FATHER’S Expectations

Wednesday, December 13th, 2023

What does FATHER expect of HIS mature sons and daughters?

People wonder why, after giving their hearts to GOD and having the witness of The Holy Spirit, that they are still troubled with evil desires and tempted in evil ways.  The nature and the body have three departments, so the surrender of the spirit to GOD is not all that HE demands.

The mind is the soul life, and it continues being natural.  It keeps doing earthy things until GOD does something to that mind… until we seek GOD for a new mind.

Paul wrote by The Holy Spirit in Ephesians chapter 4:

17  This I say, therefore, and testify in the Lord, that you should no longer walk as the rest of the Gentiles walk, in the futility of their mind,

18 having their understanding darkened, being alienated from the Life of God, because of the ignorance that is in them, because of the blindness of their heart;

19 who, being past feeling, have given themselves over to lewdness, to work all uncleanness with greediness.

20 But you have not so learned Christ,

21 if indeed you have heard Him and have been taught by Him, as the Truth is in Jesus:

22 that you put off, concerning your former conduct, the old man which grows corrupt according to the deceitful lusts,

23 and be renewed in the spirit of your mind,

24 and that you put on the new man which was created according to God, in true righteousness and Holiness.

We are to actively put off our former conduct AND put on the new man, renewing our minds to the Truth, and walking in true righteousness and Holiness!

Jesus spoke in John chapter 17:

16  They are not of the world, just as I am not of the world.

17 Sanctify them by Your Truth. Your Word is Truth.

The word sanctify means:

to render or acknowledge, or to be venerable or hallow

to separate from profane things and dedicate to God

consecrate things to God

dedicate people to God

to purify

to cleanse externally

to purify by expiation: free from the guilt of sin

to purify internally by renewing of the soul

Immersing ourselves in FATHER’S Word will cleanse and purify our minds.  We will become Heavenly-minded rather than earthly-oriented.  Mature Sons and Daughters will have no independent opinions apart from the Truth.

Jesus spoke in John chapter 5:

30  I can of Myself do nothing. As I hear, I judge; and My judgment is righteous, because I do not seek My own will but the Will of the Father Who sent Me.

And in John chapter 6:

38 For I have come down from Heaven, not to do My own will, but the Will of Him Who sent Me.

Our Elder Brother fully submitted to the Will of FATHER, so should we.

Just as we have realized that our spirit and mind needed salvation, what about our bodies?  Is Christ the Savior of the whole man?  Shouldn’t we commit our bodies to GOD as well?

We are a three-part being and FATHER should have access to all three, not just one or two.  However, it is our decision once our ignorance is addressed concerning these three parts.  Will we choose blindness over the Truth found in The Word?

Stephen spoke by The Holy Spirit to the high priest in Acts chapter 7:

51 “You stiff-necked and uncircumcised in heart and ears! You always resist the Holy Spirit; as your fathers did, so do you.”

Resistance to Truth promotes blindness whereas embracing Truth brings forth blessing and Life.

Don’t our bodies need to be transformed as well?

The Breath Of Life

Tuesday, December 12th, 2023

We all contain the “Breath of Life” and Its qualities are accessible to the sons of GOD!

In order to understand that we are made in HIS Image and Likeness, we have to start at the beginning.

It is recorded by THE SPIRIT in Genesis chapter 1:

26  Then God said, “Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.”

27 So God created man in His own Image; in the Image of God He created him; male and female He created them.

28 Then God blessed them, and God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it; have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over every living thing that moves on the earth.”

You and I have the characteristics of Our Heavenly Father.  Being born again, we have HIS Spirit actively residing on the inside of us.  We are the Temple of The Holy Spirit.  This is why we can walk blameless not only in spirit, but soul and body!

In Genesis chapter 2:

7 And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being.

We need to realize that Adam was made both out of an earthly substance AND a Heavenly material we refer to as “Spirit”.  This allowed Adam to be pure and he had no sin.

15  Then the LORD God took the man and put him in the garden of Eden to tend and keep it.

16 And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, “Of every tree of the garden you may freely eat;

17 but of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil you shall not eat, for in the day that you eat of it you shall surely die.”

