Fear Of The LORD

Isaiah wrote by THE SPIRIT in chapter 11:

1 There shall come forth a Rod from the stem of Jesse, And a Branch shall grow out of his roots.

2 The Spirit of the LORD shall rest upon Him, The Spirit of wisdom and understanding,

The Spirit of counsel and might, The Spirit of knowledge and of the [reverential and obedient] fear of THE LORD.

3 His delight is in the fear of the LORD, And He shall not judge by the sight of His eyes, Nor decide by the hearing of His ears;

4 But with righteousness He shall judge the poor, And decide with equity for the meek of the earth; He shall strike the earth with the rod of His mouth, And with the breath of His lips He shall slay the wicked.

5 Righteousness shall be the belt of His loins, And faithfulness the belt of His waist.

Our true understanding of the reverential and obedient fear of THE LORD will come to full maturity as we progress and mature in the other qualities of walking in THE SPIRIT.  As we increase in true wisdom and understanding, we are able to walk in The Spirit of counsel and might.  How can we give counsel without adequate wisdom and understanding?  Sadly, most people today do not seek out GODLY wisdom and understanding in their daily decision-making.  The immature tend to think they already have sufficient worldly wisdom and understanding to proceed with life-changing decisions and then wonder why they are enslaved by their own decisions and actions.  They will generally ask for advice from someone who will simply be a second witness to their poor decision or plan.  They fail to seek advice from those who have produced good spiritual fruit in the area of inquiry.

THE SPIRIT wrote in Proverbs chapter 11:

14 Where there is no counsel, the people fall;

But in the multitude of counselors there is safety.

A key to this verse is finding the counselors who are mature and led by THE SPIRIT rather than those who have walked in a life of folly and have no good fruit to show for their past decisions.  As we mature in the Spirit of counsel, we will walk in greater strength and be “strong and confident” in THE LORD.  This will lead to greater knowledge in the ways of Our Heavenly Father and along with wisdom and understanding, true reverential and obedient fear of THE LORD will be fully realized in the deepest sense.

We must see and discern with faculties that are beyond the natural. We must see and understand by the Seven Spirits of GOD. Our minds must be renewed by the Spirit of Jesus, as we abide in Him and He in us. Only then can we judge righteously, and become that Testimony of Jesus in the earth that FATHER desires.  He shall not judge after the sight of His eyes. O how we need that Spirit of Wisdom and Understanding, the Spirit of Counsel and Might, the Spirit of Knowledge and of the Fear of the Lord, if we are going to judge righteous judgment as Jesus intended! And that is why He is now enthroned in the heavens — that the same Spirit that was in Him might be poured out upon His chosen ones, the remnant, that there might be a continuation of His anointed ministry here in the earth.

FATHER is patiently dealing with the toxic tares growing in the field while HIS Called-Out Ones are maturing.  Would it be reasonable to say that until we have fully experienced the fear of THE LORD, we are still in the maturing process?
