During our last Bible Study broadcast, Dr. Speckhart had questions about the need for the census coins.  Ex. 30 gives us the reason for taking the coins at the time of census–to cover the nation from one census to the next.

The Ransom Money:

11 Then the LORD spoke to Moses, saying: 12 “When you take the census of the children of Israel for their number, then every man shall give a ransom for himself to the LORD, when you number them, that there may be no plague among them when you number them. 13 This is what everyone among those who are numbered shall give: half a shekel according to the shekel of the sanctuary (a shekel is twenty gerahs). The half-shekel shall be an offering to the LORD. 14 Everyone included among those who are numbered, from twenty years old and above, shall give an offering to the LORD. 15 The rich shall not give more and the poor shall not give less than half a shekel, when you give an offering to the LORD, to make atonement for yourselves. 16 And you shall take the atonement money of the children of Israel, and shall appoint it for the service of the tabernacle of meeting, that it may be a memorial for the children of Israel before the LORD, to make atonement for yourselves.”

The Poll Tax was called "atonement money" and a "ransom" to protect the people from divine judgment. Both words come from the same Hebrew term, kopher or kaphar, which mean "covering." In fact, our English word "cover" is derived from this Hebrew term. 

The Poll Tax is essentially a tax on military-age men to cause them to recognize God’s lordship and headship in battle. Later, Samuel told the people, "the battle is the Lord’s" (1 Sam. 17:47). In other words, Jesus Christ is recognized as the top General of every military campaign. The Poll Tax represented the people’s recognition of His sovereignty, and it was a commitment to be obedient to His specific commands as well as His general laws of war.

If the people followed His leading, they would be divinely protected, for He would see to it that there were no casualties on their side. Thus, the battle of Jericho saw no Israelite casualties, but when Achan violated one of the laws of war, 36 Israelites died in the next battle (Joshua 7:5). The soldiers were covered by the Poll Tax in Moses’ final census, but when Achan violated the will (law) of God, others suffered for his sin. It is important to have an army of mature Christians only.

A beloved sister wrote me the following:

“Suppose that Father is getting ready to send out the reapers to gather out the tares from the nation.  We have had many times of census in this nation, going back many, many years, but not one coin was paid to cover us. Our Heavenly Father is well aware that believers and unbelievers alike are not covered in a lawful manner.  Maybe this could be like the dab of leavening affecting the whole loaf. I know that we are covered by the blood of Jesus, but the law states the half-shekel must be paid, and who knows the law better than the Law Giver.”

I find it interesting that many Christians have virtually no problem with paying the various taxes imposed by their country of origin where the money is often used for projects of virtually no value to the person paying the tax.  This is done virtually every single day of the year in one form or another.

Stephen Jones wrote:

David’s census is one of those real-life applications of the law of the census. The half-shekel requirement was not because God needed money, but because its payment recognized God as the Creator and Owner of all men. A half-shekel was only a day’s wage, but this token was a recognition that man was subordinate to God, and as such it was important.

In the case of David’s census, the story of judgment revealed a heart condition of rebellion in Israel.

Those of us who have been in this “training program” for decades understand the need to test the heart condition.  This Census we are conducting will have many ramifications attached to it.  I suspect the most important aspect will be to test the hearts of the aspiring overcomers.  I take these things very serious.  When Our Heavenly Father says to do something, I have learned simply to do it whether it makes sense to me or not.  HE always reveals HIS Divine Intent at some point.

Is the Census a test of your heart?  Is there some aspect of lawlessness to be dealt with?  David’s failure to receive the poll tax revealed his lukewarm view of the Law of Our Heavenly Father.  It was inconvenient, maybe no longer needed, etc.  Maybe he simply thought it was a waste of time.  These tests of the heart provide a perspective of priorities.  As I have said before, one of the easiest ways to assess a person’s priorities is to simply look in their checkbook… or credit card statement.  This Census may be a test of your faith.  If I knew the entire impact of this Census then none of us would need any faith to participate.  My job is to be faithful in accounting for all these coins and only act when instructed to do so.  I can make no assumption or have any discretion over the Census coins.  They will be held in the Treasury until further instructions arrive.  Can you imagine managing the Treasury for Moses or Joshua?  It was no small task.

