Understanding Power And Authority: Part 5

May 10, 2026 – 3:07 am
We are intended to walk in both power and authority! In order to fulfill our individual destinies, we must operate in both authority AND power for HIS Name to be glorified. Spiritual authority is not just bestowed, it is absorbed as we enter into and are immersed in HIS Presence.  At one time, satan had authority and power until he was cast out of Heaven.  He immediately lost authority but continued to have some form of power.  Jesus spoke in Luke chapter 10: 17 When the seventy missionaries returned to Jesus, they were ecstatic with joy, telling Him, “Lord, even the demons obeyed us when we commanded them in Your Name!” 8 Jesus replied, “While you were ministering, I watched satan topple until he fell suddenly from Heaven like lightning to the ground. 19 Now you understand that I have imparted to you My authority to trample over his kingdom. You will trample upon every demon ...

Understanding Power And Authority: Part 4

May 9, 2026 – 3:19 am
We are intended to walk in both power and authority! In order to fulfill our individual destinies, we must operate in both authority AND power for HIS Name to be glorified. Spiritual authority is not just bestowed, it is absorbed as we are immersed in HIS Presence.  Authority changes both the invisible world and the visible world.  Power only changes the visible world.  Power will not change the invisible!  It is relegated to the visible. Jesus spoke in Luke chapter 10: 19 Now you understand that I have imparted to you My authority to trample over his kingdom. You will trample upon every demon before you and overcome every power satan possesses. Absolutely nothing will harm you as you walk in this authority. The word impart means “to give, convey, or grant.”  Impartation, then, is the act of giving or granting something.  Authority is more important than power.  You don’t use a Spiritual gift to remove ...

Understanding Power And Authority: Part 3

May 8, 2026 – 3:29 am
We need to distinguish between power and authority! Jesus is our primary example of walking in both.  In order to fulfill our individual destinies, we must operate in both authority AND power for HIS Name to be glorified. If we are sensitive to The Holy Spirit, we will be able to discern whether to use power or authority in a particular situation. In Mark chapter 4, Jesus rebuked the storm and the sea.  How did the disciples respond? 41 But they were overwhelmed with fear and awe and said to one another, “Who is this Man Who has such authority that even the wind and waves obey Him?” By His authority, Jesus quieted the wind and waves.  He did not command a miracle to come forth but instead removed the opposition with His authority. GOD didn’t remove satan’s power, HE removed his authority. It is written by The Holy Spirit in Jude: 8 Likewise also these dreamers defile ...

Understanding Power And Authority: Part 2

May 7, 2026 – 3:53 am
We need to distinguish between power and authority! Jesus is our primary example of walking in both.  In order to fulfill our individual destinies, we must operate in both authority AND power for HIS Name to be glorified. As I wrote yesterday, the miraculous is always the regeneration or recreation of something.  Power is the miraculous; authority is healing. When Jesus ministered healing, He commanded something to be removed from the person.  He could remove a health issue, a demon… whatever the issue. Luke recorded by The Holy Spirit in Luke chapter 17: 11 On His way to Jerusalem Jesus passed through the border region between Samaria and Galilee. 12 As He entered one village, ten men approached Him, but they kept their distance, for they were lepers. 13 They shouted to him, “Mighty Lord, our wonderful Master! Won’t You have mercy on us and heal us?” Notice that the ten lepers acknowledged Jesus’ authority. 14 When Jesus stopped ...

Understanding Power And Authority

May 6, 2026 – 3:33 am
We need to distinguish between power and authority! Jesus is our primary example of walking in both.  In order to fulfill our individual destinies, we must operate in both authority AND power for HIS Name to be glorified. Jesus spoke in Luke chapter 4: 31 Then He went down to Capernaum, a city of Galilee, and was teaching them on the Sabbaths. 32 And they were astonished at His teaching, for His Word was with authority. What happens when a demon comes face-to-face with actual Spiritual authority? 33 Now in the synagogue there was a man who had a spirit of an unclean demon. And he cried out with a loud voice, 34 saying, "Let us alone! What have we to do with You, Jesus of Nazareth? Did You come to destroy us? I know who You are-the Holy One of God!" 35 But Jesus rebuked him, saying, "Be quiet, and come out of him!" And when the ...

