Kingdom Economy: Part 1

Giving from the heart is a form of Love, worship, and honoring GOD!

Never be compelled to give by men for their demand is from the soulish realm and will promote guilt rather than Love.  My wife and I only give as The Holy Spirit leads us, not out of duty.  As a result of obedience, we are cheerful givers, and we enter the Kingdom’s monetary system.

When I write to you about the Kingdom monetary system, it is to increase your understanding which changes your mindset.  It is vital that you grasp the Divine Intent of The Word.  If your mindset isn’t being changed (enlightened), then you are missing the point.  Don’t hold onto an indefensible, soulish position.

Paul wrote by The Holy Spirit in 2nd Corinthians chapter 8:

Beloved ones, we must tell you about the grace God poured out upon the churches of Macedonia.

2 For even during a season of severe difficulty, tremendous suffering, and extreme poverty, their super-abundant joy overflowed into an act of extravagant generosity.

Don’t ever base your giving on your current, perceived financial position.  I had to overcome this at an early age when I was tested in the financial wilderness.  That is a story for another time.

3 For I can verify that they spontaneously gave, not only according to their means but far beyond what they could afford.

4 They actually begged us for the privilege of sharing in this ministry of giving to God’s Holy people who are living in poverty.

Their giving activated a response from FATHER on their behalf.

5 They exceeded our expectations by first dedicating themselves fully to the Lord and then to us, according to God’s pleasure.

6 That is why we appealed to Titus, since he was the one who got you started and encouraged you to give, so he could help you complete this generous undertaking on your behalf.

7 You do well and excel in every respect—in unstoppable faith, in powerful preaching, in revelation knowledge, in your passionate devotion, and in sharing the Love we have shown to you. So make sure that you also excel in grace-filled generosity.

Does FATHER see you as generous or do you have a mindset of scarcity.  These writings are intended to assist you in moving toward complete peace no matter what your current financial state.  My wife and I have given our way out of financial lack.  We were not working a system but were truly seeking to be led by The Holy Spirit in all areas.

8 I’m not saying this as though I were issuing an order but to stir you to greater Love by mentioning the enthusiasm of the Macedonians as a challenge to you.

9 For you have experienced the extravagant grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that although He was infinitely rich, He impoverished himself for our sake, so that by His poverty, we become rich beyond measure.

Jesus provided us with His own example.  How serious are we about coming into full maturity as Sons and Daughters?  As they say, “Talk is cheap!”

10 So here are my thoughts concerning this matter, and it’s in your best interests. Since you made such a good start last year, both in the grace of giving and in your longing to give,

11 you should finish what you started. You were so eager in your intentions to give, so go do it. Finish this act of worship according to your ability to give.

12 For if the intention and desire are there, the size of the gift doesn’t matter. Your gift is fully acceptable to God according to what you have, not what you don’t have.

Never compare your giving to someone else!!!

13 I’m not saying this in order to ease someone else’s load by overloading you, but as a matter of fair balance.

14 Your surplus could meet their need, and their abundance may one day meet your need. This equal sharing of abundance will mean a fair balance.

15 As it is written:

The one who gathered much didn’t have too much, and the one who gathered little didn’t have too little.

Paul quoted Exodus chapter 16:

15  So when the children of Israel saw it, they said to one another, “What is it?” For they did not know what it was. And Moses said to them, “This is the bread which the LORD has given you to eat.

16 This is the thing which the LORD has commanded: ‘Let every man gather it according to each one’s need, one omer for each person, according to the number of persons; let every man take for those who are in his tent.'”

17 Then the children of Israel did so and gathered, some more, some less.

18 So when they measured it by omers, he who gathered much had nothing left over, and he who gathered little had no lack. Every man had gathered according to each one’s need.

FATHER has not changed HIS Divine Intent or position on giving to others in need.
