HIS Eyes Are On The Righteous

By THE SPIRIT Peter wrote in chapter 3 of his first epistle:

8 Finally, all of you be of one mind, having compassion for one another; love as brothers, be tenderhearted, be courteous;

9 not returning evil for evil or reviling for reviling, but on the contrary blessing, knowing that you were called to this, that you may inherit a blessing.

10 For

“He who would love life

And see good days, Let him refrain his tongue from evil,

And his lips from speaking deceit.

11 Let him turn away from evil and do good;

Let him seek peace and pursue it.

12 For the eyes of the LORD are on the righteous,

And His ears are open to their prayers;

But the face of the LORD is against those who do evil.”

FATHER has called us to walk in harmony with one another rather than look for what may divide us.  Each of us are at a different level of maturity and those who are more mature are called to be longsuffering with those who are still struggling in their walk.  We must be vigilant in our thoughts and words not to repay evil with evil but instead be compassionate with one another for we are all in this together.  Instead of repaying evil with evil, bless-that’s your job, to bless. You’ll be a blessing and also receive a blessing from FATHER.  Yes, we will reap what we sow.

Jesus proclaimed those with a pure heart shall see FATHER and FATHER’S Eyes are on those who have a pure heart.  Since we speak out of the abundance of our heart, we will no longer allow deceit to come forth from our lips.  We must avoid any words which promote evil.  Instead let our words promote Love and life.

In order to seek peace and pursue it, our action is required.  We must take the initiative concerning others for the mature must lead the weak toward the Light of the world.  As we walk accordingly, FATHER will hear our prayers for HIS Eyes remain fixed upon us.  James by THE SPIRIT wrote in chapter 5:

13 Is anyone among you suffering? Let him pray. Is anyone cheerful? Let him sing psalms.

14 Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord.

15 And the prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise him up. And if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven.

16 Confess your trespasses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much.

There are those who worry when the challenges arise and there are those who lead people through the challenges we face.  Let us rise up to the standard of our Elder Brother and lead the sheep into still waters.  FATHER is not far from us but intently gazing on our acts and supporting us as we walk in Love.  Let us be fervent in all that we do and not let our Love grow cold.
