Is He Truly Blessed?

Friday, May 13th, 2022

Many people are under the misconception that someone who is prosperous is Godly since he or she has been “blessed”.  Many wealthy people believe themselves to have been “earmarked” by GOD because of their prosperity.  Not true!

Paul wrote by The Holy Spirit in 1st Timothy chapter 6:

3  But if anyone spreads false teaching that does not agree with the healthy instruction of our Lord Jesus, teaching others that holy awe of God is not important, then they prove they know nothing at all! It’s obvious they don’t value or hold dear the healing Words of our Lord Jesus Christ. 4 They are covered with the clouds of conceit. They are loaded with controversy, and they love to argue their opinions and split hairs. The fruit of their ministry is contention, competition, and evil suspicions.

5 They add misery to many lives by corrupting their minds and cheating them of the Truth. They equate the worship of God with making great sums of money.

Money can easily ensnare the immature and thus those who promote the “name it and claim it” message along with “pay to play” mentality, leave much sadness in their path toward destruction.

6 We have a “profit” that is greater than theirs—our holy awe of God! To have merely our necessities is to have enough. 7 Isn’t it true that our hands were empty when we came into the world, and when we leave this world our hands will be empty again?

Money is temporary and has wings.  I have observed wealthy people lose virtually all their wealth in a short period of time.  They also lost their “friends” who were nowhere to be found once the money was gone.  Our trust must be and remain in Our Lord Jesus Christ.  His Words are trustworthy and permanent.  Men’s words apart from Christ will be burned up with the wood, hay, and stubble.  How much money is needed in Heaven?  Zero!

8 Because of this, food and clothing is enough to make us content. 9 But those who crave the wealth of this world slip into spiritual snares. They become trapped by the troubles that come through their foolish and harmful desires, driven by greed and drowning in their own sinful pleasures. And they take others down with them into their corruption and eventual destruction.

A certain man I know lost his debt-free house when he was taken in by such teaching.  His family suffered greatly and required assistance from others as his family was in severe need.  He had a good job at the time but had dug a deep hole as he blindly pursued false doctrines related to money.  The minister had no remorse but turned a blind eye to the man’s family.

10 Loving money is the first step toward all kinds of trouble. Some people run after it so much that they have given up their faith. Craving more money pushes them away from the faith into error, compounding misery in their lives!

True Godliness is being an imitator of Our Heavenly Father.  First and foremost it is walking in Agape Love.  When you walk in this manner, you become known as a giver rather than a “taker”.

Paul wrote by The Holy Spirit in Ephesians chapter 5:

1Be imitators of God in everything you do, for then you will represent your Father as His Beloved Sons and Daughters. 2And continue to walk surrendered to the extravagant Love of Christ, for He surrendered His life as a sacrifice for us. His great Love for us was pleasing to God, like an aroma of adoration—a sweet healing fragrance.

FATHER, I repent of any and all actions which did not properly represent you to those with whom I come into contact.  In Jesus’ Name, Amen!

The Warning Of Laodicea

Thursday, May 12th, 2022

Not only did Paul focus on the church in Laodicea but so did Jesus Himself as He appeared to John on the Island of Patmos. We must heed the warnings Jesus gave John to write and not allow ourselves to be caught up in deception.

Paul wrote by The Holy Spirit in Colossians chapter 2:

1 I wish you could know how much I have struggled for you and for the church in Laodicea, and for the many other friends I’ve yet to meet. 2I am contending for you that your hearts will be wrapped in the comfort of Heaven and woven together into Love’s fabric. This will give you access to all the riches of God as you experience the revelation of God’s great mystery—Christ.

3 For our Spiritual wealth is in Him, like hidden treasure waiting to be discovered—Heaven’s wisdom and endless riches of revelation knowledge.

4 I want you to know this so that no one will come and lead you into error through their persuasive arguments and clever words. 5Even though I’m separated from you geographically, my spirit is present there with you. And I’m overjoyed to see how disciplined and deeply committed you are because you have such a solid faith in Christ, the Anointed One.

