Loss of Peace

In Romans chapter 3 verse 17, the Apostle Paul quotes from verse 8 of the following passage in Isaiah chapter 59:

4 No one calls for justice, Nor does any plead for truth.

They trust in empty words and speak lies; They conceive evil and bring forth iniquity.

5 They hatch vipers’ eggs and weave the spider’s web;

He who eats of their eggs dies, And from that which is crushed a viper breaks out.

6 Their webs will not become garments, Nor will they cover themselves with their works;

Their works are works of iniquity, And the act of violence is in their hands.

7 Their feet run to evil, And they make haste to shed innocent blood;

Their thoughts are thoughts of iniquity; Wasting and destruction are in their paths.

8 The way of peace they have not known, And there is no justice in their ways;

They have made themselves crooked paths; Whoever takes that way shall not know peace.

There are many paths toward destruction but only one narrow path leads us to The Way, The Truth, and The Life and this path is the path of peace.  The above passage reveals the words and works of those who are on that path of death and destruction and only by the light of the Word will they be saved from certain destruction.  FATHER brought forth the Law to reveal the deeds of the flesh so mankind would know of the path to righteousness.  Jesus is our Standard by which all are compared.

Men have been attempting to dilute the importance of Jesus Christ in their lives.  They have attempted to remove Biblical-based reminders in the public arena as though if the Ten Commandments were removed from public buildings, they would be of less effect and value to society.  Those Commandments continue to reveal wickedness to this very day.  The Scriptures have been the basis of the moral fiber of this country since its inception and those who are perverse manipulate the laws to remove any and all aspects of Biblical Truths.  They do this to justify their unrighteousness.  The ultimate result is the loss of peace.

Redefining marriage does not change its meaning in Scripture.  Man cannot redefine righteousness and though he may try to, there will continue a Remnant protected by FATHER to insure that the true Standard of righteousness will not fall but will be raised up as a light unto the world.  In Philippians chapter 4, Paul writes:

6 Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God;

7 and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

Those with no peace are filled with anxiety which breeds violence.  A well-known trend forecaster says- Those who have lost everything have nothing to lose and will lost it!   They will become desperate when an economic collapse arrives and will become violent in order to eat.  This is already occurring in many countries where man’s wisdom has dug a deep economic hole.  The only answer is found in Heaven and only those who have fully aligned themselves with FATHER will have the answers needed by the world.

At some point, leaders will seek out those of the Remnant.  Proverbs chapter 1 prophesies of this event:

20 Wisdom shouts in the street, She lifts her voice in the square;

21 At the head of the noisy streets she cries out; At the entrance of the gates in the city she utters her sayings:

22 “How long, O naive ones, will you love being simple-minded? And scoffers delight themselves in scoffing And fools hate knowledge?

23 “Turn to my reproof, Behold, I will pour out my spirit on you; I will make my words known to you.

Only the Wisdom found flowing through the Remnant can restore peace on earth and goodwill toward all men.  When all else has failed, men will turn toward the light which has been set as a standard in the darkness of the current situation where peace has been lost.  By HIM and through HIM is peace restored.
