We are to pursue Wisdom and walk in Its fullness!
Divine Wisdom sees beyond the obvious and sees the structure that keeps all things in place, both large and small. Divine Wisdom is the Mind of Christ.
Wisdom instructs us in Proverbs 1:
1 Here are Kingdom revelations, Words to live by, and Words of Wisdom given to empower you to reign in Life, written as proverbs by Israel’s King Solomon, David’s son.
2 Within these sayings will be found the revelation of Wisdom and the impartation of Spiritual Understanding. Use them as keys to unlock the Treasures of True knowledge.
3 Those who cling to these Words will receive discipline to demonstrate Wisdom in every relationship and to choose what is right and just and fair.
4 These proverbs will give you great skill to teach the immature and make them wise, to give youth the understanding of their design and destiny.
5 For the wise, these proverbs will make you even wiser, and for those with discernment, you will be able to acquire brilliant strategies for leadership.
It is written by The Holy Spirit in Isaiah chapter 55:
3 Incline your ear, and come to Me. Hear, and your soul shall live (in prosperity); And I will make an everlasting covenant with you- The sure mercies of David.
Our soul should prosper as we pursue and walk in Wisdom and, it should have measurable effects of both emotional health as well as our mind being renewed!
You know your mind is renewed when the impossible looks logical, it actually takes on the ability to display the wonders of the impossible. Our faith comes from surrendering to the super-natural. Faith doesn’t come from us striving or working hard… it is the product of surrender and is yielding to something FATHER has already created. We are to yield to The Holy Spirit!
You and I are in Christ, and we are designed to step in and to live in His nature as sons of GOD. His nature is a nature of faith. You don’t build faith by putting “self-will” or personal efforts at the center. There is no sweat involved in producing faith hence the priest could not wear wool when he entered the Holy of Holies.
Moses recorded as instructed by The Holy Spirit in Leviticus chapter 16:
4 He (Aaron) must put on his linen tunic and the linen undergarments worn next to his body. He must tie the linen sash around his waist and put the linen turban on his head. These are Sacred garments, so he must bathe himself in water before he puts them on.
The Beloved Disciple recorded what he heard and saw by The Holy Spirit in Revelation chapter 19:
6 Then I heard what seemed to be the thunderous voice of a great multitude, like the sound of a massive waterfall and mighty peals of thunder, crying out: “Hallelujah! For the Lord our God, the Almighty, reigns!
7 Let us rejoice and exalt Him and give Him glory, because the wedding celebration of the Lamb has come. And His bride has made herself ready.
8 Fine linen, shining bright and clear, has been given to her to wear, and the fine linen represents the righteous deeds of his Holy believers.”
Those righteous deeds were not due to the sweat of the brow, they originated from the power and authority granted by Jesus Christ and carried out by the gifts of The Holy Spirit. The Holy believers take no credit for those gifts in operation, and they point to the singular Lordship of Jesus Christ.
James wrote by The Holy Spirit in James chapter 2:
17 Thus also faith by itself, if it does not have (resulting) works, is dead.
In other Words, “So you see, faith by itself isn’t enough. Unless it produces good deeds, it is dead and useless.”
Jesus had faith in the what the world calls “impossible” and healed the masses. He brought Heaven to earth, the supernatural to the natural. He is THE example of how a renewed mind is expressed on earth. He proved to the world what is the good, acceptable, and perfect Will of God.
Wisdom will show us how to walk above and beyond the natural world. This is why
Peter summed it up as he wrote by The Holy Spirit in 1st Peter chapter 1:
13 So then, prepare your hearts and minds for action! Stay alert and fix your hope firmly on the marvelous grace that is coming to you. For when Jesus Christ is unveiled (revealed and understood), a greater measure of grace (enablement) will be released to you.
14 As God’s obedient children, never again shape your lives by the desires that you followed when you didn’t know better.
15 Instead, shape your lives to become like the Holy One Who called you.
16 For Scripture says: “You are to be Holy, because I am Holy.”
17 Since you call on Him as your heavenly Father, the impartial Judge Who judges according to each one’s works, live each day with Holy awe and reverence throughout your time on earth.
When we walk with a fully renewed mind, we will walk in His Wisdom and Holiness.