Paul’s concerned centered around teachings of persuasive arguments and clever words, especially of those who know and have memorized Scripture piecemealed together to fit their alternate doctrine (yes, it can be intimidating).  Their doctrines are often created by some past hurt, error, or inability to see (aka blindness).  I have been exposed to such teachings only to find their fruit lacking upon inspection.  They were clouds without rain and their followers exhibited the same fruitlessness.

Years later, Jesus visited the Beloved Disciple John to write a letter to the church at Laodicea.  The church was blinded by teaching Paul has warned of in the book of Colossians.

John recorded Jesus’ Words and by The Holy Spirit in the book of Revelation chapter 3:

14 Write the following to the messenger of the congregation in Laodicea, for these are the words of the Amen, the faithful and true Witness, the Ruler of God’s creation:

Jesus described Himself as the faithful and true Witness and as the Ruler of God’s creation for He is “the beginning Originator or Source of God’s creation”!

15I know all that you do, and I know that you are neither frozen in apathy nor fervent with passion.  How I wish you were either one or the other! 16But because you are neither cold nor hot, but lukewarm, I am about to spit you from My mouth.

When believers are deceived and think they are in the midst of GOD’S Will because they seem to be “blessed” based on the world’s standards, there is a notable probability they are lukewarm and will be judged accordingly.  The ministers give them a “product” that looks good but has not Spiritual substance.  They appeal to their souls rather than feeding their spirits.

Once you experience the Original, you then call anything else a fake.  You now know the difference because the quality isn’t there and you are able to discern quality.  My wife is extremely sensitive to those situations in churches thus she would have difficulty tolerating church services where the soulish was being subtly promoted.  Often the message preached was complicated or complex and hard for most to understand.  The message of Christ is simple and straightforward and even the children can embrace It.

17 For you claim, “I’m rich and getting richer—I don’t need a thing.”  Yet you are clueless that you’re miserable, poor, blind, barren, and naked!

Isn’t this the goal of the spirit of deception?  Isn’t this the result of the world’s various promotions through entertainment?  How many times do you experience some form of temporary entertainment until you finally realize the empty “after-effects”?

18So I counsel you to purchase gold perfected by fire, so that you can be truly rich. Purchase a white garment to cover and clothe your shameful Adam-nakedness.  Purchase eye salve to be placed over your eyes so that you can truly see. 19All those I dearly love I unmask and train.  So repent and be eager to pursue what is right.

I believe that those who read these blogs are among those that Jesus truly Loves.  Why?  It is because I purpose to only write what The Holy Spirit directs me to write.  There have been times where I started to veer off and then received correction… I deleted those words which were not to be included.  I repented and was eager to pursue what was right for that particular blog.  I too continue to go through correction as needed.

20Behold, I’m standing at the door, knocking.  If your heart is open to hear My Voice and you open the door within, I will come in to you and feast with you, and you will feast with Me.  21And to the one who conquers, I will give the privilege of sitting with Me on My throne, just as I conquered and sat down with My Father on His Throne.

22 The one whose heart is open let him listen carefully to what the Spirit is saying now to the churches.

Without the power of The Holy Spirit, the church is ineffective.

It is written by The Holy Spirit in Jude chapter 1:

10These people insult anything they don’t understand. They behave like irrational beasts by doing whatever they feel like doing.  Because they live by their animal instincts, they corrupt themselves and bring about their own destruction. 11How terrible it is for them!  For they have followed in the steps of Cain.  They have abandoned themselves to Balaam’s error because of their greedy pursuit of financial gain.  And since they have rebelled like Korah rebelled, they will experience the same fate of Korah and likewise perish.

12These false teachers are like dangerous hidden reefs at your love feasts, lying in wait to shipwreck the immature. They feast among you without reverence, having no shepherd but themselves.  They are clouds with no rain, swept along by the winds.  Like fruitless late-autumn trees —twice dead, barren, and plucked up by the roots! 13They are wild waves of the sea (confusion), flinging out the foam of their shame and disgrace.  They are misleading like wandering stars (giving misguidance), for whom the complete darkness of eternal gloom has been reserved.