FATHER spoke and Adam heard.  We too should expect to hear FATHER speak to us.

18  And the LORD God said, “It is not good that man should be alone; I will make him a helper comparable to him.”

19 Out of the ground the LORD God formed every beast of the field and every bird of the air, and brought them to Adam to see what he would call them. And whatever Adam called each living creature, that was its name.

20 So Adam gave names to all cattle, to the birds of the air, and to every beast of the field. But for Adam there was not found a helper comparable to him.

Adam walked in Divine intelligence.  His intelligence was by nature creative.  He had no problem in naming all life by discerning their characteristics.  There was no restriction or lack of intelligence.

In Genesis chapter 3:

8  And they heard the sound of the LORD God walking in the garden in the cool of the day, and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the LORD God among the trees of the garden.

9 Then the LORD God called to Adam and said to him, “Where are you?”

10 So he said, “I heard Your Voice in the garden, and I was afraid because I was naked; and I hid myself.”

Since Adam was pure prior to his fall, he could walk with GOD and fellowship with HIM.  There was perfect fellowship between GOD and Adam.  He was a sinless man.  He could look right into the Face of GOD, and neither his eyes nor his spirit drew back.  The purity of GOD did not startle him.  He was just as pure as GOD was pure.  That was the original man.

Man then was composed of GOD, a Heavenly materiality, and his body was made of the earth.  He was a sovereign like GOD being on an equality with GOD in sinlessness.  GOD treated him with equality and gave him dominion over the earth.  Adam was a reigning sovereign on the earth.  Everything, all conditions, spiritual and physical were subject to that God-man.

For Adam so loved Eve, he died.  Jesus, the last Adam, brought us back into a pure fellowship with FATHER.

As Jesus said in Matthew chapter 5:

8 Blessed are the pure in heart, For they shall see GOD.

Walking In His Glory

Monday, December 11th, 2023

Shouldn’t we walk in HIS Glory and exceed that of Moses?

It is recorded by THE SPIRIT in Exodus chapter 14:

15  And the LORD said to Moses, “Why do you cry to Me? Tell the children of Israel to go forward.

16 But lift up your rod, and stretch out your hand over the sea and divide it. And the children of Israel shall go on dry ground through the midst of the sea.

17 And I indeed will harden the hearts of the Egyptians, and they shall follow them. So I will gain honor over Pharaoh and over all his army, his chariots, and his horsemen.

18 Then the Egyptians shall know that I am the LORD, when I have gained honor for Myself over Pharaoh, his chariots, and his horsemen.”

There is a very subtle Truth in the above passage.  Moses wanted THE LORD to deliver the children of Israel, but FATHER responded by telling Moses to initiate their deliverance.  Moses was to divide the sea, not FATHER!  Moses had the power and authority, he needed to access it.

The Holy Spirit is the Gift of GOD HIMSELF to us.  The Holy Spirit is not simply given that you may be a channel, and always a channel.  But instead, the most magnificent thing the Word of GOD portrays is that Christ indwelling in you by The Holy Spirit is to make you a son of GOD, like Jesus Christ.  GOD’S anointed from Heaven with the recognized power of GOD in your spirit to command the Will of GOD on earth!  GOD has given us the Spirit of power, Love, and a sound mind.

We are called not only to preach The Word, but to demonstrate the power of The Word!  Other religions are void of such power.

Paul wrote by The Holy Spirit in 2nd Corinthians chapter 3:

7  But if the ministry of death, written and engraved on stones, was glorious, so that the children of Israel could not look steadily at the face of Moses because of the glory of his countenance, which glory was passing away,

Moses had a temporary Glory resulting from his direct encounter with GOD.

8 how will the ministry of the Spirit not be more glorious?

Shouldn’t we expect to exceed Moses in our earthly walk?

9 For if the ministry of condemnation had glory, the ministry of righteousness exceeds much more in glory.

10 For even what was made glorious had no glory in this respect, because of the glory that excels.

11 For if what is passing away was glorious, what remains is much more glorious. 12 Therefore, since we have such hope, we use great boldness of speech-

What once was glorious no longer holds any glory because of the increasingly greater glory that has replaced it. The fading ministry came with a portion of glory, but now we are meant to embrace the unfading ministry of a permanent impartation of glory.  So then, with this amazing hope living in us, we step out in freedom and boldness to speak the Truth.  Are you willing to step out into this outward glory by walking in the ministry of righteousness?

