Stand!

It is written by THE SPIRIT in Hebrews chapter 4:

14  Seeing then that we have a great High Priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our confession.

We must stand guard over our words so our ears are not confused by conflicting confessions proceeding out of our mouths.  Let us hold fast to confessing the Truth of The Word rather than temporal conditions which are subject to change.  If you are around a person long enough, they will let their guard down and you will find out what is in their heart, whether pure or impure, faithful or fearful, Loving or hateful.  Most people can maintain a façade for a short time.  As FATHER purifies our hearts with HIS Word, we are able to stand on HIS Word because we know It has the power and authority above all of life’s circumstances.  Let us not waver in our faith or confession.

When I have pain in my body, am I going to stand on HIS Word or be subject to the pain?  When I have taken an emotional hit by hurtful words or actions of another, am I going to allow my emotions to determine my words and actions?  Pain and emotions are simply indicators of issues which require our attention and resolution.  They are not the end result but are only temporary in nature, that is unless we promote them to become a part of our life.  Let us each choose to stand on FATHER’S Word and resolve the issues presenting themselves for resolution.

FATHER designed us, created us, and is willing and able to heal and/or correct any aspect of our life.  If HE is willing and it is not happening, guess where the problem lies… with us.  In Psalm chapter 34 it is written by THE SPIRIT:

8 Oh, taste and see that the LORD is good;

Blessed is the man who trusts in Him!

9 Oh, fear the LORD, you His saints!

There is no want to those who fear Him.

10 The young lions lack and suffer hunger;

But those who seek the LORD shall not lack any good thing.

There is no wiggle room to rationalize away these statements of Truth.  FATHER is in the restoration business.  HE is the Source of all blessing, healing, restoration, and problem resolution.  Let us not waver, stand!

Which confession are we going to stand on- the Word or the temporal?  When we confess The Word, we are confessing the greater Law and higher expression of existence which overcomes any lesser law or condition.  It doesn’t negate the temporary condition but looks to the higher state to take precedence in our lives.  Jesus did not deny the existence of disease but rather He overcame sickness and disease by the power and authority from Above.  We must not nullify our confession of The Word by giving the issue greater power and allowing doubt to come into the picture.  No one can talk me out of my salvation and I will not allow adversity to rob me in the physical.   We must not grow weary but let patience have its perfect work.  Faith holds fast the confession of The Word.  Let each of us subject ourselves to the Higher Authority of FATHER’S Word and Divine Intent.

Paul wrote by THE SPIRIT in Romans chapter 12:

1 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service.

2 And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.

What kind of body do you want to present?  Let us present ourselves Holy and acceptable by giving our best.  Let us not conform to this world but transform our minds so that we become Holy and acceptable.  It is our reasonable service.  As we focus on studying and meditating on HIS Word and as we hear HIS Voice, we will know for a certainty HIS Perfect Will and we can surely stand on that.  The physical will ultimately respond to the Spiritual, Jesus proved it, the disciples proved it, Paul proved it, so let us prove it again as well.