Beware when The Holy Spirit is not in the midst.

Advancing Into Perfection

Wednesday, May 11th, 2022

We must move beyond the basic message of Christ in order to fully express His Love to others.  We are to grow from converts to disciples, from disciples to fully mature and perfected Sons and Daughters.

It is written by The Holy Spirit in Hebrews chapter 6:

1Now is the time for us to progress beyond the basic message of Christ and advance into perfection. The foundation has already been laid for us to build upon: turning away from our dead works to embrace faith in God,

2teaching about different baptisms, impartation by the laying on of hands, resurrection of the dead, and eternal judgment.

3So with God’s enablement we will move on to deeper Truths.

Our dead works or “useless deeds” are the attempts of people to please God through religion, keeping religious laws and traditions, and serving others to gain influence with God. There was one “work” that brings life to all, that was the work of Christ on the cross.  Without the revelation of unconditional Love, people will attempt to earn favor with Our Heavenly Father.  Jesus first Loved us, not the other way around, so we don’t need to earn His Love: For GOD so Loved the world that HE gave HIS only begotten Son.

The New Testament speaks of seven baptisms, including:

the baptism of fire  (Matthew 3:11-12)

the baptism of the Holy Spirit (Ephesians 1:13–14; 1 Corinthians 12:13)

the baptism of suffering (Jesus’ cross)  (Mark 10:35–39)

the baptism into the cloud (Matthew 17:5) (1 Corinthians 10:1–3)

the baptism into Moses  (1 Corinthians 10:1–3)

the baptism of repentance  (Mark 1:4)

and water baptism. (Matthew 3:13–17)

Though many believe that water baptism and being baptized in The Holy Spirit are the two applicable baptisms for today, I know a certain man who has experienced some aspect of either the baptism of fire or the cloud.  He is seeking further revelation of those.  I would say that many mature saints will experience some aspects of multiple baptisms depending on their callings.  We must not try to limit FATHER in our understanding.

Jesus spoke in Mark chapter 10 concerning not only His suffering but also that of the disciples:

35Jacob and John, sons of Zebedee, approached Jesus and said, “Teacher, will you do us a favor?”

36“What is it?” He asked.

37“We want to sit next to You when you come into Your glory,” they said, “one at Your right hand and the other at Your left.”

38Jesus replied, “You don’t have a clue what you’re asking for! Are you prepared to drink from the cup of suffering that I am about to drink? And are you able to endure the baptism into death that I am about to experience?

39They replied, “Yes, we are able.”

Jesus said to them, “You will certainly drink from the cup of my sufferings and be immersed into My death,”

Let each of us mature unto the point of whatever baptisms are meant for us to experience.  FATHER’S gift of grace will be upon us as we are immersed in the appropriate baptism.

You cannot solve a spiritual problem with a physical answer..

Overcoming Unbelief: Part 2

Monday, May 9th, 2022

We must deal with unbelief in order to operate as fully mature Sons and Daughters. Jesus told us that we must pray and fast in order to get our senses in line and submitted to the Spiritual.

It is written by The Holy Spirit in Hebrews chapter 5:

11We have much to say about this topic although it is difficult to explain, because you have become too dull and sluggish to understand. 12For you should already be professors instructing others by now; but instead, you need to be taught from the beginning the basics of God’s prophetic oracles!  You’re like children (nepios) still needing milk and not yet ready to digest solid food. 13For every spiritual infant who lives on milk is not yet pierced by the revelation of righteousness.

14 But solid food is for the mature, whose spiritual senses perceive Heavenly matters. And they have been adequately trained by what they’ve experienced to emerge with understanding of the difference between what is truly excellent and what is evil and harmful.

