HIS Workmanship

Paul wrote by THE SPIRIT in Ephesians chapter 2:

8 For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God,

9 not of works, lest anyone should boast.

10 For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.

Each of us has a unique history of interaction with family, friends, and acquaintances.  Some of those people may have spoken doubt and negativity over us to such a degree that we assumed they were correct in their assessment.  Those words and thoughts must be removed from our hearts and minds.  How do we do this?  By learning to trust FATHER’S Word spoken to us and about us knowing that HIS Word is far superior to any word spoken by man.  His Word has power and authority behind it whereas man’s word is only as effective as the recipient allows it to be.  When we are young, we tend to accept words spoken over us without considering we could reject their intent.

We are HIS Workmanship created for good works.  We must embrace that Truth above everything else that has been spoken over us throughout our lives.  FATHER is the Creator and has the right to create us for any purpose HE sees fit.  If we have deep-seated beliefs that conflict with this Truth, then we must dwell and meditate on the above passage until it becomes more alive than anything else in our hearts and minds.

FATHER has given us gifts to operate in.  These gifts are not given because we earned them but are given to fulfill HIS Divine Intent of Love.  Our responsibility is to operate in what has been assigned to us individually.  We do not have to take on the responsibility for acquiring gifts since FATHER has take on that task HIMSELF.  We simply need to be led by HIS SPIRIT.

In Ephesians chapter 3:

14 For this reason I bow my knees to the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ,

15 from whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named,

16 that He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with might through His Spirit in the inner man,

17 that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; that you, being rooted and grounded in love,

18 may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the width and length and depth and height—

19 to know the love of Christ which passes knowledge; that you may be filled with all the fullness of God.

As we come to fully trust FATHER’S Word, we will be rooted and grounded in Love which will also increase our comprehension.  As we mature, we will be filled with the fullness of FATHER and HIS Workmanship will express itself to those whom we minister.  This will promote the good works we were created to perform.