Is this Census to be that required designation of righteousness in the midst of the lawlessness among the nations thus restraining the full impact of judgment due the nations?

Is this Census simply a test of your heart as a cheerful giver?

Is this Census a test of my heart as a “Treasurer”?

Will this Census have a major Spiritual impact soon?

Is this Census a test of whom you serve?  GOD or mammon?

These are all questions that will be answered or may become irrelevant as HE further reveals HIS Divine Intent to us. 

We tend to move past some interesting tidbits when studying Scripture.  Our current Census has caused me to take a look at the “weight” of Our Heavenly Father’s Treasury based on the Census numbers in Numbers 26:

Even at 1/4 of an ounce, the total weight is over 4 1/2 tons.  Nothing is ever mentioned about the logistics of moving the camp 41 times before entering the Promised Land on the 42nd move.

2 Corinthians 5:19  that is, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not imputing their trespasses to them, and has committed to us the word of reconciliation.

:20  Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech [you] by us: we pray [you] in Christ’s stead, be ye reconciled to God.

In the last writing I spoke of the Census, to be counted in the Ministry of Reconciliation.  Paul goes further in the passage to share the fact that Love came to reconcile the world, not imputing or taking into account the trespasses.  Trespasses, or lapse or deviation from truth and uprightness, were dealt with by the Blood of Jesus Christ.  Dr. Speckhart in our online Bible study yesterday discussed the fact that Jesus Christ removed the power of the “anti-particles” by His Blood.   This was HIS work, not ours.  We are to be “ambassadors” or mature sons, elders, who represent Christ.  Paul understood that we are to become walking testimonies of the Love of Our Heavenly Father.  This unconditional Love will penetrate even the hardest heart.  Paul knows, he was one of the vessels of dishonor who had much to be reconciled before Christ.  Who better to minister the understanding of reconciliation than the man who needed it the most!

The above verse blows away man’s attempt to send the sinner into eternal damnation.  But just the opposite is to occur.  The Ministry of Reconciliation is to bring all men unto Christ.  How?  By our walk, actions, and words.  Love will testify of itself and pierce men’s hearts.  Love will provide the solutions to men’s problems and coming crises.  Love will righteously judge those vessels of dishonor.  Love will pose the question in a supernatural setting “why persecutest thou me?”.  HIS ways are above our ways and HIS ministry will strike the hearts of all men.  HIS judgments and mercy will provide an irresistible call to reconciliation.  Now is the time!  Be counted, be prepared, be ready!

Isn’t that the endgame for the Overcomers, the Remnant, that Our Heavenly Father has reserved for this time?  Paul wrote in 2 Corinthians:

5:18  And all things [are] of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation;

The word “ministry” is the Greek word “diakonia” which means those who serve, those who by the command of God proclaim and promote HIS Kingdom.

The word “reconciliation” is the Greek word “katallagē” which means to exchange for money, exchanging equivalent values thus it would relate to a ransom.  Our Heavenly Father established your ransom value in Leviticus when HE proclaimed the Census both times.  Stephen Jones was led to call forth a Census for the Jubilee Prayer Campaign in 1993. (See http://www.gods-kingdom-ministries.net/daily-weblogs/2013/05-2013/new-census-being-taken/).  We are now conducting the second Census.  Isn’t a Jubilee all about restoration?

Leviticus 25:8   ‘And you shall count seven sabbaths of years for yourself, seven times seven years; and the time of the seven sabbaths of years shall be to you forty-nine years.

9   Then you shall cause the trumpet of the Jubilee to sound on the tenth day of the seventh month; on the Day of Atonement you shall make the trumpet to sound throughout all your land.

10   And you shall consecrate the fiftieth year, and proclaim liberty throughout all the land to all its inhabitants. It shall be a Jubilee for you; and each of you shall return to his possession, and each of you shall return to his family.

11  That fiftieth year shall be a Jubilee to you; in it you shall neither sow nor reap what grows of its own accord, nor gather the grapes of your untended vine.

