John recorded by The Holy Spirit in Revelation chapter 6:
3 When He (Jesus) opened the second seal, I heard the second living creature saying, “Come and see.”
4 Another horse, fiery red, went out. And it was granted to the one who sat on it to take peace from the earth, and that people should kill one another; and there was given to him a great sword.
It is important to note that John was watching from Heaven what was happening on earth in real Heaven time. John who is known as the Beloved Disciple wrote from a perspective of Love and that Love is what provided the basis for him being the one to record this Revelation of Jesus Christ.
5 He opened the third seal, I heard the third living creature say, “Come and see.” So I looked, and behold, a black horse, and he who sat on it had a pair of scales in his hand.
6 And I heard a voice in the midst of the four living creatures saying, “A quart of wheat for a denarius, and three quarts of barley for a denarius; and do not harm the oil and the wine.”
Black relates to famine as described in Lamentations chapter 4:
4 The tongue of the infant clings To the roof of its mouth for thirst; The young children ask for bread, But no one breaks it for them.
5 Those who ate delicacies Are desolate in the streets; Those who were brought up in scarlet Embrace ash heaps.
6 The punishment of the iniquity of the daughter of my people Is greater than the punishment of the sin of Sodom, Which was overthrown in a moment, With no hand to help her!
7 Her Nazirites were brighter than snow And whiter than milk; They were more ruddy in body than rubies, Like sapphire in their appearance.
8 Now their appearance is blacker than soot; They go unrecognized in the streets; Their skin clings to their bones, It has become as dry as wood.
9 Those slain by the sword are better off Than those who die of hunger; For these pine away, Stricken for lack of the fruits of the field.
Chapter 5:10 Our skin is hot as an oven, Because of the fever of famine.
And in Jeremiah chapter 14:
1 The Word of the LORD that came to Jeremiah concerning the dearth.
2 Judah mourneth, and the gates thereof languish; they are black unto the ground; and the cry of Jerusalem is gone up.
A pair of scales refers to the Jewish express “To eat bread by weight” indicating that food is scarce.
It is written by THE SPIRIT in Ezekiel chapter 4 during their judgment:
10 And thy meat which thou shalt eat shall be by weight, twenty shekels a day: from time to time shalt thou eat it.
11 Thou shalt drink also water by measure, the sixth part of an hin: from time to time shalt thou drink.
16 Moreover he said unto me, Son of man, behold, I will break the staff of bread in Jerusalem: and they shall eat bread by weight, and with care; and they shall drink water by measure, and with astonishment:
FATHER spoke in Leviticus chapter 26:
25 And I will bring a sword upon you, that shall avenge the quarrel of my covenant: and when ye are gathered together within your cities, I will send the pestilence among you; and ye shall be delivered into the hand of the enemy.
26 And when I have broken the staff of your bread, ten women shall bake your bread in one oven, and they shall deliver you your bread again by weight: and ye shall eat, and not be satisfied.
Verse 6 of Revelation chapter 6 tells us that bread will cost you a full day’s wages. This speaks of extreme inflation. We are seeing the beginning signs of this now.
The oil and wine mentioned in verse 6 refers to available luxuries though the population is suffering. This points to global rationing and control brought on by political powers. There is no question that the “elite” intend to promote a plan to control all aspects of people’s lives including their individual finances, food, and population reduction. Technology-based currencies such as Bitcoin, CBDC (Central Bank Digital Currency), and other cryptocurrencies are all designed to control your finances. Governments will not allow cryptocurrencies outside of their control to exist. Physical currencies are being vilified in order to promote digital currency. Physical gold and silver prices have been manipulated so that people will not realize how bad the depreciation of currencies such as the US dollar have declined in value relative to goods and services. Gold has been looked at as the prime indicator of currency depreciation. It is the proverbial canary in the coal mine.