13 unlike Moses, who put a veil over his face so that the children of Israel could not look steadily at the end of what was passing away.

By the Blood of Jesus and the impartation of The Holy Spirit, we should expect a greater anointing than Moses.  The Glory expressed in and through us should exceed what Moses experienced and not fade away!

14 But their minds were blinded. For until this day the same veil remains unlifted in the reading of the Old Testament, because the veil is taken away in Christ.

15 But even to this day, when Moses is read, a veil lies on their heart.

16 Nevertheless when one turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away.

Blindness is the only thing keeping us from walking in such righteousness and walking in the Image and Likeness of Our Lord Jesus Christ.

17 Now the Lord is the Spirit; and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. 18 But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord.

Moses was temporarily transfigured.  Jesus was transfigured on the Mount.  Should the mature Sons and Daughters walk in the same manner as Our Elder Brother?

Purity And Holiness

Sunday, December 10th, 2023

Pursue purity and Holiness and you will see GOD!

Paul wrote by The Holy Spirit in Hebrews chapter 12:

12  So be made strong even in your weakness by lifting up your tired hands in prayer and worship. And strengthen your weak knees,

13 for as you keep walking forward on God’s paths all your stumbling ways will be Divinely healed!

14 (actively) Pursue peace with all people, and Holiness, without which no one will see the Lord:

15 looking carefully lest anyone fall short of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up cause trouble, and by this many become defiled;

Jesus spoke in Matthew chapter 5:

6  Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, For they shall be filled.

7 Blessed are the merciful, For they shall obtain mercy.

8 Blessed are the pure in heart, For they shall see God.

9 Blessed are the peacemakers, For they shall be called Sons of God.

It is one thing to tell someone to do something such as pursue purity and Holiness.  But how?  We must spend time in prayer and study in The Word.  Our foundation must be based on Truth and revelation and Truth can only come from The Word.  As I pray in The Holy Spirit, I grow in Spiritual power.  How do I know this?

Paul wrote by The Holy Spirit in 2nd Timothy chapter 1:

7 For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of Love and of a sound mind.

What is a sound mind?  It is full of revelation-light and instruction.

Jesus spoke in John chapter 14:

25  “These things I have spoken to you while being present with you.

26 But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My Name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you.

27 Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.

If you realize that you have power, you will have courage and will not be afraid.  Your trust is solely in FATHER and not man.  Men’s hearts will grow faint in these last days unless they have the assurance that comes with a solid relationship with Our Lord.  How can The Holy Spirit teach you ALL THINGS if you don’t spend time with Him?

Paul wrote by The Holy Spirit in Romans chapter 8:

14  For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are Sons of God.

15 For you did not receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption by whom we cry out, “Abba, Father.”

16 The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are Children of God,

17 and if Children, then heirs-heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ, if indeed we suffer with Him, that we may also be glorified together.

As joint heirs, you and I have access to the same Divine power as Jesus did when He walked the earth.  However, unless we are fully convinced in our minds that we can and should walk in the same power and authority, we will not produce the fruit Jesus expected when He spoke in Mark chapter 16:

15  And He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the Gospel to every creature.

16 He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned.

17 And these signs will follow those who believe: In My Name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues;

18 they will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.”

If you don’t believe you can fulfill His mandate, you won’t.  Don’t let unbelief keep you enslaved any longer!  The real child of GOD is to be a master over every other power of darkness in the world.  The Holy Spirit in the Believer is to be as powerful as The Holy Spirit in Christ.  Jesus declared “Greater works than these shall you do.” (John 14:12)

As you walk in purity and Holiness you will not only see GOD, but you will operate in full unity with HIM in all areas.

Submit to The Holy Spirit

Saturday, December 9th, 2023

Let The Holy Spirit guide you in all areas!

Salvation begins when our spirit is surrendered to GOD, when our name is written in the Book of Life, and when we receive the conscious knowledge of sins being forgiven.  Then GOD witnesses to our spirit that our sins are erased.