12  For it is the Jubilee; it shall be holy to you; you shall eat its produce from the field.

You see why our current Census is to be completed on the Day of Atonement.  That is the Day of Reconciliation.  One would think that the Ministry of Reconciliation might begin on the Day of Atonement.  We called a second Census for those who are led to be counted for the entrance into the Promised Land.  Remember that during the time of Moses the land needed to be taken from the lawlessness of the inhabitants that prevailed at that time.  The land needed to be restored and reconciled back to the proper ownership.  After it was “reconciled” then the inheritance was distributed to those who were counted.

If you have not registered for the Census, ask Our Heavenly Father if you should?  If you don’t hear a response, wait until you do… either a yes or a no.  Silence may mean you are being challenged to see if you will pursue an answer.  Our ego wants to remain in control.  The Ministry of Reconciliation is all about serving as Paul stated in the passage above.  Our ego wants us to serve “it” and no other.  I believe these are times where the stakes are high.  Once in the Promised Land, there were two covenants made:  The Covenant at Gilgal(Rolling) and The Covenant at Shechem (Ridge).  At the Covenant at Shechem, Joshua spoke the following:

Joshua 24:14   “Now therefore, fear the LORD, serve Him in sincerity and in truth, and put away the gods which your fathers served on the other side of the River and in Egypt. Serve the LORD! 15 And if it seems evil to you to serve the LORD, choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the River, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you dwell. But as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD.”

Revelations 8:1  And when he had opened the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven about the space of half an hour.

Please understand that when I write these blogs and make statements, I only seek to share what I spiritually discern.  I classify myself as a student of Scripture and view only Our Heavenly Father as the Expert.  Over the years I have found Scriptures, numbers, meanings to be multi-faceted and have more than one application.  To build a doctrine on one facet of Scripture is sure to be challenged down the road thus I am reluctant to be emphatic about any position.  There are many timelines superimposed on other timelines, so to only consider one timeline is to possibly miss the implications of another.  The Second Passover is superimposed over the First Passover as an example: two timelines with equivalent ramifications.

The above Scripture provides a subtle time frame for preparation.  There are 360 days in the prophetic year and 24 hours in the prophetic day.  Half an hour (1/48th of a day) is equivalent to 7 1/2 days or years (360/48).  7 1/2 years is the time of preparation.

Now, consider this little bit of history:

2 Samuel 5:4   David was thirty years old when he began to reign, and he reigned forty years. 5 In Hebron(Unity) he reigned over Judah seven years and six months, and in Jerusalem he reigned thirty-three years over all Israel and Judah.

In 1997 during a personal study, Our Heavenly Father revealed to me the prophetic nature of the address of our house.  HE chose this house for us to live in, not me.  I was focused on moving to Edmond, a suburb on the north side of Oklahoma City and had persistently looked at houses for two years.  HE directed me to Bethany (on the west side of the city) to look at this house.  When I stepped into the house, HE said “This is the house”.  We took possession of the house on the 1st day of Tabernacles in 1992.  Back then I did not know anything about the Feast Days or their timing.  The street name depicted the two covenants of Joshua: Gilgal (rolling) and Shechem (ridge).  Also, HE indicated that the house number was prophetic: 2005.  I knew HE meant the year 2005, a long eight years away.

At the first of December of 2005, HE told me to focus on getting the revelation of Love.  That is exactly what I did.  Shortly, HE told me to set up Servias Ministries and on 2/22 of 2006 I created the founding document to give to the Law firm.  Believe me, I wasn’t interested in managing another entity but I was obedient to HIS command.  We were approved in record time.  (Wisdom is mentioned 222 times in Scripture)

Two books on Love resulted from this directive.  In the meantime, the economy has begun to show distress.  In late 2011, HE directed me to buy a new server for the Web which I did not need.  The preparation continues.

Seven years and six months after Our Heavenly Father told me to focus on the revelation of Love, HE calls for a Census.  This is known as the Second Census, similar to the one in preparation for entering the Promised Land.  Simultaneous to this seven years and six months, Mystery Babylon is beginning to crumble.  The inhabitants of the land know that change is coming.

The Census is a preparation for war.  In this case, Spiritual War.  There have been several of the brethren engage in Spiritual Warfare but it now appears that the stakes have increased.  The Remnant is being prepared for battle.

