The Blazing Fire

Let us offer to God acceptable worship, with reverence and awe!

Paul wrote by The Holy Spirit in Hebrews chapter 12:

18  For you have not come to what may be touched, a blazing fire and darkness and gloom and a tempest

19 and the sound of a trumpet and a Voice Whose Words made the hearers beg that no further messages be spoken to them.

20 For they could not endure the Order that was given, “If even a beast touches the mountain, it shall be stoned.”

21 Indeed, so terrifying was the sight that Moses said, “I tremble with fear.”

Can you physically touch a blazing fire?  Can you physically see through darkness and gloom?  Can you physically withstand a raging whirlwind?  Can you physically endure great thunderous Words spoken by GOD?  Those who wish to come into FATHER’S Presence must do so in reverence and awe!  It will not be a casual encounter as many have mistakenly taken on in their mindset.

When Moses entered into the Presence of THE LORD, he trembled.  Do you think you would do any less?  We can only enter into HIS Presence because of Our High Priest Who shed His Blood on the cross and presented a Perfect Sacrifice to restore our ability to stand before GOD.

We are members of the church of the Firstborn and all our names have been legally registered as citizens of Heaven! And we have come before God Who judges all, and Who lives among the spirits of the righteous who have been made perfect in HIS EYES!

Our fruits produced here on earth will be judged in Heaven.  Will you be pleased to present your fruits that have survived the blazing fire for HIS review?  What reward will be given to you?  When we give to the poor without expectation of being exalted by the recipients, we are investing in good fruits for presentation to FATHER.

Jesus spoke in Matthew chapter 23:

12  Remember this: If you have a lofty opinion of yourself and seek to be honored, you will be humbled. But if you have a modest opinion of yourself and choose to humble yourself, you will be honored.”

13 “Great sorrow awaits you religious scholars and you Pharisees—such frauds and pretenders! You do all you can to keep people from experiencing the reality of Heaven’s Kingdom realm. Not only do you refuse to enter in, you also forbid anyone else from entering in!

14 “Great sorrow awaits you religious scholars and you Pharisees—frauds and pretenders! For you eat up the widow’s household with the ladle of your prayers. Because of this, you will receive a greater judgment.

Lofty opinions will be burned up.  Each of us needs to eliminate wood, hay, and stubble in our words and actions.

Paul wrote by The Holy Spirit in 1st Corinthians chapter 3:

10  According to the grace of God given to me, like a skilled master builder I laid a foundation, and someone else is building upon it. Let each one take care (according to GOD’S Standards) how he builds upon it.

11 For no one can lay a foundation other than that which is laid, which is Jesus Christ.

12 Now if anyone builds on the foundation with gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, straw-

13 each one’s work will become manifest, for the Day will disclose it, because it will be revealed by fire, and the fire will test what sort of work each one has done.

14 If the work that anyone has built on the foundation survives, he will receive a reward.

15 If anyone’s work is burned up, he will suffer loss, though he himself will be saved, but only as through fire.

The quality of materials used by anyone building on this foundation will soon be made apparent, whether it has been built with gold, silver, and costly stones, or wood, hay, and straw. Their work will soon become evident, for the Day will make it clear, because it will be revealed by blazing fire! And the fire will test and prove the workmanship of each builder.

16 Do you not know that you are God’s temple and that God’s Spirit dwells in you?

17 If anyone destroys God’s temple, God will destroy him. For God’s temple is Holy, and you are that temple.

Have you ever observed the untimely death of certain persons who attempted to lead you astray?  Those who attempt to deceive GOD’S anointed are removed because of their persistent sin.

18 Let no one deceive himself. If anyone among you thinks that he is wise in this age, let him become a fool that he may become wise.

19 For the wisdom of this world is folly with God. For it is written, “He catches the wise in their craftiness,

20 and again, “The Lord knows the thoughts of the wise, that they are futile.”

When we seek FATHER’S Wisdom, we are protected from those who are crafty.  The more frequently we come to The Throne of Grace to worship in an attitude of reverence and awe, we are protected from the world’s influence on our minds.  As a result, we produce good fruit and be rewarded.
