The Seven Trumpets

Isn’t the purpose of the entire 66 books of the Bible to bring forth the revelation of Jesus Christ?  Some focus on the Law, some on the prophets, and others solely on the New Testament.  If you really want to know Christ, you must consider all Scripture.  Wasn’t every word in Scripture inspired by the Holy Spirit?  If you want to know FATHER fully, you cannot throw out the Old Testament but instead understand it in context to the New.  Love requires judgment as well as grace and mercy.  Fire is a tool of judgment to destroy, not the whole man but the fleshly nature and this fleshly nature is removed by an act of Love.  Each trumpet refers to a specific word of judgment instituted by the FATHER of Love.  Let us understand this mystery.

Revelation 8:6 So the seven angels who had the seven trumpets prepared themselves to sound.

7 The first angel sounded: And hail and fire followed, mingled with blood, and they were thrown to the earth. And a third of the trees were burned up, and all green grass was burned up.

Water represents the living Word of GOD by the Holy Spirit.  Hail represent a “hard” word of judgment, fire refers to processing of judgment, and blood denotes life.  Destruction is coming by the blast of this first trumpet and we are being put on notice.

Isaiah 28:17  Also I will make justice the measuring line,
And righteousness the plummet;
The hail will sweep away the refuge of lies,
And the waters will overflow the hiding place.

This judgment will expose the lies held and retained inside of us by our carnal nature.  These lies hinder us from moving up to a higher level.  They are words of compromise that have rooted themselves deep, some even based on Scripture taken out of context and used to serve a carnal purpose or intent.  Isn’t that what the Pharisees did who challenged Jesus?  They knew the “acts” of FATHER but did not know HIS ways thus they used Scripture to exalt themselves by control and manipulation.  The faith movement would have us believe that only the grace and mercy of FATHER’S right arm would prevail in our lives.  However Our Heavenly Father is not a “one-armed” GOD.  HIS left arm of judgment is required in our maturing process to remove the false ideas, doctrines, interpretations, half-truths, and philosophies we have deeply rooted in us.  It you don’t think you’re subject to HIS left arm of judgment, you’re kidding yourself.  Hebrews 12:

5 And you have forgotten the exhortation which speaks to you as to sons:

“My son, do not despise the chastening of the LORD,

Nor be discouraged when you are rebuked by Him;

6 For whom the LORD loves He chastens,

And scourges every son whom He receives.”

7 If you endure chastening, God deals with you as with sons; for what son is there whom a father does not chasten? 8 But if you are without chastening, of which all have become partakers, then you are illegitimate and not sons.

Fire mingled with blood represents the burning process resulting in life by the blood of Christ.  Death is not the end result for HIS blood is being sent with this judgment to assure us of sustaining life after judgment.  We are transformed!

Trees have deep roots and stand tall.  They produce fruit that must be judged.  Unfruitful tress represent those deep rooted carnal views which have grown unchallenged over the years.  They have become traditions of thought that have misguided many.  There may have been omissions of THE WORD in order to allow carnal thinking and resulting acts to continue.  Your carnal man responds with a “wink and a nod” convincing you that your current path is fully justified.  These tall and majestic trees must be judged and thrown in the fire.  Doctrines born out of the carnal nature will be exposed to the complete truth in Love and removed in order that you will not be placed in the “illegitimate” son category.

Grass covers the ground and provides a perception of beauty.  Man’s carnal nature has masqueraded his intent with illusions, perceptions, and misdirection.  Men project themselves to others with devices both tangible and intangible in order to deceive, convince, or compel satisfying responses.  Just under the surface, the ugliness of the carnal nature resides in turmoil and insufficiency.  These men are not at peace.  When the grass is burned up, the illusions and perceptions are exposed.  Truth is the standard of judgment and everything below the surface will be compared to the Truth.  Only then will the removal process begin.

Luke 12:50  49 “I came to send fire on the earth, and how I wish it were already kindled! 50 But I have a baptism to be baptized with, and how distressed I am till it is accomplished! 51 Do you suppose that I came to give peace on earth? I tell you, not at all, but rather division.”

Jesus spoke of the necessity of sending fire to the earth.  Fire will divide.  John the Baptist understood what was coming when he spoke ““I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance, but He who is coming after me is mightier than I, whose sandals I am not worthy to carry. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire.”

The Day of Pentecost brought an “earnest” of fire.  This fire looked like cloven tongues which sat upon them.  There is a greater fire required for the full baptism of the Sons.  This fire is to be seven times hotter in order to produce the spiritual perfection of Love.  This all consuming fire will remove anything unclean, impure, corruptible, and unacceptable in HIS sight.  Judgment and cleansing must come to the Sons.  The refiner’s fire of HIS Presence will not allow anyone with less than a pure heart to see HIM.  These are the ones who wear the white robes of righteousness around the throne.  No pain, no gain.  Let the trumpet blow!