The Census is not for those who are fearful or unprepared.  It is for those who know that they have been prepared for a day such as this.  They know and embrace the fact that the Kingdom is at hand and that they are called to participate in bringing the Heavenly Kingdom to earth.  The members of the Remnant are those who could no longer sit silent in the pew at the back of the church, biding their time.  They knew they must go “outside the camp” to commune directly with Our Heavenly Father.

I did not plan this 7 1/2 years of preparation.  I simply responded to HIS Commands.  Coincidental to this time of Census, truth is coming forth revealing the lies and deception of Mystery Babylon.  “Snow”den has come forth to provide revelation and truth to expose the lies:

Job 38:22 ​​“Have you entered the treasury of snow, ​​Or have you seen the treasury of hail, 23 ​​Which I have reserved for the time of trouble, ​​For the day of battle and war?

One of the Treasurer’s jobs includes the accounting for “snow” and “hail”, revelation and truth.

After the silence in Heaven, or the time of preparation, the trumpets begin to be sounded.  Trumpets are a warning for war (Number 10:9).

Rev 8:7   The first angel sounded: And hail (truth) and fire (cleansing) followed, mingled with blood, and they were thrown to the earth.  And a third of the trees (Men) were burned up, and all green grass (fleshly people) was burned up.

It would appear that the “flesh” will be dealt with shortly.  There are those who will cling to the “flesh” and those who will embrace the change.  There are those who will defend their past doctrines which will crumble before their very eyes while the trumpet is sounding.  The Remnant shall cling to the Truth as great hailstones pummel the current system.  Great change is on the horizon.  Our job is to hear, respond, and act, and say “Amen” to Our Heavenly Father’s Commands.

There are seven trumpets to be sounded.  The treasury contains revelation and truth, both necessary to win the coming war.  The final trumpet will usher in the Kingdom:

Seventh Trumpet: The Kingdom Proclaimed

Rev 11:15 Then the seventh angel sounded: And there were loud voices in heaven, saying, “The kingdoms of this world have become the kingdoms of our Lord and of His Christ, and He shall reign forever and ever!” 16 And the twenty-four elders who sat before God on their thrones fell on their faces and worshiped God,17 saying:

​​​“We give You thanks, O Lord God Almighty,

​​The One who is and who was and who is to come,

​​Because You have taken Your great power and reigned.

18 ​​The nations were angry, and Your wrath has come,

​​And the time of the dead, that they should be judged,

​​And that You should reward Your servants the prophets and the saints,

​​And those who fear Your name, small and great,

​​And should destroy those who destroy the earth.”

​19 Then the temple of God was opened in heaven, and the ark of His covenant was seen in His temple. And there were lightnings, noises, thunderings, an earthquake, and great hail.

Yes, it was an early morning!  The first 51 days of the Census is behind us.  51=Divine Revelation, Peace  (see:http://www.gods-kingdom-ministries.net/teachings/books/secrets-of-time/appendix-e-the-biblical-meanings-of-numbers/)

In searching the Spirit for further revelation regarding the census and the implications of SILVER, I would like to share some insights.

Quote by Stephen Jones: "SILVER is the metal of redemption; GOLD signifies the divine nature. There is a two-step process in the salvation of God. The first step is redemption through the first set of feast days in the Spring. The second step is where we come into the divine nature through the second set of feast days in September-October."
The census is a testimony that the "called out"/Ekklesia has journeyed the redemptive work of the Spring Feasts/SILVER and we are ready to enter into the promise of the Fall Feasts/GOLD. Bob Henley has related this census with the one taken by Joshua before entering the promised land/inheritance and noted its time period from May 1consists of 137 days leading up to the Day of Atonement.

Using 137, Bible Wheel search http://www.biblewheel.com/GR/GR_Database.php?bnum=1&cnum=3&vnum=7&getverse=Go: book 1, chapter 3, verse 7= Gen 3:7 refers to the "Fall" of man from the Glory of God. "And the eyes of them both were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together, and made themselves aprons."

By the HELPER, the SPIRIT OF TRUTH, we have girt our loins with the belt of TRUTH, exchanging the LIE, reversing the curse, forming CHRIST IN US, the hope of Glory.