Paul wrote by The Holy Spirit in Romans 8:

16 The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God,

This should only be the beginning of our walk.  We now have the capacity to walk in the same ways as Jesus.  However, most stop with salvation of the spirit.  The issue now is the self-centeredness of the soul and body.  Both aspects of our triune being must be cleansed.  A weak spirit man will not overcome a strong soul.  Submitting to The Holy Spirit is a challenge to those who are reluctant to receive the Baptism of The Holy Spirit.  They have The Holy Spirit to a degree, but why not allow themselves to be fully immersed in FATHER’S Holy Spirit?  Paul stated himself in 1st Corinthians chapter 14:

5  I wish you all spoke with tongues, but even more that you prophesied; for he who prophesies is greater than he who speaks with tongues, unless indeed he interprets, that the church may receive edification.

18 I thank my God I speak with tongues more than you all;

If the vessel who was selected to write 2/3 of the New Testament spoke in tongues, why wouldn’t I want the same impartation?  This is why I spend the first part of the morning praying in The Holy Spirit.  It honors FATHER and expresses my reverence to HIM!

Paul continues in Romans chapter 8:

26  Likewise the Spirit also helps in our weaknesses. For we do not know what we should pray for as we ought, but the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.

I rely on The Holy Spirit to effectively intercede on my behalf… thankfully!

27 Now He who searches the hearts knows what the Mind of the Spirit is, because He makes intercession for the saints according to the will of God.

28 And we know that all things work together for good to those who Love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.

29 For whom He foreknew, He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brethren.

30 Moreover whom He predestined, these He also called; whom He called, these He also justified; and whom He justified, these He also glorified.

We must not restrict the fullness of the operation of The Holy Spirit in our lives.  What restricts us?  It is our mindset.

Paul wrote by The Holy Spirit in Philippians chapter 4:

13 I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

The key to doing all righteous acts is “through Christ”.  The Holy Spirit will guide us into all Truth concerning the anointing of Christ.

Jesus spoke in John chapter 15:

1  “I am the True Vine, and My Father is the Vinedresser.

2 Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit He takes away; and every branch that bears fruit He prunes, that it may bear more fruit.

3 You are already clean because of the Word which I have spoken to you.

4 Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in Me.

5 “I am the Vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing.

6 If anyone does not abide in Me, he is cast out as a branch and is withered; and they gather them and throw them into the fire, and they are burned.

7 If you abide in Me, and My Words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you.

8 By this My Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit; so you will be My disciples.

I desire to bear much fruit with the resources available to me.  Many people will spend exorbitant amounts of money to be entertained whereas others are focused on helping those in need.  Am I against entertainment?  No.  There is a balance and that is where The Holy Spirit will guide you to such a balance.

Take Heed

Friday, December 8th, 2023

Take heed and focus on your full sanctification process in ALL areas!

Jesus spoke in Luke chapter 8:

16  “No one, when he has lit a lamp, covers it with a vessel or puts it under a bed, but sets it on a lampstand, that those who enter may see the light.

17 For nothing is secret that will not be revealed, nor anything hidden that will not be known and come to light.

18 Therefore take heed how you hear. For whoever has, to him more will be given; and whoever does not have, even what he seems to have will be taken from him.”

Jesus had just explained the parable of the heart (aka: Sower).   We should pay careful attention to our hearts as we study His teachings, for to those who have open hearts, even more revelation will be given to them until it overflows. And for those who do not closely study His Words with open hearts, what little light they imagine themselves to have will be taken away.

Who is the greatest servant in the world?  Our Heavenly Father is in that HE made full provision for us in all the vital areas of our lives.  HE is Our Provider!

The Beloved Disciple recorded by The Holy Spirit in John chapter 13:

2  And supper being ended, the devil having already put it into the heart of Judas Iscariot, Simon’s son, to betray Him,

3 Jesus, knowing that the Father had given all things into His hands, and that He had come from God and was going to God,

4 rose from supper and laid aside His garments, took a towel and girded Himself. 5 After that, He poured water into a basin and began to wash the disciples’ feet, and to wipe them with the towel with which He was girded.

