Now is the Acceptable Time

2 Corinthians 6:6 in purity, in knowledge, in patience, in kindness, in the Holy Spirit, in genuine love, 7 in the word of truth, in the power of God; by the weapons of righteousness for the right hand and the left,  NASB

The Divine Intent of Love is as pure as it gets.  This is the standard by which all actions are compared.  The Apostle Paul was speaking to the church at Corinth about the temporal versus the eternal.  Their lack of maturity was evident in that Paul spent much time dealing with issues of the flesh.  The ministry of the Holy Spirit had been misused and this church had some members who aligned themselves with unbelievers.  You become like the company you keep.  If you hang out with drunkards, backbiters, and haters, you will ultimately take on the same characteristics.  Light has no fellowship with darkness.  What partnership can righteousness have with lawlessness?

We must walk in purity- “Blessed are the pure in heart, For they shall see God.”  Knowledge is critical as well- “By knowledge the rooms are filled With all precious and pleasant riches.”  We must produce fruit of patience and kindness and be led by the Holy Spirit in genuine Love.

We must be true and faithful to our calling and be the expressed image of Jesus Christ according to our individual calling.  We must not let distractions move us away from that expressed image.  Are you constantly seeing delays in your life?  Maybe there is something subtle you are missing that must be acquired or understood before you are allowed to move forward.

There has been a dearth in the land.  There have been years of silence in the corporate sense.  The major historical moves of the Spirit have subsided.  This has been a time of preparation for those who have been hidden away.  There have been many who have been in some form of isolation as they have been involved in trials and testing.  This was the design of Our Heavenly Father to move us to rely on HIM rather than man.  The noise and interference needed to be removed so that we could improve our hearing in a purity that would have otherwise been missing.  The focus on the external has been removed so the focus could be turned inward.

We must walk in truth but only by Love.  Truth without Love easily fades away.  Why?  Men’s traditions get inserted and the intent behind the truth is lost.  Only the letter remains.

The weapons of righteousness speak of the right hand wielding the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God; and in the left hand take the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one.

The evil one is mentioned in Matthew 6:13 in the Lord’s Prayer.  In that passage, the issue was temptation.  The fiery darts include the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life.  Anything that moves us from our reliance on Our Heavenly Father must be shielded against.  HIS grace or Divine enablement is sufficient when we are weak from battle.  We must draw on HIS power, not ours.

In the natural, the world is moving toward greater chaos and calamity.  We must embrace the fact that as the righteous grow in wisdom, understanding, knowledge and power, there will also be a greater maturity of the unrighteous.  Without the unrighteous, there would be no need for a standard of Truth in Love.  Now is the time the Standard is being raised.

John 16:33  “These things I have spoken to you, so that in Me you may have peace. In the world you have tribulation, but take courage; I have overcome the world.”

Sowing and Reaping

Saturday, September 13th, 2014

Galatians 6:7   Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap.

This law was established in Genesis- each will produce after its own kind.  Paul warned the Galatians about returning to the bondage of the Law.  Many were considering outward circumcision as though cutting away some flesh would make a difference in the spirit.  Keeping the Law in an outward fashion does not make one more spiritual.  The outward change does not precede the inward change.  On the contrary, we must change in our hearts and then the good fruit will come.

8   For he who sows to his flesh will of the flesh reap corruption, but he who sows to the Spirit will of the Spirit reap everlasting life

What are you sowing or planting in your heart?  Do you really think that outward acts will make you righteous on the inside?  Our Heavenly Father’s Word is what cleanses us and as we receive HIS Word by reading it or hearing HIM in our prayer closet, we will change.  We must be patient:

9  And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart.

As the Word cleanses you, your intent begins to line up with Our Heavenly Father’s Character and Intent.  As we remove the outward distractions of man’s customs and other controlling mechanisms, we will no longer plant the seeds of legalism.  Paul tells us:  “ 4 But let each one examine his own work, and then he will have rejoicing in himself alone, and not in another”.  What fruit are you producing?  Are you positively impacting someone’s life?

10 Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all, especially to those who are of the household of faith.

As you purpose, your actions will follow.  Carnal men “take”, Sons of GOD “give”.