Eph 1:18

2Cor 5:1 For we know that if our earthly house of this tabernacle were dissolved, we have a building of God, an house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens. 2 For in this we groan, earnestly desiring to be clothed upon with our house which is from heaven: 3 If so be that being clothed we shall not be found naked. 4 For we that are in this tabernacle do groan, being burdened: not for that we would be unclothed, but clothed upon, that mortality might be swallowed up of life.

2Cor 3:18 But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord.

Through the work of the Holy Spirit in us, we have exchanged the vanity of man’s glory for the WAY/TRUTH/LIFE of Jesus, the Father’s GLORY, exchanging the LIE for the TRUTH, changing OUT of darkness/death into LIGHT/LIFE (John 1:14). We have emptied out the cup of our old man’s soul as RANSOM (purge/atone for/wipe out), offering it with the SILVER coin signifying REDEMPTION in exchange for the GOLD infilling of divine nature. This "exchange" is described by G2643: katallagē, in Rom 5:11 translated as "atonement" and also the "ministry of reconciliation", and is defined as "exchange, as of the business of money changers, adjustment of a difference" : http://www.blueletterbible.org/lang/lexicon/lexicon.cfm?Strongs=G2643&t=KJV. I also find it interesting that this Greek word reminds me phonetically of the English word "catalogue", which makes me think of the design of a census is to record and account for a collective or corporate population of people. Also noted: the root word for G2643, allassō which means to transform. (It’s a Wonderful Life, "George Bailey lassoes the moon"; meaning of Bailey:  one who was charged with public administrative authority for the king).

In one of Bob’s blogs he also noted that 137 was the age at death of Levi (earthly priesthood) and Ishmael (son of flesh vs Isaac son of promise). Both types point to the earthly/carnal, which must pass away for us to enter into the promise/resurrection life, symbolized by water baptism. Water has to do with the LIFE imparted to our soul as we are washed with the water of the WORD, putting to death its carnal nature to bring forth LIVING WATER. Water plays a symbolically spiritual role in scripture from Genesis to Revelation. It often depicts CHANGE, such as when Jesus changed the water into wine. Also, every time the Israelites exited old and entered new territory, the waters parted as they crossed over (Egypt->Red Sea; wilderness of Sinai (thorny)->Jordan (descender)).

Jos3:15 And as they that bare the ark were come unto Jordan, and the feet of the priests that bare the ark were dipped in the brim of the water, (for Jordan overfloweth all his banks all the time of harvest,<<<FULLNESS OF TIME)16 That the waters which came down from above stood and rose up upon an heap very far from the city Adam, that is beside Zaretan (their distress): and those that came down toward the sea of the plain, even the salt sea, failed, and were cut off: and the people passed over right against Jericho (it’s moon).

In Genesis, a day was counted from evening to morning. The SILVER also points to the color of the moon/lesser light to rule the night (church/Bride), just as GOLD points to the color of the sun/greater light to rule the day (Christ/Son). Just as the waters of Jordan overfloweth its banks all the time of harvest, it appears the camp/Ekklesia is being "assembled" (stood up in a heap) and is being called to move out of the darkness of the church age and into the light of the age of tabernacles (officially and collectively). This census may be an earthly witness to this changing of the guard, where Divine authority (as in "lasso") is given to those who are in unity and agreement with the administration of Divine intent.

For ³⁷⁵⁴ God ²³¹⁶, who ³⁵⁸⁸ commanded ²⁰³⁶ the light ⁵⁴⁵⁷ to shine²⁹⁸⁹ out of ¹⁵³⁷ darkness ⁴⁶⁵⁵, ³⁷³⁹ hath shined ²⁹⁸⁹ in ¹⁷²² our ²²⁵⁷hearts ²⁵⁸⁸, to ⁴³¹⁴ [give] the light ⁵⁴⁶² of the knowledge ¹¹⁰⁸ of the glory ¹³⁹¹ of God ²³¹⁶ in ¹⁷²² the face ⁴³⁸³ of Jesus ²⁴²⁴ Christ⁵⁵⁴⁷.

