Eliminate Unbelief

For a period of time, I found myself on coast rather than walking and operating in a greater level of faith.  It was a subtle transition when I focused on the physical more than the spiritual.  I didn’t plan to move in that direction, I was deceived in a very slight change in priorities and I did not realize what happened until FATHER had a corrective interview with me in a Loving manner.

Since then, FATHER has opened up more revelation of HIS Word to me and I share much of it with you, the reader.  There is no need for you to go through the same situation if you will heed what FATHER is showing you through my past experiences.  Experience is NOT the best teacher!

You cannot be passive in your relationship with FATHER if you are to expect to become a mature Son or Daughter of GOD.  I desire to walk in great faith so I repented of my period of being on coast and reestablished my focus on walking in great faith.

We have yet to have a substantial revelation concerning the goodness of Our Heavenly Father.

If I had a greater understanding of HIS goodness, I would have never allowed myself to slack off in any area of my life.  Instead, My passion would have been at a much greater level, to the point of being totally passionate in pursuing an intimacy that the world cannot even contemplate.

Mature Sons and Daughters are called to meet the needs of others today. Healing and finances are at the top of the list.

Matthew recorded Jesus’ Words in chapter 17:

14 They came to where a large crowd had gathered to wait for Jesus. A man came and knelt before him 15 and said, “Lord, please show your tender mercy toward my son. He has a demon who afflicts him. He has epilepsy, and he suffers horribly from seizures. He often falls into the cooking fire or into the river. 16 I brought him to Your followers, but they weren’t able to heal him.”

Jesus was not pleased with any of the twelve disciples.  They had yet to walk in the necessary maturity in faith to deal with this particular demon.  The man knew it and they knew it as well.

17 Jesus replied, “Where is your faith? Can’t you see how wayward and wrong this generation is?  How much longer do I stay with you and put up with your doubts? Bring your son to Me.”

Jesus did not cut them any slack when it came time to walk in the power and authority He gave them.  He did not pamper them as is often done today.  He did not tolerate their lack of performance concerning the man’s son.

18 Then Jesus rebuked the demon and it came out of him and the boy was instantly healed!

The demon was no match for Jesus and should have been no match for the disciples.  Jesus expects us to be not only diligent in moving toward full maturity but also fervent.  Jesus will not tolerate lukewarmness any longer.  Trust these words, we have been put on notice.

The average church does not even believe in miracles else they would be experiencing miracles in their services.  They place their trust in pharmaceuticals instead.  They don’t recognize the authority Our Heavenly Father has given us thus they don’t see anything happening in their services.  Strobe lights and smoke will not bring the healing power into the congregation.

19 Later the disciples came to Him privately and asked, “Why couldn’t we cast out the demon?”

With that question, the disciples believed that it was GOD’S will for this healing to take place and they not only believed they had the power and authority to cure the boy, they expected the boy to be immediately healed.

In Matthew chapter 10, they had already been given power and authority to heal ALL disease and cast out ALL demons without exception.  When they went out among the people in chapter 10, they returned rejoicing for they saw every single person healed.  Not now.  At least they asked Jesus the right question.

Jesus explained the issue:

20 So Jesus said to them, “Because of your unbelief; for assuredly, I say to you, if you have faith as a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you. 21 However, this kind does not go out except by prayer and fasting.”

Faith is not the issue since we have all been given the measure of faith deposited within us.  The disciples were moved by the apparent symptoms plaguing the boy and produced by the demon.  They were intimidated which produced unbelief!  We are not to be moved by what we see, hear, feel, taste, or smell.  They were moved by what they saw and heard.  Jesus wasn’t.

We must mature to the point where our five physical senses do not determine the outcome of ministry to those in need of healing.  We must not allow unbelief to prevent us from our individual callings.

How do you reach that point?  Jesus plainly tells us: ”But this kind is cast out only through prayer and fasting.”

James had clearly learned his lesson when he wrote by The Holy Spirit in his epistle in chapter 5:

15 And the prayer of faith will heal the sick and the Lord will raise them up, and if they have committed sins they will be forgiven.

16 Confess and acknowledge how you have offended one another and then pray for one another to be instantly healed, for tremendous power is released through the passionate, heartfelt prayer of a Godly believer!

Fasting will expose offenses that need to be dealt with since they will hinder your walk.  Passionate, fervent prayer releases tremendous power.  It is time we walked in such power and authority.

What is your level of commitment to attain a level of maturity where you can heal ALL manner of disease and cast out ALL demons?  These writing are meant to move you to that level of maturity.  However, it takes your full commitment.  I’m committed.  Why else would I continue to write with such expectations for all who want to become mature Sons and Daughters?

You would not continue to read these blogs if you weren’t meant to attain such maturity.  You are being drawn by The Holy Spirit so just yield to The Holy Spirit and bring your soul and body into full subjection.  We have permanent access into the Spiritual.

Paul wrote by The Holy Spirit in Romans chapter 5:

1 Our GOD-given faith in Jesus transfers God’s righteousness to us and He now declares us flawless in His eyes. This means we can now enjoy true and lasting peace with God, all because of what our Lord Jesus, the Anointed One, has done for us. 2 Our GOD-given faith guarantees us permanent access into this marvelous kindness that has given us a perfect relationship with God. What incredible joy bursts forth within us as we keep on celebrating our hope of experiencing God’s glory!

3 But that’s not all! Even in times of trouble we have a joyful confidence, knowing that our pressures will develop in us patient endurance. 4 And patient endurance will refine our character, and proven character leads us back to hope. 5 And this hope is not a disappointing fantasy, because we can now experience the endless Love of God cascading into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who lives in us!

We have been given permanent access to FATHER’S Love so let us walk in it and be an advertisement to others.  They will then be drawn to us for the Kingdom’s sake. Now is the time to remove unbelief and not allow demons to get away with anything else.
