A renewed mind is the Mind of Christ!
A transformed mind transforms a person. We are meant to access Heaven’s solutions to the problems we encounter here on earth.
Paul wrote by The Holy Spirit in Romans chapter 12:
1 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. 2 And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.
In other Words, stop imitating the ideals and opinions of the culture around you, but be inwardly transformed by the Holy Spirit through a total reformation of how you think. This will empower you to discern God’s will as you live a beautiful life, satisfying and perfect in His Eyes.
What is the Will of GOD? Jesus stated it quite clearly as He spoke in Matthew chapter 6:
10 Your Kingdom come. Your Will be done On earth as it is in Heaven.
The renewed mind proves the reality of Heaven on earth! The renewed mind puts on display the reality of GOD’S Heart. Jesus demonstrated this reality as He had compassion on the multitudes and healed them all and set the captives free who had been demonized. We are to do the same.
And Jesus further spoke:
33 “So above all, constantly seek God’s Kingdom and His righteousness, then all these less important things will be given to you abundantly.
The renewed mind sees the answer more than the problem. The enemy works to make us more aware of the problems we face than the solutions we carry. If we focus on the problems we face, we will live in reaction to those problems. We will live in defense mode. Jesus lived in response to THE FATHER.
Neither my anger nor my tenacity intimidates the devil. The Blood of Jesus is what intimidates the devil.
Paul wrote by The Holy Spirit in Romans chapter 6:
4 Therefore we were buried with Him through baptism into death, that just as Christ was raised from the dead by the Glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.
11 So let it be the same way with you! Since you are now joined with him, you must continually view yourselves as dead and unresponsive to sin’s appeal while living daily for God’s pleasure in union with Jesus, the Anointed One.
Great faith comes from great surrender. The renewed mind creates an opportunity for faith to flow. If you think on the Kingdom, you get the benefits of the Kingdom. Whatever kingdom your thoughts reveal, that kingdom will be manifested in your life.
The adversary would attempt to bring up your past and keep you restrained from walking in a renewed mind. Paul dealt with that lie as he wrote by The Holy Spirit in Colossians chapter 2:
12 For we’ve been buried with Christ into His death. Our “baptism into death” also means we were raised with Him when we believed in God’s resurrection power, the power that raised Him from death’s realm.
13 This “realm of death” describes our former state, for we were held in sin’s grasp. But now, we’ve been resurrected out of that “realm of death” never to return, for we are forever alive and forgiven of all our sins!
14 He canceled out every legal violation we had on our record and the old arrest warrant that stood to indict us. He erased it all—our sins, our stained soul—He deleted it all and they cannot be retrieved! Everything we once were in Adam has been placed onto his cross and nailed permanently there as a public display of cancellation.
It is vital that we embrace the fullness of what Christ did on our behalf so that we have no hindrance or obstacle to the renewing of our mind.