Spiritual discernment does not come through the five physical senses.  Spiritual discernment results from building up your spirit by immersing yourself in The Word and praying in THE SPIRIT.  You must also subject your physical senses to fasting as required.  If your appetite is craving something and you submit to the craving, your appetite needs to be placed under subjection.  If your carnal man urges you to watch the news on TV, you probably need to fast the TV program.  Get the picture?

The word carnal simply means: the flesh, denotes mere human nature, the earthly nature of man apart from Divine influence, and therefore prone to sin and opposed to God.

We must get to the point where our five physical senses are fully subordinate to our spirit.  When we are no longer moved by the five physical senses, we are able to partake of solid food as mentioned in verse 14.

When we fellowship with FATHER through prayer, we tell our physical senses that there is more to life than the physical.  When we pray in The Holy Spirit, we confirm to our sense of hearing that the spiritual realm has priority over the natural realm.  It is about retraining our souls and bodies to be in full submission to the spirit man.

The Greek word nepios means “still unfit to bear arms,” that is, unprepared for battle.  How are we to be spiritual warriors if we are intimidated by an adverse situation similar to the disciples in Mark chapter 9?  Now is the time to heed what Jesus revealed concerning spiritual maturity.  Do not delay for the time is short.

Overcoming Unbelief

Sunday, May 8th, 2022

We must deal with unbelief in order to operate as fully mature Sons and Daughters.

One aspect of unbelief is that which arises out of ignorance.  This type of unbelief can be corrected by hearing the Truth and the related facts.  Once you hear the Truth, you are no longer ignorant of the situation.

The second type of unbelief occurs where you have wrong teaching.  Religious teachers who promoted man’s doctrine, often based on self-interest, have kept many of their members in unbelief.  What has been the result?  There has been a lack of fruit in their doctrine.

As an example, in the early 1970’s many denominations did not believe in the Baptism of The Holy Spirit but I was ignorant of their teachings since we did not attend church much in my younger years.  I was ignorant of their doctrine so when I decided to pursue this Baptism, with hardly any teaching other than what I read in Scripture, I easily received It.  I did not know that I wasn’t suppose to!  You couldn’t convince that Tongues had been done away with… it was too late.

Wrong teaching is harder to overcome than no teaching.

I have had to unlearn doctrine that was a subtle departure from The Word.  With very few exceptions, most faith teachers promoted faith over Love in the 70’s and 80’s.  Clearly they did not focus on 1st Corinthians chapter 13.  Their message of faith was often tied to money in the most subtle way.  Yes, I have been in services where they took up multiple offerings as well as coercing the people into publicly expressing financial pledges.  I am sure that Jesus was saddened by the fleecing of the flock.

The nefarious ones who are of the devil use this tactic to promote lies to the public.  If the public is ignorant of the facts and truth, they will tend to believe what is told and then when the real truth is expressed, they often resist the truth and cling to the lie.  This is why we must be sensitive to The Holy Spirit and be shown the Truth in all situations.  Presidents in the U.S. have led us to war based on lies and it is well documented.  Most people don’t want to be told that they have been duped because it exposes their pride.

Miracles still happen today so don’t let a religious leader tell you different.  These writings are meant to correct the wrong teachings of the past.  We need to accept the fact that we have been misled and move on!

The third type of unbelief is based on our natural use of our five physical senses which have served us reasonably well since birth.  Our natural belief systems have relied on information gathered through our five senses.  This natural unbelief results from being unable to tap into the spiritual.  This is challenging to many believers and the adversary relies on our immaturity in this area.  I would suggest that it takes commitment for most to overcome this natural unbelief.  The disciples had this issue as revealed in Mark chapter 9.

It is written by The Holy Spirit in Mark chapter 9:

17 Then one of the crowd answered and said, “Teacher, I brought You my son, who has a mute spirit. 18 And wherever it seizes him, it throws him down; he foams at the mouth, gnashes his teeth, and becomes rigid. So I spoke to Your disciples, that they should cast it out, but they could not.”

