I Will Bless You

We often try to limit FATHER by restricting HIM with our understanding and perspective.  We will latch on to a particular verse that fits our view and fail to look at the big picture.  In Psalm 103 we are provided a subtle difference in perspective:

7  He made known his ways unto Moses, his acts unto the children of Israel.

When man lives in scarcity it is due to there being a hindrance in the flow from Heaven for in Heaven there is no scarcity or lack whatsoever.  FATHER’S creative power provides for any and all requirements to sustain life and light hence HE is known as THE CREATOR.  How is it we call HIM FATHER and fail to acknowledge a most fundamental aspect of HIM being Provider?

Lack and scarcity are manmade temporary states of condition.  Before the Old Covenant,  FATHER made an emphatic statement to Abraham in Genesis chapter 12:

1 Now the LORD had said to Abram:

“Get out of your country,

From your family

And from your father’s house,

To a land that I will show you.

2 I will make you a great nation;

I will bless you

And make your name great;

And you shall be a blessing.

3 I will bless those who bless you,

And I will curse him who curses you;

And in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed.”

Blessing denotes favor, prosperity, and increase in all areas of your life.  It does not mean lack, sickness, and scarcity.  Abraham needed to respond to FATHER’S Word and depart from his current place and situation (or state) so that he could receive the fullness of the blessing from FATHER.  Those who cursed Abraham would be cursed themselves.  The curses would include a list referred to in Deuteronomy chapter 28:

16 “Cursed shall you be in the city, and cursed shall you be in the country.

17 “Cursed shall be your basket and your kneading bowl.

18 “Cursed shall be the fruit of your body and the produce of your land, the increase of your cattle and the offspring of your flocks.

19 “Cursed shall you be when you come in, and cursed shall you be when you go out.

20 “The LORD will send on you cursing, confusion, and rebuke in all that you set your hand to do, until you are destroyed and until you perish quickly, because of the wickedness of your doings in which you have forsaken Me.

21 The LORD will make the plague cling to you until He has consumed you from the land which you are going to possess.

22 The LORD will strike you with consumption, with fever, with inflammation, with severe burning fever, with the sword, with scorching, and with mildew; they shall pursue you until you perish.”

Has FATHER changed since HE spoke these Words to Abraham or the children of Israel?  Not at all.  HE went further to reconcile us by sending HIS first begotten Son to reveal HIS Love for us, further revealing HIS Divine Intent of Love behind HIS Words of blessing.  HE did not negate blessing and prosperity.  The problem with prosperity is when man perverts it for his own selfish use rather than the Intent FATHER has endorsed.  As we embrace blessing with the intent of Love, we will open up the storehouses of Heaven that await those who walk in Love and operate in faith.  We must fully trust FATHER and HIS Word to bring forth provision to establish the Kingdom in a supernatural manner.  We must shed the orientation to lack, sickness, and disease as though HE is unable to deliver us out of calamity.  Each of us is just one Divinely imparted thought away from the solution to our problem.