6 Then He came to Simon Peter. And Peter said to Him, “Lord, are You washing my feet?”

7]Jesus answered and said to him, “What I am doing you do not understand now, but you will know after this.”

13 You call Me Teacher and Lord, and you say well, for so I am.

14 If I then, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also ought to wash one another’s feet.

15 For I have given you an example, that you should do as I have done to you.

16 Most assuredly, I say to you, a servant is not greater than his master; nor is he who is sent greater than he who sent him.

17 If you know these things, blessed are you if you do them.

If The Son of GOD is willing to serve His Disciples AND us, shouldn’t we be willing to serve all as well?  He was selfless and gave us this vital example to live by.

Also, the Beloved Disciple wrote in 1st John chapter 3:

1  Behold what manner of Love the Father has bestowed on us, that we should be called children of God! Therefore the world does not know us, because it did not know Him.

2 Beloved, now we are children of God; and it has not yet been revealed what we shall be, but we know that when He is revealed, we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him as He is.

3 And everyone who has this hope in Him purifies himself, just as He is pure.

Let us focus on our purification in soul and body, just as our spirit is pure.

Paul wrote by The Holy Spirit in Ephesians chapter 2:

4  But God, Who is rich in mercy, because of His great Love with which He Loved us,

5 even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved),

6 and raised us up together, and made us sit together in the Heavenly places in Christ Jesus,

7 that in the ages to come He might show the exceeding riches of His grace in His kindness toward us in Christ Jesus.

8 For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God,

9 not of works, lest anyone should boast.

10 For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.

You and I are meant to walk in “good works” and FATHER provided us the provision to empower us in all acts of righteousness.  By faith, we must appropriate HIS provision.  Our access is governed by our maturity which is infused by our purity.

The Beloved Disciple also wrote 1st John chapter 5:

18  We know that whoever is born of God does not sin; but he who has been born of God keeps himself, and the wicked one does not touch him.

19 We know that we are of God, and the whole world lies under the sway of the wicked one.

20 And we know that the Son of God has come and has given us an understanding, that we may know Him Who is True; and we are in Him Who is True, in His Son Jesus Christ. This is the True God and Eternal Life.

21 Little children, keep yourselves from idols. Amen.

It is critical to protect ourselves from the attempts of the world to move us away from The Word.  The path is narrow for us to enter through!  The wide path leads to destruction!

Jesus spoke in Luke chapter 13:

23  A bystander asked him, “Lord, will only a few have Eternal Life?” Jesus said to the crowd,

24 “There is a great cost for anyone to enter through the narrow doorway into God’s Kingdom. I tell you, many will want to enter but won’t be able to.

25 Once the Head of the House has shut and locked the door, it will be too late. Even if you stand outside knocking, begging to enter, and saying, ‘Lord, Lord, open the door for us,’ He will say to you, ‘I don’t know who you are. You are not a part of My family.’ TPT

Fully Sanctified

Thursday, December 7th, 2023

Are you willing to be fully sanctified: spirit, soul AND body?

Paul wrote by The Holy Spirit in 1st Thessalonians chapter 5:

23  Now may the God of peace Himself sanctify you completely; and may your whole spirit, soul, and body be preserved blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.

24 He Who calls you is faithful, Who also will do it.

FATHER is willing to set you apart, making you completely Holy. This includes your entire being—spirit, soul, and body— to be kept completely flawless in the appearing of our Lord Jesus, the Anointed One. HE Who has called you by name is trustworthy and will thoroughly complete His work in you if you will submit to HIM in all areas… without exception.

Paul wrote by The Holy Spirit in 1st Thessalonians chapter 3:

11  Now may our God and Father Himself, and our Lord Jesus Christ, direct our way to you.

12 And may the Lord make you increase and abound in Love to one another and to all, just as we do to you,

13 so that He may establish your hearts blameless in Holiness before our God and Father at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ with all His saints.

What is required for our hearts to become blameless?  Love!

Our hearts will be strengthened in Holiness so that we may be flawless and pure before the face of our God and Father at the appearing of our Lord Jesus with all his Holy ones. Amen!