The demon intimidated the disciples by his power over the son.  They saw the demonstration and did not overcome their unbelief.  Jesus was not pleased with them.

19 He answered him and said, “O faithless generation, how long shall I be with you? How long shall I bear with you? Bring him to Me.” 20 Then they brought him to Him. And when he saw Him, immediately the spirit convulsed him, and he fell on the ground and wallowed, foaming at the mouth.

21 So He asked his father, “How long has this been happening to him?”

And he said, “From childhood. 22 And often he has thrown him both into the fire and into the water to destroy him. But if You can do anything, have compassion on us and help us.”

23 Jesus said to him, “If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes.”

24 Immediately the father of the child cried out and said with tears, “Lord, I believe; help my unbelief!”

Jesus was not moved by the demon at all and He revealed the issue with the boy’s lack of healing: unbelief.

25 When Jesus saw that the people came running together, He rebuked the unclean spirit, saying to it, “Deaf and dumb spirit, I command you, come out of him and enter him no more!” 26 Then the spirit cried out, convulsed him greatly, and came out of him. And he became as one dead, so that many said, “He is dead.” 27 But Jesus took him by the hand and lifted him up, and he arose.

Jesus was not moved by the boy’s apparent death but instead raised him up.  Following this event, the disciples knew they needed correction so they asked Jesus the following:

28 And when He had come into the house, His disciples asked Him privately, “Why could we not cast it out?”

29 So He said to them, “This kind can come out by nothing but prayer and fasting.”

Was the intent of prayer and fasting to focus on demon deliverance?  No.  The requirement of prayer and fasting was and is to deal with removing our unbelief.  The disciples were operating in natural unbelief where they relied on seeing is believing.  Jesus was training them to overcome the natural with the power and authority of the supernatural.  How many miracles did they need to see before they were to realize that the supernatural is where they need to operate from?  The same question applies to us.

How do we eliminate unbelief?  It is by prayer and fasting.  If you spend most of your time taking in what the world is promoting, you will continue to walk in unbelief.  However, if we immerse ourselves in The Word and Prayer, we will chip away at unbelief until there is none left.  This is when we will walk in the fullness of power and authority as mature Sons and Daughters.  Our fruit will abound!

The Purpose Of The Tithe

Saturday, May 7th, 2022

We need to pay close attention to our giving.  FATHER does.  HE is interested in fruitfulness.

Why are most churches lacking in bringing people to repentance?  They are offering soulish entertainment rather than the ministry of The Holy Spirit.  They are appealing to the emotional and mental aspects of individuals by providing loud music, light shows, and smoke machines which are intended to replace the move of The Spirit.  This is why the churches were not deemed essential over the last two years.  By and large, The Holy Spirit was not in the building.  The remnant is meant to correct this situation.  FATHER has protected us from the wiles of the devil so that we could move on to maturity IN HIM.

Many churches are simply after your money to promote their religious, soulish agenda.  How do you know which church is flowing with The Holy Spirit?  Look at the fruit for you and I are called to be fruit inspectors.

If you are tithing to a church but unable to become prosperous, consider whether or not good fruit is coming from them.  Are they simply covering their overhead with the tithes and offerings yet people in the congregation cannot make ends meet?  Are the poor being helped?  Are single mothers being assisted?  Shouldn’t there be reverse offerings where those in need receive our tithes and offerings?  Consider Jesus feeding the multitudes rather than seeking their finances.

Malachi wrote by THE SPIRIT in chapter 3:

8 “Will a man rob God?

Yet you have robbed Me!

But you say,

‘In what way have we robbed You?’

In tithes and offerings.

9 You are cursed with a curse,

For you have robbed Me,

Even this whole nation.

10 Bring all the tithes into the storehouse,

That there may be food in My house,

And try Me now in this,”

Says the LORD of hosts,

“If I will not open for you the windows of Heaven

And pour out for you such blessing

That there will not be room enough to receive it.”

FATHER actually identifies HIS storehouse when The Holy Spirit directs your giving.  You should give as directed by The Holy Spirit rather than just giving by habit or convenience.

