We All Have Some Level Of Faith

We walk in some level of faith everyday.  We have faith when we use our telephones even though most of us do not understand how they can send and receive voice and data signals.  We have faith in the sun appearing in the east each morning even though we do not have a detailed understanding of how it can be so reliable.  There are many other examples of our faith and trust operating throughout each day.  In order to receive our salvation we had to once again exercise our faith in other areas:

Have faith in GOD.

Have faith in HIS Word

Have faith in Jesus Christ and His sacrificial death on the cross

We heard FATHER’S Word in the area of salvation, we believed, and we responded in faith.  Paul wrote by THE SPIRIT in Romans chapter 1:

16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek.

17 For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written, “The just shall live by faith.”

We spend our lifetimes operating in faith at some level so when we have heard the Good News, it is not unreasonable to expect our redemption to take place.  Why do we not embrace the other redemptive promises of FATHER?  Redemption is a gift from FATHER, not something we earned.  Paul further wrote in Ephesians chapter 2:

8 For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God,

9 not of works, lest anyone should boast.

10 For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.

We have been informed that we are HIS workmanship and created for good works so we should make this our primary focus.  As we embrace the other redemptive promises of FATHER, we are better able to fulfill all the good works we were intended to perform.  Faith is a vital key to fulfilling our purpose.  It is written by THE SPIRIT in Hebrews chapter 11:

6 But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.

Diligence is a key word in the above passage.  The diligence means “careful attention, unremitting application, persistent endeavor.”  Everyone wants to be rewarded in some manner.  FATHER has revealed what action we should take to be pleasing unto HIM.  Those who are not diligent will miss out on HIS rewards which are tied to HIS redemptive promises.  Being an overcomer requires personal commitment even though some think otherwise.  FATHER’S Divine Intent gives way to our individual right of choice because HE wants us to choose to serve the Kingdom rather than be a slave.

As we walk according to The Way of Jesus Christ, we will become pleasing to FATHER and in turn we enable HIM to operate in our lives by providing all our needs according to HIS riches.  Let us direct our faith toward HIM and HIS promises rather than the world and its empty or temporary promises.  When our faith is directed toward the Word of GOD, good fruit is produced in our lives.  Those who walk in agape Love desire good fruit to feed others who are in need.  Let our faith become energized because we walk in Love and desire to be blessings to others.  What a great use of our faith!