It is recorded by THE SPIRIT in Isaiah chapter 14:

12   “How you are fallen from Heaven, O lucifer, son of the morning! How you are cut down to the ground, You who weakened the nations!

13 For you have said in your heart: ‘I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God; I will also sit on the mount of the congregation On the farthest sides of the north;

By pride, satan fell as he attempted to ascend and exalt himself above GOD.  Once pride was found in him, he lost all!

Wisdom wrote in Proverbs chapter 16:

18  Pride goes before destruction, And a haughty spirit before a fall.

19 Better to be of a humble spirit with the lowly, Than to divide the spoil with the proud.

It is imperative that we allow The Word to cleanse us of all aspects of pride!  Pride desires to be separated from GOD and be exalted by men.  We should be willing to serve rather than be served!

Wisdom revealed that our boast becomes a prophecy of a future failure. The higher we lift ourselves up in pride, the harder we’ll fall in disgrace.  It’s better to be meek and lowly and live among the poor than to live high and mighty among the rich and famous.  One skilled in business discovers prosperity, but the one who trusts in God is blessed beyond belief!

Do you insist on your way or GOD’S Way?  Pride wants its own way.  Pride prevails in a competitive world.  Why do you think sports have become a multibillion-dollar industry?  Another aspect of competition is division for it promotes divisiveness.  When there is competition, there will be no overall unity.

Will you walk according to your own will or the Will of Our Heavenly Father?

Jesus spoke in John chapter 5:

24  “Most assuredly, I say to you, he who hears My Word and believes in Him Who sent Me has everlasting Life, and shall not come into judgment, but has passed from death into Life.

25 Most assuredly, I say to you, the hour is coming, and now is, when the dead will hear the Voice of the Son of God; and those who hear will Live.

26 For as the Father has Life in Himself, so He has granted the Son to have Life in Himself,

27 and has given Him authority to execute judgment also, because He is the Son of Man.

28 Do not marvel at this; for the hour is coming in which all who are in the graves will hear His Voice

29 and come forth-those who have done good, to the resurrection of life, and those who have done evil, to the resurrection of condemnation.

30 I can of Myself do nothing. As I hear, I judge; and My judgment is righteous, because I do not seek My own Will but the Will of the Father Who sent Me.

FATHER sent you and me at this time in history as well…

Sharing His Glory

Wednesday, December 6th, 2023

Are you willing to share in the glory of Jesus Christ?

Paul wrote by The Holy Spirit in Hebrews chapter 2:

1  Therefore we must give the more earnest heed to the things we have heard, lest we drift away.

It is so crucial that we be all the more engaged and attentive to the Truths that we have heard so that we do not drift off course.  We must not allow ourselves to become lukewarm as was the case with the church at Laodicea in Revelation chapter 3.

2 For if the word spoken through angels proved steadfast, and every transgression and disobedience received a just reward,

3 how shall we escape if we neglect so great a salvation, which at the first began to be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed to us by those who heard Him,

Paul and others confirm The Word of THE LORD.

4 God also bearing witness both with signs and wonders, with various miracles, and gifts of the Holy Spirit, according to His own will?

We too should bear witness!

10 For it was fitting for Him, for Whom are all things and by Whom are all things, in bringing many sons to glory, to make the Captain of their salvation perfect through sufferings.

In other words, for now He towers above all creation, for all things exist through Him and for Him. And that God made Jesus, pioneer of our salvation, perfect through His sufferings, for this is how He brings many sons and daughters to share in His glory.

11 For both He Who sanctifies and those who are being sanctified are all of one, for which reason He is not ashamed to call them brethren,

Jesus, the Holy One, makes us Holy. And as Sons and Daughters, we now belong to His same Father, so He is not ashamed or embarrassed to introduce us as His brothers and sisters!

Jesus is the older Brother, and we are the younger members of the Family of the Same Father.  We were conceived by the same Spirit, we are energized by the same Divine Life of GOD, and we are now qualified through the Holy Spirit to perform the same blessed ministry.

16  For it is clear that He didn’t do this for the angels, but for all the sons and daughters of Abraham.

17 This is why He had to be a man and take hold of our humanity in every way. He made us His brothers and sisters and became our merciful and faithful King-Priest before God; as the One who removed our sins to make us One with Him.

