Giving is one aspect of worship, it is not part of the Law.
Paul wrote by The Holy Spirit in 2nd Corinthians chapter 9:
5 That’s why I’ve requested that the brothers come before I do and make arrangements in advance for the substantial offering you pledged. Then it will be seen as a matter of generosity and not under pressure, as something you felt forced to do.
6 Here’s my point. A stingy sower will reap a meager harvest, but the one who sows from a generous spirit will reap an abundant harvest.
7 Let giving flow from your heart, not from a sense of religious duty. Let it spring up freely from the joy of giving—all because God loves hilarious generosity!
We welcome all cheerful givers to contribute to this ministry for we are simply conduits to help those in need. My wife and I give every month out of joy for FATHER has, is, and will continue to provide us with an abundant harvest. I trust those who give to Servias are experiencing similar blessings. If not, verse 6 is yours to demand and expect. Resources await our demand to move from a static state to deployment.
Paul, who was an expert in the Law, express the Truth that giving was not a part of the Law else he would have stated it. In fact, a generous giver is actually worshipping THE LORD when he or she autonomously gives to one of FATHER’S ministries out of Love. Such a form of giving acknowledges that FATHER is deserving of our giving above all else. After all, HE doesn’t need the money.
8 Yes, God is more than ready to overwhelm you with every form of grace, so that you will have more than enough of everything—every moment and in every way. He will make you overflow with abundance in every good thing you do.
FATHER takes on the responsibility to provide us with overflowing abundance in all that we set our hand to. HE is not going to rain money from Heaven but HE will provide the means here on earth to bless each of us.
9 Just as the Scriptures say about the one who trusts in Him: Because he has sown extravagantly and given to the poor, his kindness and generous deeds will never be forgotten.
This passage is central to those who give to Servias. We give the proceeds to the poor, specifically to the Kids In Need. Your giving will not be forgotten by FATHER and HE will reward you accordingly, both here and in Heaven.
Paul referenced Psalm 112:
9 He has dispersed abroad, He has given to the poor; His righteousness endures forever; His horn will be exalted with honor.
What an extravagant opportunity FATHER has given to us!
10 This generous God Who supplies abundant seed for the farmer, which becomes bread for our meals, is even more extravagant toward you. First He supplies every need, plus more. Then He multiplies the seed as you sow it, so that the harvest of your generosity will grow.
11 You will be abundantly enriched in every way as you give generously on every occasion, for when we take your gifts to those in need, it causes many to give thanks to God.
12 The priestly ministry you are providing through your offering not only supplies what is lacking for God’s people, it inspires an outpouring of praises and thanksgiving to God Himself.
When you and I give, we are providing a true priestly ministry on FATHER’S behalf. True priests lead the rest of the people into genuine worship of THE LORD. What a blessing!
