FATHER does not put sickness on people or HE would not have had Jesus heal all of those with sickness and disease. Jesus dealt with the spirits of infirmities as well. Mary Magdalene was one whom Jesus set free:
Luke 8:1 Now it came to pass, afterward, that He went through every city and village, preaching and bringing the glad tidings of the kingdom of God. And the twelve were with Him,
2 and certain women who had been healed of evil spirits and infirmities—Mary called Magdalene, out of whom had come seven demons,
Are there still evil spirits? Certainly, but we have overcome them and all sickness and disease by His Blood. We need to embrace the reality of what the Blood really means to us. As joint heirs we are called to walk in the same manner as Jesus Christ and with the same boldness. Consider the Love Jesus had for the woman with the spirit of infirmity for eighteen years in Luke 13:
10 Now He was teaching in one of the synagogues on the Sabbath.
11 And behold, there was a woman who had a spirit of infirmity eighteen years, and was bent over and could in no way raise herself up.
12 But when Jesus saw her, He called her to Him and said to her, “Woman, you are loosed from your infirmity.”
13 And He laid His hands on her, and immediately she was made straight, and glorified God.
Her healing is what glorifies FATHER, not walking a day longer with the spirit of infirmity. Jesus manifested the Divine Intent of FATHER to set the captives free and we should take up the same mantle. Do we dare make ourselves equal with Jesus? No, He made us equal with Him as we accept the Truth of being joint heirs. Peter had no problem in accepting the power and authority when he spoke “look on us” in Acts chapter 3:
1 Now Peter and John went up together to the temple at the hour of prayer, the ninth hour.
2 And a certain man lame from his mother’s womb was carried, whom they laid daily at the gate of the temple which is called Beautiful, to ask alms from those who entered the temple;
3 who, seeing Peter and John about to go into the temple, asked for alms.
4 And fixing his eyes on him, with John, Peter said, “Look at us.”
5 So he gave them his attention, expecting to receive something from them.
6 Then Peter said, “Silver and gold I do not have, but what I do have I give you: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk.”
7 And he took him by the right hand and lifted him up, and immediately his feet and ankle bones received strength.
8 So he, leaping up, stood and walked and entered the temple with them—walking, leaping, and praising God.
Let’s embrace HIS Love and accept HIS commission to be the solution to the world’s problem rather than simply accept the status quo of the world’s solutions which in fact treat only the symptoms of the problem, not the root. The world needs to experience FATHER’S supernatural power and HE will use us as HIS vessels if we are fully aligned with HIM.
