FATHER’S supreme value is faith!
Faith is not anti-intellect, it is superior to intellect. Many reduce the Bible to what they understand rather than seeking out the mysteries spoken about in Scripture.
Genuine faith is superior to human reasoning. It is so superior that it inspires the mind into the Mind of Christ. Human reasoning has difficulty with the impossible, but faith doesn’t.
Once again, Paul wrote by The Holy Spirit in Ephesians chapter 3:
16 And I pray that Our Heavenly Father would unveil within you the unlimited riches of His glory and favor until supernatural strength floods your innermost being with His Divine might and explosive power.
17 Then, by constantly using your faith, the life of Christ will be released deep inside you, and the resting place of His Love will become the very Source and Root of your life.
We are to walk by faith, not by sight (2nd Corinthians 5:7).
18-19 Then you will be empowered to discover what every Holy one experiences—the great magnitude of the astonishing Love of Christ in all Its dimensions. How deeply intimate and far-reaching is His Love! How enduring and inclusive It is! Endless Love beyond measurement that transcends our understanding—this extravagant Love pours into you until you are filled to overflowing with the fullness of God!
20 Never doubt God’s mighty power to work in you and accomplish all this. He will achieve infinitely more than your greatest request, your most unbelievable dream, and exceed your wildest imagination! He will outdo them all, for His miraculous power constantly energizes you.
It is written by The Holy Spirit in Hebrews chapter 11:
1 Now faith brings our hopes into reality and becomes the foundation needed to acquire the things we long for. It is all the evidence required to prove what is still unseen.
3 Faith empowers us to see that the universe was created and beautifully coordinated by the power of God’s Words! He spoke and the invisible realm gave birth to all that is seen.
Faith comes first, understanding comes next. This understanding is to perceive something that is beyond comprehension. I never want to restrict my obedience to my understanding. I don’t need to understand to obey.
Often, the “why” comes later after I have obeyed HIS Word to me. I have become accustomed to that reality. This allows me to respond quickly to HIS Word. On the other hand, if I restrict my obedience to my understanding, then I’ve created a god in my image… I have a god who is my size. Think about it!
The reason that FATHER deals with the heart is because that is where faith comes from, not from the head.
Jesus spoke in Mark chapter 11:
22 So Jesus answered and said to them, “Have faith in God.
23 For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says.
Human reasoning cannot move the mountain Jesus refers to, but faith can.
Jesus also spoke in John chapter 7:
37 Then on the most important day of the feast (Feast of Tabernacles), the last day, Jesus stood and shouted out to the crowds—“All you thirsty ones, come to me! Come to me and drink!
38 Believe in Me so that rivers of Living Water will burst out from within you, flowing from your innermost being, just like the Scripture says!”
Your innermost being is your heart where faith resides. The Holy Spirit also resides there. Your faith will promote Living Water to burst forth and flow to others who thirst. The fulfillment of the Feast of Tabernacles is glorification and is accomplished as we are fully led by The Holy Spirit. Fullness is measured in overflow.
