Luke recorded by THE SPIRIT in chapter 1:
26 Now in the sixth month the angel Gabriel was sent by God to a city of Galilee named Nazareth,
27 to a virgin betrothed to a man whose name was Joseph, of the house of David. The virgin’s name was Mary.
28 And having come in, the angel said to her, “Rejoice, highly favored one, the Lord is with you; blessed are you among women!”
29 But when she saw him, she was troubled at his saying, and considered what manner of greeting this was.
30 Then the angel said to her, “Do not be afraid, Mary, for you have found favor with God.
31 And behold, you will conceive in your womb and bring forth a Son, and shall call His name JESUS.
32 He will be great, and will be called the Son of the Highest; and the Lord God will give Him the throne of His father David.
33 And He will reign over the house of Jacob forever, and of His kingdom there will be no end.”
34 Then Mary said to the angel, “How can this be, since I do not know a man?”
35 And the angel answered and said to her, “The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Highest will overshadow you; therefore, also, that Holy One who is to be born will be called the Son of God.
36 Now indeed, Elizabeth your relative has also conceived a son in her old age; and this is now the sixth month for her who was called barren.
37 For with God nothing will be impossible.”
Our unbelief is the hindrance to miracles operating in our life and all the writings we present are intended to eliminate unbelief at a personal level. There is no reason to defer to the faith of others when FATHER gave each of us the ability to walk in HIS Power and Authority. Mary was not in any ministry nor is there any evidence of her being an expert in the Law. She simply had found favor with Our Heavenly Father and HE blessed her. FATHER is no respecter of persons so we can expect to be highly favored as well.
Each of us has the capacity to believe else FATHER would not have sent HIS Word to all of mankind. When Jesus ministered on the earth, all who believed were healed. When the disciples ministered healing, the only issue confronting their success was that of unbelief. Jesus confirmed this in Matthew chapter 17:
14 And when they had come to the multitude, a man came to Him, kneeling down to Him and saying,
15 “Lord, have mercy on my son, for he is an epileptic and suffers severely; for he often falls into the fire and often into the water.
16 So I brought him to Your disciples, but they could not cure him.”
17 Then Jesus answered and said, “O faithless and perverse generation, how long shall I be with you? How long shall I bear with you? Bring him here to Me.”
18 And Jesus rebuked the demon, and it came out of him; and the child was cured from that very hour.
19 Then the disciples came to Jesus privately and said, “Why could we not cast it out?”
20 So Jesus said to them, “Because of your unbelief; for assuredly, I say to you, if you have faith as a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you.
21 However, this kind does not go out except by prayer and fasting.”
The world system understands the nature of man and uses it to manipulate mankind. They will repeatedly feed you a lie until you finally believe the lie to be the truth. This has been successfully used by the “media” for years. They have been able to sway public opinion to support their nefarious activities for decades. Everybody believes “something” and if it conflicts with FATHER’S Word, then you are walking in unbelief of THE TRUTH. We are being bombarded with commercials depicting pharmaceuticals as being the answer to our ailments yet they only treat symptoms. This alternative to FATHER’S Word concerning healing promotes unbelief.
What are we consistently dwelling on? FATHER’S Word or the world’s alternative solutions? Jesus told us the answer in dealing with unbelief- prayer and fasting. By focusing on communing with FATHER and denying our flesh of external input, we will remove unbelief from our midst. If we fully trust and rely on FATHER’s Word, nothing will be impossible. If one spends all day exposed to the world’s opinions and just a few minutes dwelling on FATHER’S Word, what will be the result? I find that the more time I dwell on FATHER’S Word, the less I am interested in the world’s various forms of media and their solutions to problems. I am only interested in walking according FATHER’S miracle-working power rather than the world’s empty promises of success. As I draw closer to FATHER, any unbelief is removed for there is no unbelief in the Throne Room. As Jesus said “Blessed are the pure in heart, For they shall see God.” (Matthew 5:8)