11 “And I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes,

So that he will not destroy the fruit of your ground,

Nor shall the vine fail to bear fruit for you in the field,”

Says the LORD of hosts;

12 And all nations will call you blessed,

For you will be a delightful land,”

Says the LORD of hosts.

FATHER protects the remaining 90% of our monthly revenue from the devourer since we tithe according to HIS instruction.  What does the word “rebuke” mean?

It is described by The Holy Spirit in Psalm chapter 9:

5With a blast of Your rebuke, nations are destroyed.

You obliterated their names forever and ever.

6The Lord thundered and our enemies have been cut off,

vanished in everlasting ruins.

All their cities have been destroyed—

even the memory of them has been erased.

Establishing HIS Kingdom on earth includes the proper distribution of our finances.  The adversary wants to keep us financially enslaved.  Tithing will unhook you and your finances from the world system.  The tithe was created for us to protect us from the devourer.

Think about it.

Fellowship Versus Ministry

Friday, May 6th, 2022

GOD is good and we need to call people to repentance by showing them how good HE is.  It is not about those people liking you, it is about a change of heart in their lives.

Churches have been trying to attract the world by beautiful buildings and gourmet coffee service in their lobbies.  Instead they need The Holy Spirit to operate in the services with signs and wonders following as examples of GOD’S goodness.

In 1971, The Holy Spirit drew me to a Christian coffee house inside a rented building in the rough part of Oklahoma City.  The building mattered not and I was not moved by the crime in the area.  This is where I received the Baptism of The Holy Spirit and a notable immersion of The Word by a “fireball” preacher.  By the way, I didn’t drink coffee at the time.

Who cares what building you are in if you receive the Supernatural!

Paul spoke before King Agrippa by The Holy Spirit in Acts chapter 26:

12“For that purpose I went to Damascus, with the authority granted to me by the chief priests. 13While traveling on the road at noon, Your Highness, I saw a light brighter than the sun flashing from Heaven all around me and those who were with me. 14We all fell to the ground, and I heard a voice speaking to me in Aramaic, saying, ‘Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting Me? You are only hurting yourself when you resist your calling.’

15“I asked, ‘Who are you, Lord?’

“And the Lord replied, ‘I am Jesus, the One you are persecuting. 16Get up and stand to your feet, for I have appeared to you to reveal your destiny and to commission you as My assistant.  You will be a witness to what you have seen and to the things I will reveal whenever I appear to you.  17I will rescue you from the persecution of your own people and from the hostility of the other nations that I will send you to.

18And you will open their eyes to their true condition, so that they may turn from darkness to the Light  and from the power of Satan to the power of God. By placing their faith in Me they will receive the total forgiveness  of sins and be made Holy, taking hold of the inheritance that I give to my children!’

You and I are called to present the Good News just as Paul was.  Notice that Jesus mentions “I will reveal” to Paul.  Jesus will also further reveal to you and me.

19“So you see, King Agrippa, I have not been disobedient to what was revealed to me from Heaven. 20For it was in Damascus that I first declared the Truth. And then I went to Jerusalem and throughout our nation, and even to other nations, telling people everywhere that they must repent and turn to God and demonstrate it with a changed life.  21That’s why the Jews seized me when I was in the temple and tried to murder me.

We too are to tell people everywhere that they must repent and turn to GOD.  Our changed life will be a demonstration and witness to them.

22“But in spite of all this, I have experienced the supernatural help of God up to this very moment. So I’m standing here saying the same thing that I’ve shared with everyone, from the least to the greatest. For I teach nothing but what 23Moses and the prophets have said was destined to happen: that our Messiah had to suffer and die and be the first to rise from the dead, to release the bright light of Truth both to our people and to the non-Jewish nations.”

