Restoration Is First Spiritual

Our redemption, healing, and restoration occur first in the Spiritual and then the physical responds.  We pray and ask FATHER in the spiritual realm first then HE responds and changes begin to occur in an outward fashion.  Physicians attempt to heal by mental and physical means usually omitting the Spiritual.  There are exceptions.  My friend Dr. Vincent Speckhart told me of many instances where he would pray for the patient as FATHER showed him the source of their cancer being spiritual, often the root of bitterness against another person.  Once that bitterness was removed in their spirit, their cancer began to shrivel up and die.

Life’s greatest forces are spiritual and always overtake the physical.  When Jesus came on the scene as Healer, He demanded faith.  In Luke chapter 8, by THE SPIRIT it is written:

43 Now a woman, having a flow of blood for twelve years, who had spent all her livelihood on physicians and could not be healed by any,

44 came from behind and touched the border of His garment. And immediately her flow of blood stopped.

45 And Jesus said, “Who touched Me?”

When all denied it, Peter and those with him said, “Master, the multitudes throng and press You, and You say, ‘Who touched Me?’ ”

46 But Jesus said, “Somebody touched Me, for I perceived power going out from Me.”

47 Now when the woman saw that she was not hidden, she came trembling; and falling down before Him, she declared to Him in the presence of all the people the reason she had touched Him and how she was healed immediately.

48 And He said to her, “Daughter, be of good cheer; your faith has made you well. Go in peace.”

I cannot stress enough the importance of renewing our minds by HIS Word.  Just because you were once well studied in The Word doesn’t mean it is still alive and fresh in you.  FATHER once told me I was “void” of HIS Word in the area of healing for I had not dwelled on and meditated in that area of HIS Word of some time. I repented and made the correction.  Paul by THE SPIRIT wrote in Romans chapter 10:

17 So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

Our faith can grow weak by lack of use.  The physical mirrors the spiritual and mental states within us.  If we get lazy then we become weak, it’s that simple.  Those who are dealing with physical infirmities and those who are dealing with emotional stress should join me in setting a high priority on meditating on THE Word day and night.  Reject those thoughts which do not conform to FATHER’S Word and Divine Intent of Love.  By THE SPIRIT the Psalmist wrote in Psalm 107:

20 He sent His Word and healed them,

And delivered them from their destructions.

Though our bodies might wear out and die, our spirit man lives forever.  Let our priorities center around our spiritual health and the health of our mind and body will line up.  Let us each mature to the point where we are led by The Holy Spirit and minister to others and their benefit.  Most Christians are as children consistently in the mode of wanting only to receive without being a blessing and giving in abundance to others.  Jesus is our Example of blessing others rather than waiting to be blessed.  Only as we become Spiritually mature will all other aspects of our life fall into place.  Consider a critical self-assessment to see where your level of maturity stands then take steps toward maturity.  It begins with the restoration of the Spiritual.