The Choice of Life or Death

Tuesday, September 9th, 2014

Our Heavenly Father whose Divine Intent is Love, gives us choices of which path to take in our lives.  If it were not so, chapter 30 of Deuteronomy as countless other passages would have to be cut out of Scripture.  Love demands a choice for we are not robots walking around totally programmed to a precise, predetermined path.  Our Heavenly Father is also sovereign but these two characteristics can and do co-reside with each other.  HE may allow us to determine our individual paths in life but in the end HE will reconcile each of us to HIM.  Each of us decides the path and when alternate paths are presented to us, we are given the right to decide which path to take.  One path leads to life and the fullness thereof and the others lead to death and destruction.  As for me, I choose life.

Our Heavenly Father gave the children of Israel the choice.  We are HIS inheritance today as they were back then thus this passage is as applicable to us at it was to them.  It boils down to a simple question:  Which kingdom do you want to live in?  The two kingdoms are described as “life and good” or “death and evil”:

Deuteronomy 30:15 “See, I have set before you today life and good, death and evil,

The first kingdom is based on Love:

16 in that I command you today to love the LORD your God, to walk in His ways, and to keep His commandments, His statutes, and His judgments, that you may live and multiply; and the LORD your God will bless you in the land which you go to possess.

The other kingdom is based on “self” or ego:

17 But if your heart turns away so that you do not hear, and are drawn away, and worship other gods and serve them, 18 I announce to you today that you shall surely perish; you shall not prolong your days in the land which you cross over the Jordan to go in and possess.

We are given a legal and lawful opportunity to choose thus you cannot claim it is anyone else’s fault that you are dealing with judgments that come upon you:

19 I call heaven and earth as witnesses today against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing; therefore choose life, that both you and your descendants may live;

Love, obey, and cling (hold fast):

20 that you may love the LORD your God, that you may obey His voice, and that you may cling to Him, for He is your life and the length of your days; and that you may dwell in the land which the LORD swore to your fathers, to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, to give them.”

How simple is this decision?  Our Heavenly Father tells us just prior to asking for a decision:

11 “For this commandment which I command you today is not too difficult for you, nor is it out of reach.

12 It is not in heaven, that you should say, ‘Who will go up to heaven for us to get it for us and make us hear it, that we may observe it?’

13 Nor is it beyond the sea, that you should say, ‘Who will cross the sea for us to get it for us and make us hear it, that we may observe it?’

14 But the word is very near you, in your mouth and in your heart, that you may observe it.

Each of us is given the choice of two paths.  This choice will be presented many times throughout our life-  to continue on the straight path, or to veer off onto the path of death and destruction.  There will be times the decision will not be popular with others.  There will be times of apparent isolation and even silence.  Not to worry, the Love of Our Heavenly Father will sustain as we proceed on the path of Life.  However, it is your choice.  Choose Life!

Perfecting

Friday, September 5th, 2014

Perfecting is making something free from faults or defects.  The prior state lacked something or had some aspect needing removal.

Jesus perfected the sacrifice for sins once and for all:

Hebrews 10:11   And every priest stands ministering daily and offering repeatedly the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins.

12 But this Man, after He had offered one sacrifice for sins forever, sat down at the right hand of God,

Jesus was the perfect sacrifice and eliminated the need for repetitive sacrifices by the priests.  His perfecting opened up a whole new life for all of us.  This single act on the cross provided the path to full and complete restoration for all of mankind.  After the perfecting occurred, Jesus is now waiting for our sanctifying process to be completed:

13   from that time waiting till His enemies are made His footstool.

14   For by one offering He has perfected forever those who are being sanctified.

What is the purpose of those being sanctified?  It is to establish HIS Kingdom on earth.  This will be done by the perfecting of Love in their hearts.  This group who will die to the flesh and live unto righteousness will be found worthy to be in the army of the Lord.  Psalm 110 speaks of this group:

1 The LORD says to my Lord:

“Sit at My right hand Until I make Your enemies a footstool for Your feet.”

2 The LORD will stretch forth Your strong scepter from Zion, saying,

“Rule in the midst of Your enemies.”

3 Your people will volunteer freely in the day of Your power;

In holy array, from the womb of the dawn, Your youth are to You as the dew.

4 The LORD has sworn and will not change His mind,

“You are a priest forever According to the order of Melchizedek.”

