John 10:10 “The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.”
What a bold statement Jesus made yet we know it is true. Jesus is Love just as FATHER is Love and He made a declaration of the Divine Intent of Love. As we embrace Love we pursue life and its abundance. If we follow any other path, we are subject to its harshness, emptiness, and dissatisfaction.
As HIS Sons and Daughters we should not feel guilty with success and prosperity. When Peter filled his boat up with the fish he and others caught, I am sure his family received much blessing as expressed in Luke chapter 5:
5 But Simon answered and said to Him, “Master, we have toiled all night and caught nothing; nevertheless at Your word I will let down the net.”
6 And when they had done this, they caught a great number of fish, and their net was breaking.
7 So they signaled to their partners in the other boat to come and help them. And they came and filled both the boats, so that they began to sink.
When we respond to the Word of FATHER, we should expect success no matter what area it entails. Much has been said about ruling and reigning in the coming Age and we must be willing to accept success as much as we have been accepting failure in the past.
Philippians 4:12 I know how to be abased, and I know how to abound. Everywhere and in all things I have learned both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need.
13 I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
What things can we do? All things!
What does “be of good courage” mean to you? We must be willing to no longer be confined by our thinking and ascend to a higher level of wisdom, understanding, and knowledge. We must no longer settle for the expectation that today will be just like yesterday. Instead we need to press in and know that FATHER will empower us to unequivocally fulfill our higher purpose in life. As we approach the fullness of maturity, we should expect to manifest the same characteristics as our elder Brother, Our Lord Jesus Christ. As we come into the fullness of Love and life, we will manifest the reality spoken of in 1 John chapter 4:
17 Love has been perfected among us in this: that we may have boldness in the day of judgment; because as He is, so are we in this world.
18 There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear involves torment. But he who fears has not been made perfect in love.
19 We love Him because He first loved us.
There are many who have prophesied and predicted a coming judgment and there is no question that judgment will come. The only question is “when” not “if”. Whether it occurs this year, next year, or some other time, we should not let any delay keep us from coming into the perfection of Love. Why not embrace Love today and walk without fear, turmoil, and disappointment? Embrace Love and you will embrace life and its richness. People will be attracted to you and want what you have. Love abounds and there is no short supply. The Apostle Paul prayed in Philippians chapter 1:
9 And this I pray, that your love may abound still more and more in knowledge and all discernment,
10 that you may approve the things that are excellent, that you may be sincere and without offense till the day of Christ,
11 being filled with the fruits of righteousness which are by Jesus Christ, to the glory and praise of God.
The day of judgment will come to all the earth. Will light come forth from you or will you be seeking the light from others? Let us be a light unto all the world when the judgment comes. Their illusions will evaporate soon and they will finally seek out Truth from those who have fully embraced it and are living according to HIS Truth. These are the ones connected with life.