Paul also wrote by The Holy Spirit in 2nd Corinthians chapter 6:

14Don’t continue to team up with unbelievers in mismatched alliances,  for what partnership is there between righteousness and rebellion? Who could mingle light with darkness? 15What harmony can there be between Christ and Satan?  Or what does a believer have in common with an unbeliever? 16What friendship does God’s temple have with demons?  For indeed, we are the temple of the living God, just as God has said:

I will make my home in them and walk among them.

I will be their God, and they will be my people.

17For this reason,

Come out from among them and be separate,” says the Lord.

“Touch nothing that is unclean, and I will embrace you.

18I will be a true Father to you,

and you will be My Beloved Sons and Daughters,”

says the Lord Yahweh Almighty.

We must not have fellowship with darkness in any manner.  We can and should minister to those in darkness.  The word fellowship means to partake of communion with another.  Paul’s teaching here includes marital, business, and personal relationships. We never abandon our responsibility to reach the world, but we must steer clear of relationships that will divide our loyalty to Christ.

We need to understand the difference between fellowship and ministry lest we end up having communion with the adversary’s minions.

Fellowship With God

Thursday, May 5th, 2022

You cannot have fellowship with demons or idols and still have fellowship with GOD.

Jesus spoke in Matthew chapter 6:

24 “No one can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or else he will be loyal to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and mammon.”

Who are you going to serve and pursue fellowship with?  The pursuit of mammon is what the demons promote for they are well aware of this Truth Jesus expressed in the above passage.  The adversary creates a problem (scarcity) then creates a solution (the pursuit of mammon).  This is meant to enslave us and cause us to focus on the natural rather than the supernatural.  As an example, the word mortgage means death grip.  Is this from GOD?  No, for Deuteronomy 28 explicitly says that we are to be lenders, not borrowers.

It is written by The Holy Spirit in Deuteronomy chapter 28:

1 “Now it shall come to pass, if you diligently obey the voice of the LORD your God, to observe carefully all His commandments which I command you today, that the LORD your God will set you high above all nations of the earth. 2 And all these blessings shall come upon you and overtake you, because you obey the voice of the LORD your God:

12 The LORD will open to you His good treasure, the heavens, to give the rain to your land in its season, and to bless all the work of your hand. You shall lend to many nations, but you shall not borrow. 13 And the LORD will make you the head and not the tail; you shall be above only, and not be beneath, if you heed the commandments of the LORD your God, which I command you today, and are careful to observe them. 14 So you shall not turn aside from any of the Words which I command you this day, to the right or the left, to go after other gods to serve them.”

What do you do if you currently have a mortgage and/or other loans?  Start believing FATHER to supernaturally bring forth “rain” (required for fruit production) and to bless all the work of your hand.  My wife and I did this very thing in 1982.  FATHER asked me “Do you want me to pay off your mortgage?”  I said “Yes.”  HE then said “Start believing for this.”  In 19 months, my mortgage was paid off because funds came through supernatural means.  This is not unique to my wife and me for FATHER Loves you just as much and wants you to experience blessings as well.

I have been in debt and out of debt, out of debt is better!  This allows you to accumulate wealth and lend unto many nations as well as becoming a true cheerful giver without feeling the guilt that you should have focused on the debt payments.

Have you ever noticed that Jesus did not solicit funds for the pouch Judas was carrying?  Money went out of it but there is no record of money going into it.  Jesus operated in supernatural abundance as described in Deuteronomy chapter 28 and we now have a superior Covenant to what was given to the Israelites.  Now is the time to activate your faith to the higher, mature level and eliminate any unbelief which has hindered you in the past.

PS:  My wife and I have been paying extra toward our monthly utilities so that we carry a credit balance at all times.  This eliminates the possibility of late payments.  It fulfills the “owe no man anything but Love” aspect even of a monthly level.  This isn’t being legalistic, just practical.  These monthly obligations do not divert our focus from pursuing the Spiritual.

The Faith-Rest

Wednesday, May 4th, 2022

It is time to enter into the “faith-rest” as we walk out the days ahead.

