{"id":11920,"date":"2025-03-11T03:13:00","date_gmt":"2025-03-11T08:13:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/servias.org\/?p=11920"},"modified":"2025-02-24T08:14:39","modified_gmt":"2025-02-24T14:14:39","slug":"dont-look-back","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/servias.org\/?p=11920","title":{"rendered":"Don&#8217;t Look Back"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a><em>We must not look back to the past!<\/em><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The battleground of the enemy is over our mind\u2026 our thought life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Paul wrote by The Holy Spirit in Ephesians chapter 6:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">12 <strong>For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood<\/strong>, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">13 Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">14 Stand therefore, having girded your waist with <strong>Truth<\/strong>, having put on the breastplate of <strong>righteousness,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">15 and having shod your feet with the preparation of the <strong>Gospel of peace<\/strong>;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">16 above all, taking the shield of <strong>faith<\/strong> with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. [<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7 <strong>And take the <u>helmet of salvation<\/u>, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God<\/strong>;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">FATHER uses your obedience to shame the powers of darkness.&nbsp; Victory comes through us by The Holy Spirit operating in our lives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jesus spoke to the Samaritan woman in John chapter 4:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">13 Jesus answered, \u201cIf you drink from Jacob\u2019s well, you\u2019ll be thirsty again,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">14 but if anyone drinks the Living Water I give them, they will never be thirsty again. <strong>For when you drink the Water I give you, It becomes a gushing Fountain of the Holy Spirit, flooding you with Endless Life!<\/strong>\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Holy Spirit in us will bring forth endless Life to those who drink.&nbsp; The adversary cannot stop this flow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">23-24 From now on, worshiping the Father will not be a matter of the right place but with a right heart. For God is a Spirit, and He longs to have sincere worshipers Who adore Him <strong>in the realm of the Spirit and in Truth<\/strong>.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are to trust in the Word of GOD only which is absolute Truth.&nbsp; Anything else promotes a lie and we must not let such lies impede our progress toward maturity in Christ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We must not allow the enemy to occupy our minds, our thought life.&nbsp; Do you think that the enemy tried to keep Paul focusing on his past when he was an enemy of Christ, persecuting Christian?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He wrote by The Holy Spirit in 2<sup>nd<\/sup> Corinthians chapter 10:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3 For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4 For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God <strong>for pulling down strongholds<\/strong>,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5 casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, <strong><u>bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ<\/u><\/strong>,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6 and being ready to punish all disobedience when your obedience is fulfilled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Be assured that Paul had to bring every thought into captivity himself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your purpose that you have yet to enter into, is occupied by a lie.&nbsp; The enemy will attempt to raise up a stronghold against your purpose to make you think it is impossible for you to fulfill that aspect of your purpose.&nbsp; Else, you would already be in it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The adversary will attempt to use your past failures to convince you that you are not worthy to enter into your promise given by FATHER.&nbsp; The Promised Land is a picture of us coming into the fullness of GOD\u2019S Intent and purpose for our lives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jesus expects us to do greater works than Him.&nbsp; We can\u2019t do greater works until we have done the same works.&nbsp; Strongholds built on lies must be taken down.&nbsp; Jesus is drawing us into a possibility through promise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Paul spoke to Timothy this vital Truth as he recorded by The Holy Spirit in 1<sup>st<\/sup> Timothy chapter 1:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">18-19 So Timothy, my son, I am entrusting you with this responsibility, in <strong>keeping with the very first prophecies that were spoken over your life<\/strong>, and are now in the process of fulfillment in this great work of ministry, in keeping with the prophecies spoken over you. With this encouragement <strong><u>use your prophecies as weapons<\/u> as you wage spiritual warfare by faith and with a clean conscience<\/strong>. <strong>For there are many who reject these virtues and are now destitute of the True faith<\/strong>,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We all have been given promises through the Word of GOD that are yet to be fulfilled.&nbsp; We wage spiritual warfare by faith for these promises to manifest in our lives.&nbsp; A clean conscience is vital.&nbsp; The enemy wants to dredge up your past so that you will perceive that you don\u2019t have a clean conscience.&nbsp; That is a lie.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We must not look back to the past!
