate chaos on a consistent basis.  Social media has become such a tool if not managed properly.  Don’t allow media to draw you into anything that tickles your carnal mind.

We must bring every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ!  Your eyes are meant to protect you, not entice you.  When we take thoughts captive, our mind is transformed in nature to reflect the Mind of Christ where nothing is impossible, there is a redemptive solution for every situation.  As a result, HE will make every situation that pertains to my life, to work for good.

Paul affirms this as he wrote by The Holy Spirit in Romans chapter 8:

27 Now He Who searches the hearts knows what the Mind of the Spirit is, because He makes intercession for the saints according to the will of God.

28 And we know that all things work together for good to those who Love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.

29 For whom He foreknew, He also predestined to be conformed to the Image of His Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brethren.

30 Moreover whom He predestined, these He also called; whom He called, these He also justified; and whom He justified, these He also glorified.

To be fully conformed to the Image of Christ, our thought life must conform to His Thought Life… the Mind of Christ.  We will then reflect the Mind of Christ in our lifestyle.

Dealing With Strongholds

Saturday, January 4th, 2025

Our trust in GOD brings down strongholds!

A stronghold is a hiding place for the demonic and is created in a person’s life through their thoughts.

To reemphasize, what Paul wrote by The Holy Spirit in 2 Corinthians chapter 10:

4 For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds,

5 casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the True knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ,

Thinking incorrectly not only empowers the enemy, but it also gives him a safe place to hide in our patterns of thought.  Incorrect patterns of thought are dwelling places for the demonic.  A bad thought is not a hiding place, but the lifestyle of a bad thought is!

The weaponry of GOD HIMSELF is to deal with the hiding place of the enemy in the thought processes of a person’s life.  When you are thinking about a problem without the hope of a redemptive solution, you have placed your problem above GOD’S solution.  If you present your problem to GOD, HE is prepared to release the solution.

Fear will always attract whatever information is needed to legitimize and validate its existence.  This is the classic ploy of the enemy.  So does jealousy and resentment.  To validate such a mindset, we give it a virtuous name which gives its permission to remain and ultimately shape your personality.  Your lifestyle reflects your personality and mindset.

We must be cautious about how we label such situations to rationalize their existence as being acceptable.  Nefarious actors will attempt to use this ploy to lead us down a path of destruction.  War mongers create an enemy so that we as a nation, will support going to war when in fact, the enemy simply wants to be left alone to pursue their own national interests.  The war mongers’ motivations are power and money.

We must place ourselves in a place of absolute sensitivity to the work of The Holy Spirit.  We must not forget His sensitivity toward us when we were redeemed from our past.  Thankfully, it is the Lamb of GOD that sits on the Throne, not the Lion of GOD.  Our thought life with GOD, leads to destruction.  Our thought life with GOD leads us to HIS solutions which are superior to any alternative.

We have a need for constant dependency on GOD and not allow any thought that attempts to subvert our mindset away from the Mind of Christ, be tolerated, entertained, or accepted.

What we win in pulling down strongholds in our own mind, positions us to influence those around us to the Glory of GOD.  The lies perpetuated by the enemy that have created strongholds in the minds of others will be brought down by the ministry of The Holy Spirit as we interact with those people.  The Holy Spirit will provide us with ministry gifts such as a Word of knowledge to break down such strongholds.

Praise is a weapon of warfare.  If I need healing, I praise HIM as the Healer.  If I need finances, I praise HIM as My Providers.  When I praise GOD, I am casting down vain imaginations and every thought and idea that tries to exalt themselves above the True knowledge of GOD.  The battle you win in your mind, positions you to win the battle in the external.

It is written by The Holy Spirit in Nahum chapter 1:

7 The LORD is good, A stronghold in the day of trouble; And He knows those who trust in Him.

In this passage, it is a stronghold of the revelation of the goodness of GOD.  What we trust in when a problem arises will tell us in what stronghold we rely on.

David wrote by The Holy Spirit in Psalm chapter 18:

1 I will love You, O LORD, my Strength.

2 The LORD is my Rock and my Fortress and my Deliverer; My God, my Strength, in Whom I will trust; My shield and the horn of my salvation, my Stronghold.

Our Heavenly Father is our Tower of Strength where the enemy cannot overtake our thought life.  Let us protect our renewed minds against all attacks of the enemy.
