{"id":12058,"date":"2025-05-11T03:57:00","date_gmt":"2025-05-11T08:57:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/servias.org\/?p=12058"},"modified":"2025-05-05T08:59:34","modified_gmt":"2025-05-05T13:59:34","slug":"renewing-our-mind","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/servias.org\/?p=12058","title":{"rendered":"Renewing Our Mind"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a><em>A renewed mind is the Mind of Christ!<\/em><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A transformed mind transforms a person.&nbsp; We are meant to access Heaven\u2019s solutions to the problems we encounter here on earth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Paul wrote by The Holy Spirit in Romans chapter 12:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. 2 And do not be conformed to this world, but <strong>be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In other Words, stop imitating the ideals and opinions of the culture around you, but be inwardly transformed by the Holy Spirit through a total reformation of how you think. <strong>This will empower you to discern God\u2019s will<\/strong> as you live a beautiful life, satisfying and perfect in His Eyes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">What is the Will of GOD?&nbsp; Jesus stated it quite clearly as He spoke in Matthew chapter 6:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">10 Your Kingdom come. <strong>Your Will be done On earth as it is in Heaven<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The renewed mind proves the reality of Heaven on earth!&nbsp; The renewed mind puts on display the reality of GOD\u2019S Heart.&nbsp; Jesus demonstrated this reality as He had compassion on the multitudes and healed them all and set the captives free who had been demonized.&nbsp; We are to do the same.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And Jesus further spoke:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">33 \u201cSo above all, <strong><u>constantly seek God\u2019s Kingdom and His righteousness<\/u><\/strong>, then all these less important things will be given to you abundantly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The renewed mind sees the answer more than the problem.&nbsp; The enemy works to make us more aware of the problems we face than the solutions we carry.&nbsp; If we focus on the problems we face, we will live in reaction to those problems.&nbsp; We will live in <em>defense mode<\/em>.&nbsp; Jesus lived in response to THE FATHER.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Neither my anger nor my tenacity intimidates the devil.&nbsp; The Blood of Jesus is what intimidates the devil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Paul wrote by The Holy Spirit in Romans chapter 6:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4 Therefore we were buried with Him through baptism into death, that just as Christ was raised from the dead by the Glory of the Father, <strong><u>even so we also should walk in newness of life<\/u><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">11 So let it be the same way with you! Since you are now joined with him, <strong>you must continually view yourselves as dead and unresponsive to sin\u2019s appeal while <u>living daily for God\u2019s pleasure in union with Jesus, the Anointed One<\/u><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Great faith comes from great surrender.&nbsp; The renewed mind creates an opportunity for faith to flow.&nbsp; If you think on the Kingdom, you get the benefits of the Kingdom.&nbsp; <em>Whatever kingdom your thoughts reveal, that kingdom will be manifested in your life<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The adversary would attempt to bring up your past and keep you restrained from walking in a renewed mind.&nbsp; Paul dealt with that lie as he wrote by The Holy Spirit in Colossians chapter 2:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">12 For we\u2019ve been buried with Christ into His death. Our \u201cbaptism into death\u201d also means <strong>we were raised with Him when we believed in God\u2019s resurrection power, the power that raised Him from death\u2019s realm.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">13 This \u201crealm of death\u201d describes our former state, for we were held in sin\u2019s grasp. <strong>But now, we\u2019ve been resurrected out of that \u201crealm of death\u201d never to return, for we are forever alive and forgiven of all our sins!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">14 <strong><u>He canceled out every legal violation we had on our record<\/u> and the old arrest warrant that stood to indict us. He erased it all\u2014our sins, our stained soul\u2014He deleted it all and they cannot be retrieved!<\/strong> Everything we once were in Adam has been placed onto his cross and <strong><u>nailed permanently there as a public display of cancellation<\/u><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is vital that we embrace the fullness of what Christ did on our behalf so that we have no hindrance or obstacle to the renewing of our mind.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A renewed mind is the Mind of Christ!