It is written by The Holy Spirit in the book of Hebrews chapter 4:

1Now the promise of entering into God’s rest is still for us today. So we must be extremely careful to ensure that we all embrace the fullness of that promise and not fail to experience it.

If we are fully led by The Holy Spirit, we will walk in rest for we are no longer moved by what we see around us.  No fear is able to enter in by what we see, hear, touch, taste, or smell.  The physical no longer guides our decisions thus we no longer have anxiety to respond according to our body’s input.

2For we have heard the good news of deliverance just as they (Israelites in the wilderness) did, yet they didn’t join their faith with the Word.  Instead, what they heard didn’t affect them deeply, for they doubted. 3For those of us who believe, faith activates the promise and we experience the realm of confident rest! For HE has said,

“I was grieved with them and made a solemn oath,

‘They will not enter into MY rest.’ ”

God’s works have all been completed from the foundation of the world

The doubt and unbelief of the Israelites kept them from entering into the Promised Land.  Only Joshua and Caleb displayed no unbelief thus their faith sustained them for 38 ½ years awaiting FATHER’s Directive to enter in.  During that time the two did not allow peer pressure to affect their faith in GOD.

6Those who first heard the good news of deliverance failed to enter into that realm of faith’s rest because of their unbelieving hearts.

As I have recently written, unbelief is different from faith and works against faith.  Jesus said “You only need faith as a mustard seed” so faith is not the issue, unbelief is!  Most of the Israelites allowed their past to overtake what they saw FATHER do in the present.  They dwelled on their past in the midst of the supernatural occurring before their very eyes.  We must bury the past and only dwell on the present.

I assure you that the demon(s) assigned to you will attempt to drudge up the past so that you will focus on it rather that what FATHER is doing today.  Do not speak about the past and empower the adversary to move you to unbelief!

6b Yet the fact remains that we still have the opportunity to enter into the faith-rest life and experience the fulfillment of the Promise! 7For God still has ordained a day for us to enter into called “Today.” For it was long afterwards that God repeated it in David’s words,

“If only today you would listen to HIS Voice

and do not harden your hearts!”

8Now if this promise of “rest” was fulfilled when Joshua brought the people into the land, God wouldn’t have spoken later of another “rest” yet to come. 9So we conclude that there is still a full and complete Sabbath-rest waiting for believers  to experience.

The key to entering into rest is found in listening to The Holy Spirit and not hardening our hearts.

Jesus spoke of this issue in Mark chapter 8:

14Now, the disciples had forgotten to take bread with them, except for one loaf of flatbread. 15And as they were sailing across the lake, Jesus repeatedly warned them, “Be on your guard against the yeast inside of the Pharisees and the yeast inside of Herod!” 16But the disciples had no clue what Jesus was talking about, so they began to discuss it among themselves, saying, “Is he saying this because we forgot to bring bread?”

The yeast Jesus is referring to here is hypocrisy. “Beware of the hypocrisy of the Pharisees. It permeates everything they do and teach, like leaven, they were serving their own self-interests.”  The yeast of religious and political hypocrisy is what Jesus warned them to avoid.

17Knowing what they were thinking, Jesus said to them, “Why all this fussing over forgetting to bring bread? Do you still not see or understand what I say to you? Are your hearts still hard? 18You have good eyes, yet you still don’t see, and you have good ears, yet you still don’t hear, neither do you remember. 19When I multiplied the bread to feed more than five thousand people, how many baskets full of leftovers did you gather afterward?”

“Twelve,” they replied.

20“And when I multiplied food to feed over four thousand, how many large baskets full of leftovers did you gather afterwards?”

“Seven,” they replied.

21“Then how is it that you still don’t get it?”

Jesus walked in Supernatural Agape Love and the disciples were still focused on the natural which will harden your heart away from have faith in GOD.

You and I must make the transition from focusing on the natural by focusing on the Supernatural.  This is done by immersing ourselves in The Word and listening to The Holy Spirit, responding without delay.  This will move us to eliminating unbelief and allowing faith to come forth without hindrance.