This group will be empowered by the revelation of Love.  With this perfection, they will be able to hear the unadulterated, pure Word from Above:

Hebrews 10:

15 But the Holy Spirit also witnesses to us; for after He had said before,

16 “This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, says the LORD: I will put My laws into their hearts, and in their minds I will write them,”

17 then He adds, “Their sins and their lawless deeds I will remember no more.”

What are these Laws?  The Laws of Love.  Once Love has fully overtaken their hearts and minds, lawlessness and sin are no longer found.  This is the primary aspect of perfecting.  This perfecting must take place at both locations.  This removes the ego’s control and Love has become the origin of intent.  Once the lawlessness has been removed then we have pure ears to hear and eyes to see.  We are no longer disobedient and contrary.  As Love perfects us, our ability to hear and see properly is perfected as well.  Faith then comes in its purest form.

Those who have attempted to bypass the perfecting by Love in their quest of walking in faith have been partially successful at best.  Love motivated Jesus to be that perfect sacrifice.  He opened the door for us to walk through.  The path is narrow and only a few will choose to lawfully enter in.  They are in the midst of their perfecting now.  The door appears to those with eyes to see.  Everyone else is still looking for the door.  Yet others don’t even know a door exists.

Peace of Mind

Saturday, January 4th, 2014

The economic blogs I write are unsettling to those who trust in the world’s system.  The Western banking system is in shambles and the central banks are in the final throes of a Great Reset of the monetary system.  Fear, uncertainty, and doubt will fill the minds of many as this event unfolds.  There will be high anxiety among those who trusted in uncertain riches.  Now is the time to turn your trust to Our Heavenly Father.  How?  By establishing and deepening a daily communion in HIS Presence.  HIS Spirit is with you always but the issue is whether HIS Spirit is manifesting in you, or hidden away waiting for you to come to the end of your “self”.  Psalm 27 will become a central focus to many when the economic turmoil increases beyond the ability of those currently in power to contain it.

1   A Psalm of David.
The LORD is my light and my salvation;
Whom shall I fear?
The LORD is the strength of my life;
Of whom shall I be afraid?

Light, salvation, and strength are the three promises every person will need in the coming months and years.  Jehovah, "the existing One", is the One who will provide light and revelation to us as we navigate through the coming events.  It will be imperative for each of us to become sensitive to HIS Voice, step by step.  This is why each of us should turn off the TV, radio, and other distractions, in order that we may enter our prayer “closet” and increase our sensitivity to HIS Spirit.  As for me, I find that the first thing in the morning is an ideal time for me to go before HIM.  This prepares me for the day.  As I do this, I notice that throughout the day, HE will direct me in the daily activities, even in the small things.  It may seem difficult at first, but as you maintain your focus on HIM, HE will be pleased to direct your steps.  You will be at peace when HE directs you to do this, or buy that, or abstain from such and such, or delay the trip, or postpone your plan…  When HE instructs you to take on a project, you will then become drawn to the process of completing the project.  Other tasks will not interfere for HE will quiet those things that would distract you.

Those that trust in uncertain riches will get desperate quickly.  You should be prepared.  The Bible speaks of 13 famines.  In the story of Joseph, he was prepared well in advance of the coming famine, approximately 20 years.  At the time of his dream. he was seventeen.  Who knew that a famine was coming?  Only Our Heavenly Father,  nobody else!  HE prepared those whose hearts were drawn to HIM.  The fact that you are reading this would indicate you are being drawn as well.  Who knows how the next few years will play out?  Absolutely nobody EXCEPT Our Heavenly Father.  This is why it is critical to prepare yourself now.  Light, salvation, and strength will see you through the tumultuous times ahead.  HIS Living Presence in you will provide the peace of mind required to stabilize those around you when the illusion of their wealth finally meets reality.

8   When You said, “Seek My face,”
My heart said to You, “Your face, LORD, I will seek.”

Now is the time!

Unity153.net Daily Availability

Friday, September 13th, 2013

We take the site down each night for maintenance, backups, etc.  It is up until 11:30 PM CDT and is restarted at 4:00 AM CDT.  Sorry for the inconvenience.  Larger entities have parallel servers that "switch" during these times and appear to be up 24×7.

Unfortunately, our friends in other countries are affected by this.  One day we may be able to justify a larger infrastructure to accommodate 24 hour access.
