Don’t Be Derailed

The adversary wants to derail you from your destiny.  When he realizes that you are aware of his devices, you will most likely be challenged.  However, fear not!  Make no permanent decision based on a temporary situation.

The Holy Spirit recorded in Psalm 46:

10 Be still, and know that I am God;

I will be exalted among the nations,

I will be exalted in the earth!

Expressed in a powerful way:

10 Surrender your anxiety!

Be silent and stop your striving and you will see that I am God.

I am the God above all the nations,

and I will be exalted throughout the whole earth.

When challenged, I first pray in The Holy Spirit and await instructions on how to respond to the adversary’s challenges.  Yes, I know it can be difficult to be still and wait but we must not allow the noise to keep us from hearing FATHER.  We should not make a rash decision based on emotion.

When we are being challenged, we must ask the question:  Is this a trial or a test, or did I open the door to the enemy?  Did I give the adversary “legal right” over part of my life thus creating a stronghold that needs to be broken?

A trial tends to be a lengthy situation whereas a test is a shorter season of attack.  How you react will either glorify FATHER or open the door to the enemy.  Does your response bring peace?

Our victory was won at the Cross of Jesus Christ thus we have an enforceable Covenant to stand on.  However, if you don’t know your legal rights, you will be frequently challenged by the enemy and be hoodwinked into responding wrong.

Communion with GOD is the one thing the adversary cannot deal with.  This is why we are to exalt FATHER daily and take true communion which exalts our covenant with Our Lord Jesus Christ.

We will go through tests and trials but we are not give in to those tests or trials else we have given the adversary legal right to our own spiritual territory.  We are to keep our eyes on Jesus as we go through these challenges and not let them break our Communion with FATHER.  We may temporarily suffer in the area or areas of attack but our trust must remain in our Covenant with Our Lord Jesus Christ.  In essence, we cannot allow ourselves to be moved by the circumstances.

The Love of Jesus Christ will always complete you.  There is no other person who can do this and this is why His Love is to be exalted above all.

Paul wrote by The Holy Spirit in 1 Timothy chapter 1:

18–19 So Timothy, my son, I am entrusting you with this responsibility, in keeping with the very first prophecies that were spoken over your life, and are now in the process of fulfillment in this great work of ministry, in keeping with the prophecies spoken over you. With this encouragement use your prophecies as weapons as you wage spiritual warfare by faith and with a clean conscience. For there are many who reject these virtues and are now destitute of the true faith, 20 such as Hymenaeus and Alexander who have fallen away. I have delivered them both over to Satan to be rid of them and to teach them to no longer blaspheme!

We are called to be proactive in our walk with Jesus.  We are not to rest on yesterday’s anointing.  FATHER has invested HIS gifts in you and me.  We are to cultivate those gifts every day and take spiritual territory.  Otherwise, we will lose ground for there is no status quo in the spirit realm.  We are either moving forward or we are moving backward.

Those of us who have received prophecies are to “wage spiritual warfare” by faith.  Those prophecies are conditional are require our unwavering faith to bring them into reality.  They set an expectation and direction for us to pursue as part of our destiny.  We must develop into Spiritual maturity to ensure those prophecies come forth.  It is never too late to pursue them.

Jesus spoke concerning the lazy steward in Matthew chapter 25:

24 “Then the one who had been entrusted with one thousand gold coins came to his master and said, ‘Look, sir. I know that you are a hard man to please and you’re a shrewd and ruthless businessman who grows rich on the backs of others. 25 I was afraid of you, so I went and hid your money and buried it in the ground. But here it is—take it, it’s yours.’

26 “Angered by what he heard, the master said to him, ‘You’re an untrustworthy and lazy servant! If you knew I was a shrewd and ruthless business man who always makes a profit, why didn’t you deposit my money in the bank? 27 Then I would have received it all back with interest when I returned. 28 But because you were unfaithful, I will take the one thousand gold coins and give them to the one who has ten thousand. 29 For the one who has will be given more, until he overflows with abundance. And the one with hardly anything, even what little he has will be taken from him.’

30 “Then the master said to his other servants, ‘Now, throw that good-for-nothing servant far away from me into the outer darkness, where there will be great misery and anguish!’”

We are to do things that have value to The Kingdom.  At the same time, we are to renounce any and all declarations of death attached to us.  As a believer, I have the right and authority to proclaim life thus anything spoken over me that promotes death must be dealt with in a declaration confirming my covenant with FATHER.

If there are generational curses attached to my family line, I must renounce them and speak life.  In doing this, I break the curses that have been handed down.  We are in a fight so we cannot just sit around expecting FATHER to do what we have been commissioned to do for HIM.  We must exercise our faith and act!

Paul also wrote by The Holy Spirit in 1 Timothy chapter 6:

11 Timothy, you are GOD’S man, so run from all these errors. Instead, chase after true holiness, justice, faithfulness, Love, hope, and tender humility. 12 So fight with faith for the winner’s prize! Lay your hands upon Eternal life, for this is your calling—celebrating in faith before the multitude of witnesses!

The devil has a plot but GOD has a plan.  A plot is a plan made in secret by a group of people to do something illegal or harmful.  FATHER’S plan is to bring forth The Kingdom and take all the territory of the adversary.  We are to carry out HIS plan in an active manner.  Let us not be “derailed” when walking out our individual destinies.