FATHER’S Perfect Timing

May 5, 2026 – 3:05 am
Perfect timing belongs to Our Heavenly Father alone! It’s all about timing. Jesus spoke in Matthew chapter 26: 18 And He said, "Go into the city to a certain man, and say to him, 'The Teacher says, "My time is at hand; I will keep the Passover at your house with My disciples."'" 19 So the disciples did as Jesus had directed them; and they prepared the Passover. 20 When evening had come, He sat down with the twelve. 21 Now as they were eating, He said, "Assuredly, I say to you, one of you will betray Me." How did Jesus know that it was time?  FATHER revealed HIS timing and Jesus embraced it.  Jesus was intimately aware of FATHER’S precise timing.  He knew exactly what “certain” man for the disciples to approach. Jesus spoke in John chapter 2: 1 Now on the third day, Jesus’ mother went to a wedding feast in the Galilean village of Cana. 2-3 ...

Noah’s Pattern

May 4, 2026 – 3:39 am
Peter also wrote to the church concerning Noah’s parallel in the last days! Jesus spoke in Matthew chapter 24: 36 "But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of Heaven, but My Father only. 37 But as the days of Noah were, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be. The apostle Peter the Apostle picks up Jesus’ “days of Noah” theme and adds depth in three key ways—he explains why people missed it, what Noah represents, and what it means for the future judgment. 1. Noah as a “preacher of righteousness” (ignored warning) Peter wrote by The Holy Spirit in 2nd Peter chapter 2: 4 For if God did not spare the angels who sinned, but cast them down to hell and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved for judgment; 5 and did not spare the ancient world, but saved Noah, one of eight people, a ...

As In The Days Of Noah

May 3, 2026 – 3:43 am
Jesus gave us a specific sign concerning the last days! Jesus spoke in Matthew chapter 24: 3 Later, when they (Jesus and His disciples) arrived at the Mount of Olives, His disciples came privately to where He was sitting and said, “Tell us, when will these things happen? And what sign should we expect to signal Your coming and the completion of this age?” 4 Jesus answered, “At that time deception will run rampant. So beware that you are not fooled! Jesus described the times in great detail and then He said: 36 "But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of Heaven, but My Father only. 37 But as the days of Noah were, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be. And Luke records what Jesus spoke in Luke chapter 17: 26 The same things that happened in the days of Noah will take place in the days ...

A Prophetic Word For This Time

May 2, 2026 – 3:41 am
Now that we have studied the criteria for discerning prophecy, consider the following prophetic Word given to Kenneth Hagin in 1963: Regarding America: Darkness, Atheistic Communism, Race Riots, and the Coming Fire of GOD. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1d-kEDnZe9A Let the Fire spread!

Don’t Be Deceived!

May 1, 2026 – 3:39 am
True prophecy calls people to align with FATHER’S Master Plan! When we stand on a Prophetic Word, we align ourselves with FATHER’S Master Plan.  Prophecy is about transformation. It also warns when they don’t align and it reassures them that He is working out a purposeful plan. Discerning true vs. false prophecy in the Bible isn’t meant to be mysterious—it’s something believers are expected to test carefully. Scripture gives multiple “filters” rather than just one test. When you put them together, a clear pattern emerges.  Does it align with God’s revealed Word?  God does not contradict Himself. Any prophecy that conflicts with established Scripture is false—no matter how impressive it sounds. Moses recorded by The Holy Spirit in Deuteronomy chapter 13: 1 "If there arises among you a prophet or a dreamer of dreams, and he gives you a sign or a wonder, 2 and the sign or the wonder comes to pass, of which he ...