But ¹¹⁶¹ ye ⁵²¹⁰ [are] a chosen ¹⁵⁸⁸ generation ¹⁰⁸⁵, a royal ⁹³⁴priesthood ²⁴⁰⁶, an holy ⁴⁰ nation ¹⁴⁸⁴, a peculiar ^{1519 4047} people²⁹⁹²; that ³⁷⁰⁴ ye should shew forth ¹⁸⁰⁴ the praises ⁷⁰³ of him who hath called ²⁵⁶⁴ you ⁵²⁰⁹ out of ¹⁵³⁷ darkness ⁴⁶⁵⁵ into ¹⁵¹⁹his ⁸⁴⁶ marvellous ²²⁹⁸ light ⁵⁴⁵⁷

We seem to have birthing within us by the Holy Spirit, TRUTHs that have dispelled darkness and have the power to bring us into the fullness of His Glory in the face of Jesus. We may have come to the dispensation of time when the power of the holy people is being completely shattered (Dan 12:7), this being the carnal nature (born out of a lie) that is put to death by the S-Word of the Spirit. By denouncing the father of lies, the tables are turning and the accuser of the brethren (Rev 12:10) is being cast of the heaven of our mind. As we have put on the mind of Christ, we are transformed into His Image and the kingdom of our God and the power of His Christ COMES! Just as Jesus prayed, "Thy kingdom come, thy will be done in earth as in heaven", we have been given the power to become the Word made flesh, the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus, the manifested sons of God. May it be so!

Throughout history Our Heavenly Father has instructed men and women to carry out specific acts on HIS behalf without them knowing the fullness of the result.  Our Census is no different.  When I was instructed to proclaim this Census, I merely did it in response to HIS Word.  This is no different than 41 years ago when HE instructed me to walk into the tallest building in downtown Oklahoma City because they had a part-time job for me while I was completing my college degree.  It happened to be a bank and they had the exact job with the right hours and pay that I needed.  Little did I know that this was the beginning of my “financial” training.

In order to be in unity, we must have some revelation of Love.  I wish that I could say I had the fullness of that revelation but I am still pursuing a greater and deeper revelation myself.  Without Love being at the forefront of our purpose we cannot be in unity because we will continue to find reasons to stay divided.  Love forgives and unifies whereas the ego seeks to divide, dominate, and distance itself from others.

The Census in the Book of Numbers was all about unity.  Who would be counted as a member of the unified tribes of Israel?  They were counted as warriors assigned to protect the entire population from the enemies they would encounter.  The 2nd Census was in preparation to take the Promised Land for they were in the plains of Moab by the Jordan, across from Jericho.  Once again a Census was needed.  The previous generation had died and it was time to reaffirm the unity of the brethren.  Moses completed the Census and soon turned the authority over to Joshua thus the results of the Census was to prepare Joshua for the conquest of the Promised Land.

It was not by accident that the book “Quantum and Non-Quantum States of The Lord Jesus Christ” by Dr. Vincent Speckhart came out about the time of the Census.  This book is all about the unity in all aspects of creation.  I received a comment from a person who watched the first broadcast with Dr. Speckhart.  He misunderstood the big picture thus the comments made during the broadcast were missing the point of the book.  The viewer thought Dr. Speckhart was promoting the idea of a 4th person in the Godhead.  One must read the book from the perspective that Our Heavenly Father’s various attributes are all in unity and that the quantum aspect is in full unity and harmony with the non-quantum.  Our ego would attempt to divide and separate the quantum from the non-quantum states.  The fact is that they are inseparable.  I am a son,husband, father, and grandfather but I am still one person.

In order for you to optimize your purpose in life, you must become in unity with Our Heavenly Father.  HE is the One Who established your gifts and your calling.  As long as you are off “doing your own thing”, you will delay your fruitfulness.  Unity153 is not about focusing on being unity with a group of individuals but instead it is about us coming together in unity to HIS Purpose.  As long as people try to keep their distance and separation, they will not be called to enter into the net to be counted.  The subtleness of the ego is the prime motivator to stay individualistic and separated from the unifying power and authority of Love.  You can continue to look for excuses not to be part of HIS Plan under the guise of some flaw or flaws you find in others when often the flaw is in the mirror.  This is why Our Heavenly Father alerted us to the blindness we suffer from so that we can look to HIM to remove the blindness.  Wisdom allows us to hear and receive correction.  To him that hath ears, let him hear!