18 He suffered and endured every test and temptation, so that he can help us every time we pass through the ordeals of life.

Jesus spoke in John chapter 14:

12  “Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father. 13 And whatever you ask in My Name, that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.

14 If you ask anything in My Name, I will do it.

15 “If you Love Me, keep My commandments.”

If Jesus expected us to do “greater works”, we should expect it as well.  What is preventing us from doing greater works?  Our mindset is and has been the limiting factor.  Peter finally understood this after Jesus spent 40 days teaching him and the other disciples.  Paul also understood this Truth which allowed the following to manifest in Acts chapter 19:

11 Now God worked (extraordinary and) unusual miracles by the hands of Paul,

12 so that even handkerchiefs or aprons were brought from his body to the sick, and the diseases left them, and the evil spirits went out of them.

If miracles occurred at the hands of Paul, why not you and me?

Are You Willing?

Are you willing to be fully transformed for the purpose of being GOD’S habitation here on earth?

Paul wrote by The Holy Spirit in Romans chapter 12:

1  I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, Holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service.

2 And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect Will of God.

Our spirits are perfect in Christ.  Paul now focuses on our minds and our bodies.  If we couldn’t have Holy and acceptable bodies, FATHER would not tell us that it is our reasonable service.  This is one aspect of our genuine expression of worship and reverence to FATHER.

What does being conformed to the world mean?  Stop imitating the ideals and opinions of the culture around you.  Instead, be inwardly transformed by the Holy Spirit through a total reformation of how you think. This will empower you to discern God’s Will as you live a beautiful life, satisfying and perfect in HIS Eyes.

What is the ultimate Holy and acceptable body?  Wouldn’t it be to manifest and radiate HIS glory outwardly?

Luke recorded by The Holy Spirit in Luke chapter 9:

28  Eight days later, Jesus took Peter, Jacob, and John and climbed a high mountain to pray.

29 As He prayed, His Face began to glow until a blinding glory streamed from Him. A radiant glory illuminated His entire Body. His brightness became so intense that it made his clothing blinding white, as multiple flashes of lightning. 30-31 All at once, two men appeared in glorious splendor: Moses and Elijah. They spoke with Jesus about His soon departure from this world and the things the Father destined Him to accomplish in Jerusalem.

Communion is the sharing or exchanging of intimate thoughts and feelings, especially when the exchange is on a mental or Spiritual level.  Isn’t that the essence of prayer?  Jesus is our Example and His Body illuminated with an anointing that has been rarely seen in others.  Why?  Is it because we never expected this reality to manifest in us?  If we are truly Sons (and Daughters) in the same likeness as Jesus, our Elder Brother, should we be able to manifest the same attributes as Him when He walked the earth?

Jesus spoke in Matthew chapter 19:

23  Then Jesus said to His disciples, “Assuredly, I say to you that it is hard for a rich man to enter the Kingdom of Heaven.

24 And again I say to you, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the Kingdom of God.”

25 When His disciples heard it, they were greatly astonished, saying, “Who then can be saved?”

26 But Jesus looked at them and said to them, “With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.”

And in Mark chapter 9:

23 Jesus said to him, If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes.”

Was Jesus a Living, acceptable sacrifice during His earthly ministry?  Absolutely!  Was His Mind renewed by The Word?  Yes, He was trained in The Word from His youth.  He was sinless in all areas.  Can we be sinless in all areas?  Do we dare to believe “all things are possible to them who believe”?

Jesus also spoke in John chapter 14:

25  “These things I have spoken to you while being present with you.

26 But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My Name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you.

Luke recorded by The Holy Spirit in Acts chapter 5:

14  Continually more and more people believed in the Lord and were added to their number—great crowds of both men and women.

15 In fact, when people knew Peter was going to walk by, they carried the sick out to the streets and laid them down on cots and mats, knowing the incredible power emanating from him would overshadow them and heal them.

16 Great numbers of people swarmed into Jerusalem from the nearby villages. They brought with them the sick and those troubled by demons—and everyone was healed!

If such power was emanating from Peter, shouldn’t we expect that same power as we mature in our souls and bodies?
