Jesus expressly stated His ministry of Love in Luke chapter 4:
18 “The Spirit of the LORD is upon Me,
Because He has anointed Me
To preach the gospel to the poor;
He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted,
To proclaim liberty to the captives
And recovery of sight to the blind,
To set at liberty those who are oppressed;
19 To proclaim the acceptable year of the LORD.”
Given this declaration which originated from FATHER, we must not give credence to any alternative, physical solutions to the issues Jesus described. Jesus clearly had no issue with the physicians of His day or He would have surely expressed it when He healed the woman with the issue of blood in Luke chapter 8:
43 Now a woman, having a flow of blood for twelve years, who had spent all her livelihood on physicians and could not be healed by any,
44 came from behind and touched the border of His garment. And immediately her flow of blood stopped.
45 And Jesus said, “Who touched Me?” When all denied it, Peter and those with him said, “Master, the multitudes throng and press You, and You say, ‘Who touched Me?’ ”
46 But Jesus said, “Somebody touched Me, for I perceived power going out from Me.”
47 Now when the woman saw that she was not hidden, she came trembling; and falling down before Him, she declared to Him in the presence of all the people the reason she had touched Him and how she was healed immediately.
48 And He said to her, “Daughter, be of good cheer; your faith has made you well. Go in peace.”
Is it FATHER’S Divine Intent of Love for us to spend all of our livelihood on alternatives to FATHER’S expressed Intent to heal? Those who are fearful are of little faith (Matthew 8:26). Stephen is described in Acts chapter 6 of being full of faith:
8 And Stephen, full of faith and power, did great wonders and signs among the people
Barnabas was also full of faith and in Acts chapter 11 we see the fruit:
22 Then news of these things came to the ears of the church in Jerusalem, and they sent out Barnabas to go as far as Antioch.
23 When he came and had seen the grace of God, he was glad, and encouraged them all that with purpose of heart they should continue with the Lord.
24 For he was a good man, full of the Holy Spirit and of faith. And a great many people were added to the Lord.
Consider the results of strong faith- Many are saved, the sick are healed, demons are cast out, great signs results, and the dead are raised. How committed are we to building our faith up? What will we set aside in order to focus on building up great faith? Let us read, study, and meditate on HIS Word until our faith is built up and be declared by Our Lord Jesus Christ to be “great” faith. With great faith we will be able to deal with any physical problem before us, whether at a personal level or someone who comes in need. The result of great faith will drawn people into The Kingdom and that is what it is all about.
